Great place to stay!! Very clean rooms and they have indoor pool with indoor hot tub available all year. They also have outdoor pool and a lazy river pool during the warmer seasons. This hotel is located about a 15 minute drive from most things in pigeon forge but still plenty to do around nearby and it is in a very quiet area and right beside the river. Would definitely book here again!

Just stayed here last weekend for my birthday trip, and let me just say....This hotel was just what I needed for a relaxing weekend getaway! Stayed here 2 nights with my daughter and her 2 small kids. Hotel was lovely, room was large and comfortable. Beds were comfortable enough. Breakfast was great. And the 2 pools and hot tub and lazy river were wonderful. The staff we interacted with were professional and friendly. It was a great place. I would stay there again and I'm very picky about hotels.

This would be a great place to stay with kids. The hotel is set up where everything is convenient. I would give it a perfect score if the pullout bed wasn't so bad. I liked that we could all fit comfortably in the condo. There was a full kitchen and washer and dryer we could use. We loved having access to the indoor water park. The common areas ( elevators, hallways) were clean.

We stayed here 2 nights I'm the 2 bedroom suites. It's so beautiful & spacious. Our kids & grandbabies had such a wonderful time. The lobby of our building was decorated so pretty for Christmas. They offered ice skating. We wasn't able to skate because it rained both days. We was so sad because it looked so pretty. Definitely will stay again around Christmas

My sister and her family were the one's actually staying here. We just came to visit while they were in from NC and AZ. But the room was very spacious! It was a bit inconvenient to have to call the front desk and ask for many items that are normally already in the rooms like a hand mixer. But overall it was a very nice room. Absolutely love this resort! The rooms are great; plenty of space, clean, and comfy! Only wish we had a non poolside room (just would've had a prettier view when on the balcony), but that would've just been a bonus. The arcade and indoor water park (we went after the outdoor pools/park we closed) are great; we had so much fun in the wave pool especially! I would highly recommend staying here!

This place is great! Right next to water park, not far from attractions. Nice staff, very friendly. They have fire pits out back and a huge golf course. Easy to check in n out, nice rooms as well. No problems that I know of anyway ☺️

The hotel was clean and nicely decorated. We had everything we needed. My husband had to minimally work and there were no problems with the wifi. Staff was available and helpful. Great and friendly check-in. Hotel seems to be renovated not too long ago. However, there are still small details that need updating like the luggage cart. The room itself was clean and fresh. We stayed for 3 nights. The walls are thin so you can hear the people around you. The bathrooms are rather small but functional enough. Not much water pressure given the shower head has so much dead space in the center. Bed is firm but not horrible. The AC smells horrible and is SO loud! There is no breakfast. At all. Berry Springs Lodge is a wonderful place to vacation in the Smokies! Everything is provided in the rooms for comfort and a quality stay. The location is breath taking. Description reads hot tub, there is no hot tub. Breakfast area is very crowded and no bathrooms near the pool that are operating. Hotel staff is very nice and accomadting and extremely helpful with food recommendations and giving of extra towels and blankets.

Had a wonderful and peaceful stay. Had my dog with me. The room was clean and had no smell of any other pets.
