A nice clean hotel with a good pool having a view over the inner harbour. We had a room with a balcony and inner harbour view which helped with the whole experience. The clean super comfy beds great bath but mainly customer service. From the Valet to housekeeping to concierge, things are taken care of quickly. The food and drinks and outrageous valet costs are big minuses. But this is super clean hotel with a lovely pool. And it is quiet.

Just stayed here overnight, but no major complaints. Couldn't beat the rate we got compared to other places nearby, the room and bedding were clean. Pillows need replaced. We spent a few days here during hurricane Ian and the staff were so kind and took such good care of us all. During the storm the staff stayed at the hotel along with the rest of us. The building itself stood up extremely well, from inside you couldn’t even tell there was a storm unless you looked out the windows.

We had to evacuate due to the hurricane and was very pleased with how the hotel handled this situation for so many people. The staff went above and beyond. It was a very great experience even under a stressful situation. Thank you, thank you, thank you! Great job, we're not looking forward to another hurricane but we know we'll return to stay here if it happens.

We stayed at the Hyatt Place during Hurricane Ian when we had to evacuate our home. Just wanted to thank the great staff at the hotel. We stayed there for Hurricane Irma as well and the hotel still looks great and is very clean 5 years later. The staff is excellent. Everyone is very helpful and has a great customer service attitude.

This was one of the nicest hotel rooms we've been in. The ceilings are so high, the room appears way bigger. It was very clean and so close to everything. We'd def come back!

The staff is great. Our room was clean and nice except…. The one thing that keeps this from being a 5 star is that the bathroom is “meh.” The shower is stained with cracks in some locations. The water pressure is low . The shower water temp is extremely finicky. It’s tough to get water that isn’t too hot without turning the water nearly off.

This hotel is in a great area with a lot of things to do and places to eat nearby. Staff was friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean. We really enjoyed the courtyard with the fire pit which is a great place to relax in the evenings. I would definitely recommend this location

Stayed here a few times, and every time, I am serviced by Anthony at the Bistro and man is this guy a gem! Fabulous customer service, goes above and beyond to serve the guests, can't say enough about my experience here. The staff members like Anthony make this place a no brainer to stay; 10/10 recommend just from pure service alone! ??

Handicapped room on the first floor was very tiny. The free breakfast had waffles and cereal and fruit and yogurt. They also had power bars, fruit, and juice and 24 hour coffee. Comfortable clean room with great customer service from Dan who aided with our reservation and check-in. Hotel staff was pleasant and courteous. Lobby and public areas were clean. Great property. Location is directly across from the airport entrance/exit. Only a short drive to downtown, shopping and dining. Very clean, great price and a nice breakfast is included. This is now my "go to" place to stay for a quick visit to Sarasota. Thanks to all the staff for their professionalism and dedication.

We stayed here during Hurricane Irma. The staff was first rate. Luckily we never lost power. Hot breakfast every morning and coffee all day.

The room (108) was well-appointed attractive and somewhat clean. The bed sheets and pillows were very clean. The room had a strong chemical smell that caused us to turn on the fresh air and bathroom vent fan to help clear the air while we got our luggage. First let me say that my rating comes solely from the out dated room. My experience was great. The room was comfortable and the staff was courteous. You can see the outdated room in my photos. I did speak with management about the old room and I was informed that all the rooms are in the middle of being updated and turned into suites. We liked it here because it was quiet and relatively peaceful. I saw no bugs, which means alot. The breakfast was well breakfast, nothing to ride home with. We stayed at this resort this week and it wasn't bad. Some of the reviews had me a little concerned, but turns out it was just fine. The rooms were older, but clean, the beds weren't bad, and the area was just fine. No noisy neighbors or drug deals that we heard or saw. The Wi-Fi didn't work, and the continental breakfast was probably one of the worst I've had, but those are both unnecessary things...
