Location was great rooms were good size clean set up was nice, the Hotel itself overall is very nice. The biggest and number 1 downfall was the fact that we booked the room a 3 of days specifically for the pool for our kids. We get here and we are informed after checking in that the pool is closed for construction. What??? Construction does not take place overnight it is planned months in advanced yet the hotel makes no effort to disclose that until after they have locked you in. Meh already called a Hilton with a pool and a slide minutes away for the rest of the weekend.

Visited the spa on a day pass. The hotel is older but very nice. We were limited to the spa pool since the resort pool was closed for updates. The resort pool is one of it’s most popular attractions. They have 9 pools at the resort that make up one large pool area. The spa is nice but the pass was a little expensive not to be able to visit the other pool which is normally included in the pass.

Great hotel that has a top rated golf course and large spa. It features several pools that accolades families and adults only section. The staff are terrific and very friendly. Ayesha at the front desk and Samantha at the concierge were both fantastic.

Great place to relax and chill out. The swimming pool is gigantic, with a huge water slide and a even a sand beach. The whole resort is very kid friendly. The rooms are getting a bit old but very clean and spacy. The service was great as well. The food is good but a bit basic (burgers, pasta, grilled salmon, etc), same with drinks with some fails on some classic cocktails. Also, I'd encourage the management to add more EV chargers, there's a lonely one that can only be used by valets, I'd prefer to leave my car to charge (even slowly) at night on the self parking lot. Overall we had a great stay.

This place is great for little ones. They have a number of pools and even an adult only area if you want to get away from the kids. Food and staff were exceptional and they planned lots of activities every day. Also, it was a bit cold when we went, and the heated pool made it possible to still enjoy the outdoors.

As a return guest, I was pleased to see that most facilities are still good. Great pools, lovely garden courtyard and scenery. Bedroom fine, as expected.

This property has a great atmosphere and the customer service is over the top! I can say that if you want true relaxation that this property is a place to take that real relaxing vacation like I do!

Great views, beautiful hotel. Very large hotel!
All staff were wonderful. Suggestions would be minor details in cleaning such as seeing an item (litter) on common area carpet for more than two days. Large spider and web on ceiling in Native American display area.
Also sounds strange but front doors are odd, there's no "obvious" entrance.
Very good hotel food, beautiful grounds!
Rooms could use just a touch more TLC.

We stayed here for 4 nights and paid a good price for it. We had a great time, but things were run down. The pools definitely need an upgrade as well as their outside furniture. I felt like it was WAY overpriced for the rooms, which were average. No WOW factor there. The grounds were amazing, though, and beautifully decorated. Would we go back? Yes, but I wouldn't pick the same room and pay that high of a price.
