The clean super comfy beds great bath but mainly customer service. From the Valet to housekeeping to concierge, things are taken care of quickly. The food and drinks and outrageous valet costs are big minuses. But this is super clean hotel with a lovely pool. And it is quiet.

This is absolutely the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in. I always wipe down everything with Lysol wipes at all hotels. When I wiped down here, I did not get one speck of dirt on the wipes! Zero! Nice clean beautiful hotel. Restaurant, bar. Very nice located just minutes from the airport. The Bistro inside is very good. Very well designed good value. I would definitely stay here again

The room was very spacious. The pool outside was decent. They had a hot tub. The gym room had all you needed. People working were super friendly. Very clean!

Great rooms. very spacy. Awesome and wholesome breakfast. I only eat Kosher and most of the products come with kosher labeling.

Wonderfully dedicated staff during our evacuation during Ian. Friendly, resourceful staff who went "above and beyond" to help guests in difficult situations. I can't but recommend this hotel to anyone. Breakfast is fresh and delicious with many choices.

This hotel is very clean and organized. They have a small aquarium in the lobby that's really cool to watch. The room was a little dark for my taste, but still very nice (see my pics). Fairly new, clean, and comfy rooms as a refuge during hurricane clean up. Quiet between rooms. Good price for what you get. Professional and courteous staff. Ok hot and cold breakfast items. Sign on building is not lit on Honore side so hard to find in dark.

Great office staff and cleaning crew. Rooms were nice sized with refrigerator, microwave, television. Full size bathroom, but the lighting in the bathroom was not very bright to get ready with. Great room and friendly staff. Wish they would have told me the delivery policy though. You can’t get food delivered from anywhere to your room. You just go to the front desk to retrieve it. When I told the receptionist I was disabled she rudely said “I guess I will have to leave the front desk to bring it to you.” I told her to forget it that I would wake up my boyfriend. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The shower was stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The sink had hand soap and lotion. The kitchenette had everything needed. I liked the set up of the room.

The staff are wonderful, but the cleanliness of the place needs improvement. We saw roaches on the hallway of the first floor. The kitchen utensils were missing. If not for the roaches, we would have rated it 4 stars.

Most staff is nice except for some. I recommend you know some Spanish if you want to be able to talk to some of the housekeepers. Considering the cost the room is relatively small and if you have more than 1 person in the room it can be pretty cramped. I would also say that breakfast should be served for a little longer because if you want to be able to actually get food you’re gonna have to wake up...

Parking was very inconvenient....very limited... I had to walk a bit of a distance from my car to my building after arriving on a late flight.... I didn't feel safe walking that distance in the dark.... however I made it safely

Decided to stay over night in Sarasota on a Sunday. Most hotels were booked but Homewood Suites accommodated our needs. Even though all King rooms were gone, the Queen room was clean, quiet and on a corner. Price was comparable, the breakfast was plentiful with a sizable dinning area. Will return if in the area again.

Add more than half the rate of other semi-comparable hotels I was quite surprised when I arrived at my room. Very nicely decorated and had all of my needs met including a workstation refrigerator microwave. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Not to mention the free breakfast. You’re near downtown. Can’t beat it!

Staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. The continental breakfast was clean and had lots of breakfast options. Rooms are a bit older but we're clean. There is a bit of road hum from the passing cars if you stay in the front rooms. Overall great experience for the price.

The staff were wonderful! The location was great! Unfortunately, I could hear every time someone flushed or closed their door.

Service in front desk always has been good. But service in the room it is no good. Bathroom is dirty I think housekeeping department no pay attention to detail. I know it is not a five star hotel, but I think they have to pay carefully attention for the cleanliness in all areas.

I just spent 2 days at this hotel and I must say that I am very satisfied. The place was clean, my bed was very comfortable, staff very courteous and willing to help. Megan, the front desk lady always had a smile on her face and gave me directions. Breakfast included with everything one needed. My stay was amazing! I loved watching the sunsets over the water, it's truly a beautiful property. The staff was so kind and considerate of my experience. A small issue during one of my nights was immediately taken care of, and they gave us an upgrade for the the issue. It really made my vacation amazing. Great property, minutes from airport and easy to get to downtown and beaches. Lots of parking, gas station across street, breakfast till 10am every day. Grounds were awesome and the marina was great. On-site restaurant and bar was a great feature to walk to and watch the water

Very clean facility, the grounds are well kept. The team at Ramada is super nice and very helpful. The food at Tarpon Bay Grill & Tiki Bar is fantastic. You are close to all the best beaches, surrounded by shopping and attractions. Highly recommend staying!

I truly don't understand how people could give this location a bad review. For the price, it was very nice. The manager & staff were amazing, the location was only 4 miles from the beach, the pool and the bar on site were awesome. Very clean! I think, the ones that gave this place a bad view, think they were staying at the Marriott. But for the price, it was a lovely stay. I would suggest, darker curtains...
