Breeze Inn Motel

This is a motel not a Hilton. Keep expectations in check. But the rooms were a good value, clean enough. Yeah its older but you'll be fine. It's bar/ lounge has great food and reasonabledrink prices. Friendly people. Locals hang out at this bar. Front desk check in is good. Location is great. Shops, tour locations, food, gas station, harbor boardwalk, cruise tour ships, gift shops are within a couple min walk.

The room was comfortable and clean with a few exceptions. The pillows are very soft and there aren't a lot of them. The front desk wasn't able to get us more pillows. The beds are on the firm side, as well, which wasn't an issue for me, but definitely a consideration.

The service was great. If you're traveling on the train, you can check your bags directly to the hotel. We got in 4 hours before check-in and the hotel let us lock our bags up so we could explore Seward a bit without lugging our bags all over. They also let us lock our bags up after we checked out while we waited for the train.

The Breeze Inn's restaurant has above average food for the area as well, definitely try the halibut chunks and wild game sliders.

The location is directly across from the Kenai Fjords tours and several other Seward tours and activities as well as a large number of restaurants and gift shops.

The view is incredible, but that's just Alaska.

I have stayed here twice in the last month and was well pleased on both occasions. Both the room with king size bed and the queen were clean and quiet. At the beginning of winter prices for me are very affordable. Front desk has been very friendly and helpful. Close access to bar/restaurant and the waterfront. Will be back for sure.

The lobby is warm and welcoming and all the staff are very kind and helpful. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are spacious and inviting. Rooms may have a fridge but I don’t think there is a microwave.

The menu, though comparable to that of a lower-48 (states) bar-n-grill, has some local favorites.
The service is as exceptional as the entrees coming out of the kitchen, with fairly reasonable prices for being Seward.
The location is very convenient, being located within walking distance of a few hotels/motels, in addition to their own branded hotel, not to mention numerous amenities.

Great spot to sleep and run out and about in Seward for a couple days, highly recommend staying here right in the middle of it all. Walking distance to everything, it’s not a fancy hotel it is a place for you to rest and enjoy so take it for what it’s worth and it’s a good value. A place down the road is 2 times the nightly rate of this place, for good reason but if you shop hotel rates you’ll find this is a 5* value with great location in Seward.
