Our stay here was awesome. The property is older but clean and very well maintained. We stayed in the king suite with balcony, kitchenette and jacuzzi tub. The room did not disappoint! The room was extremely spacious and clean. All the basic amenities were provided. When we needed anything extra we only had to ask. The biggest perk is that the hotel is pet friendly. A welcome basket was even provided...

What an awesome place. Wonderful people, clean rooms, great views and you can beat the location. To top it all off every night at 6:00pm they put out fresh baked cookies. If ever through here again this is my hotel. Thank you to the staff, truly excellent.

The hotel had the feeling of a family run hotel. There was so much attention to detail and so much care taken into meeting the needs of the guest. Both the checking in and checking out process was done with a staff member that showed the upmost friendliness and care. Fantastic stay! We had a great room overlooking the ocean. The staff were amazing--very friendly. The breakfast options were more extensive than we expected, AND great cookies and saltwater taffy. The room wasn't the most modern, but it has everything you need (including fans for when it's warm) and it's comfortable. The hotel is an easy walk to the main Seaside attractions. Inexpensive beach hotel, good mattress, nice fireplace, screen door with porch. Staff who helped clean our room after it had been missed was very professional and had a good attitude, it was appreciated.

Friendly, informative staff. It's an older building but has nice quiet, clean rooms. Dogs allowed but left ours home. Pool, hot tub & breakfast areas were all clean. Just steps from the beach. Many restaurants within walking distance. Parking was good. We'll be back!

Probably one of the much better Motel 6s thank the gods. There was a little hair on the bed upon room inspection, no bed bugs to be seen. Very friendly front desk staff. We had a special circumstance which they were most accommodating with. Room was clean and tidy. There's fresh cookies in the lobby as well as hot coffee and cold lemon water. For adults the pool, jacuzzi and sauna are 24hrs, very nice as many places aren't open after hours.

It was a bargain price. Met all the requirements of accommodating a party of two adults and two children. The only downside was the pool area. The pool smelt like sweat and felt sticky and slimy and the hot tub seemed like it hadn't been cleaned in a while. Besides that down side this place has good staff.

the place is under new management with renovations planned. Lobby is completely updated and the pool and rooms will be done at the end of summer. I love the location away from the prom as it is more quiet. The staff is wonderful as they were attentive to everyone's needs. The breakfast is OK it needs a waffle maker or pancake maker, more choice of fruit and maybe bagels with cream cheese.

We had a nice stay here in 2017. The pool is great, we spent a lot of time in it with our toddler. There are not many options for breakfast. The rooms are decent, bathroom could be cleaner. It's within ready walking distance of downtown Seaside, don't be deterred because it's not right on the water. It's still pretty centrally located.

I left my pillow there and so far have not heard a response back from them, we will see how thus goes. They had a cool area where they cut down all the bamboo around the hotel and it is piled in big stacks that are almost as bouncy as trampolines, so 4 stars. Update: I got my pillow back shortly afterwards and have no regrets, 5 stars!!

Such a perfect spot for our 2 night get a way. The location, facilities and amenities were perfect. What put it over the top was the most adorable welcome (fresh cookies) and a happy birthday card for my husband and I signed by the whole staff!! Like- what?! Wow!! They really go above and beyond. This is definitely going to be my family's go-to place to stay pet friendly and family-friendly. Great location, close to food and the beach. Our pet got her own little box with her own blanket and towel with a pet bowl and treats. The layout was great and roomy. Two bedroom suite is lovely and spacious, but faces only the parking lot and gets loud with people walking by and shouting.

This hotel is amazing! The beach is right outside your doorstep. The view from our room was spectacular. The room was very clean, the bed was as so comfortable, the shower was gigantic, and there’s a fireplace. The next time I’m in seaside I’d definitely stay here again.

This inn has a great restaurant with an ocean view and great food. Our room was called mountain cabin. It was a bit noisy and you could smell the aroma from the kitchen we would definitely stay at this in again but we would not have this particular room

I am a Diamond member and I honestly have to say that the manager and staff are the best that I have had. They have gone above and beyond their duties to make sure my stay is pleasant. They make sure that I have breakfast every morning at 5:45 before I go to work. Eventhough, breakfast isn't until 7:00 am, Doris and the crew have something out for me. It was comfortable and safe. Had good parking. Close to cannon beach and good if you have a car. The rooms were newly renovated and comfortable to stay in. Good value for money in the area.

Room was spacious and very clean. Close enogh to town to walk. Check in was quick and easy. Housekeeping checked on us the next day to see if they could refresh our towels and give more coffee.

Simply love this hotel. My fiance and I absolutely love the riverview rooms in their secondary building. The balconies/patios overlooking the river are absolutely delightful. Would recommend to anyone. My only complaint is some rooms have a small water heater, so I have to be mindful of my showers. That said, the water pressure is great. A great little place to stay! We stayed in a 2 queen partial view room, and when out in the balcony, we were able to watch the sunset and everything. It was beautiful. The staff is super friendly, and they even had a little basket for our dog with bowls and treats and such. The beach was way less busy than the main seaside beach entrance, which we really enjoyed as well. Highly reccomend!
