Omni Scottsdale Resort & Spa at Montelucia

Beautiful location.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Onni Scottsdale Resort, and it was an all-around fantastic experience!

From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by friendly staff who made the check-in process super smooth. I stayed in the Oasis Room with an awesome view of the pool, and I really appreciated how clean and spacious it was. The room was also perfectly located, just a short walk to the lobby and pool area, which made getting around so easy.

The Spanish-style architecture of the hotel really added to the charm of the place—it felt like a little escape, and the location was perfect for exploring Scottsdale. What really stood out to me, though, was the service. I called room service for slippers, and they not only brought them promptly but also included extra water without me even asking. That kind of attention to detail, especially in the hot Arizona weather, was so thoughtful and truly appreciated.

The hotel also followed up with an email during my stay to make sure everything was going well, which shows just how much they care about their guests. I was really impressed with the level of service and the overall vibe of the place. I’ll definitely be back on my next visit to Scottsdale.

The resort's grounds are beautifully landscaped, with lush gardens and sparkling pools.
But what really sets this resort apart is its commitment to excellence. The staff were friendly and attentive, always going above and beyond.

We had an amazing treatment at the Joya spa and can't wait to return. The staff and I mean all the staff is really above and beyond and just so nice and helpful. The place is gorgeous and beautifully designed with stunning views of Camel Back mountain. Make sure you enjoy the pool deck.

We had a wonderful 4 night stay at the Omni Scottsdale. It was so nice to have great customer service as it's so rare these days.
Great service from our ambassador, Kaylee from the time we scheduled, checking in and checking out. So helpful, friendly and a delight to work with.
Doug gave us a tour of the resort, helped us with our bags and showed us around the room when we arrived. He was super nice and helpful.
Rooms were clean, bed was comfortable and staff did a nice job daily.
Only thing I might comment is the rooms are a bit tired and need updating.
Overall great stay and we would recommend this resort.
