My mom and I went to Montelucia Resort and Spa for a wonderful day! Our treatments included massages and facials. The staff was so friendly and accommodating! I left my favorite earrings in my robe and the staff was nice enough to dig through the robe basket to find them for me! Everything was wonderful and above expectations. However, the room and hallways need some help, at least on the floor we were on. The hallway smelled and the room's carpet had a lot of stains. We did bring it up to front desk and they responded very quickly. The placement and amenities of the W is perfect for anyone of all ages. I would stay here again.

Came here for a staycation for my boyfriends birthday. Staying at this resort really made the weekend the best it could be. Beautiful view of the mountain and a comfortable room with king bed. We enjoyed the hotel bar. The shuttle service is what really made this amazing, easy to go right to old town with no worries. All the staff were so kind and positive. We will definitely be coming back.

Beautiful resort in the heart of Scottsdale. Stayed a couple nights and even got to enjoy a couples massage that relaxed all the stresses away. Grounds are wide open and filled with cacti. Visited the spa on a day pass. The hotel is older but very nice. We were limited to the spa pool since the resort pool was closed for updates. The resort pool is one of it’s most popular attractions. They have 9 pools at the resort that make up one large pool area. The spa is nice but the pass was a little expensive not to be able to visit the other pool which is normally included in the pass.

This place is great for little ones. They have a number of pools and even an adult only area if you want to get away from the kids. The location of this hotel is good and bad. It is good as the location in Scottdale and the beautiful golf course but bad as the noise from the private plans coming and going. Rooms and pool are outdated and need updating but still a decent property. Valet, desk staff, and waiters are all great. Some are not so great in the restaurant, but overall, property is a decent choice when visiting.

I've been to the Sanctuary's Spa a few times and it has always been great. I get massages frequently at different locations / try new massage therapists all the time. Today, my massage therapist was Antoine and it was seriously the BEST massage I have ever had. Hands down the best massage therapist in the Scottsdale area!

The Sanctuary is such a beautiful spot to have a wedding ceremony! I’ve played violin at a few weddings here and both indoor/outdoor is absolutely gorgeous. At the time of our stay, this property is in a very odd state. It’s our understanding that it used to be The Saguaro Scottsdale and is now owned by Sonder. It’s as though the deal just closed and Sonder hasn’t had time to finish any renovations or even clean up from the previous owner. There’s numerous old Saguaro signage still up. I was extremely surprised how great and convenient this hotel is. It’s all suites, and they are the large 2-roomed ones with locking French doors, separating the bedroom and living area. The bathroom is shared between both the living room and bedroom, with sectioned off doors for more privacy, which is perfect for a family (adults in one room) and kinds in another, without having to bother each other...

Fabulous location in the heart of Old Town Scottsdale. Rooms are a bit dated but comfortable and a multi-year renovation of the property has begun (as of June 2023). Amenities aren't really up to Marriott standards but it's hard to beat the location. I would stay here again for a reasonable rate but I would not pay a premium until the renovation is completed.

The Hotel offers amazing perks, the added destination fee is a wonderful perk and definitely a added benefit especially for corporate travelers! However I felt like a moth bandit the entire time I was in my room. Without any exaggeration I killed at least 8 moths during my stay. I am not sure if there was a problem as my windows and the balcony door were shut I have no clue where they were coming from...

Staff were absolutely nice & went above & beyond for us. They sent birthday cake slices & a card up to my room. They checked the whole weekend to see if we needed anything. Enjoyed our stay, greatjob Marriott! Great location walking distance to restaurants, shopping , banks, bars!

The only small thing that we didn't enjoy was the internal-to-the-hotel jackhammering (at least that was what it sounded like) occurring a couple days. (It started an hour or so AFTER we awakened, thank goodness!) Otherwise it was an excellent accommodation!

The staff were fantastic!!! Friendly and helpful. The rooms were amazing. Will recommend and stay there again!!

Pools: Kids-specific pool is great. The "white sand beach" is a bit oversold but maybe others appreciate it more than I do. Kid-friendliness: They've definitely made major attempts to be kid-friendly, and a lot of them work. The care options are great and the basically all day arcade is awesome. However, a couple hindrances come up in trying to make things kid friendly... for example, "dive in" movies...

Nice place, spent a week there for a conference. Extremely expensive food and drinks. They know you’re captive so they can charge $50 for a burger, side salad and a can of beer. It’s not even a great burger. Room was very nice

My work colleagues and I came here for a conference. We didn't stay here, so we only were able to experience the Conference area and some of the food offerings. The Princess is magical. My sister took me here for my bridal shower weekend, and the entire experience was wonderful. The staff was very accommodating to my food allergy, and the spa service was heaven. Everyone needs to try the Havasu once in their lifetime. I can't wait to go back for a romantic getaway.
