Harbor 360 Hotel Seward

We took the 7 1/2 hour boat tour on the hotel’s affiliate Spirit of Adventure. Weather didn’t cooperate — rained all day and water was a little rough for many of the passengers. Saw some wildlife (close-up of 2 Orcas, a few dolphins, many seals and Puffins). Boat staff was helpful and knowledgeable. Good lunch. Brownies for dessert were very good and the staff back at the hotel was able to secure some more for me to satiate my chocolate habit! Thank you!

Conveniently located right on the harbor. The Major Marine Boat Tours office is located in the lobby, so that’s as far as we got. The staff seemed nice and there is ample parking just across the street. Beautiful views from the docks behind the hotel.

Harbor 360 was my favorite hotel during our trip to Alaska. It was right next to the train depot and small boat harbor so very convenient for the activities we had planned. We had a mountain-side view, but it was still lovely - just not as lovely as that wonderful harbor. The breakfast buffet was superb, plentiful, and hot. It was convenient to have the harbor tour desk right in the front lobby and we appreciated the gift shop with extra amenities like toiletries, etc. The room was very clean and every staff member was friendly and seemed happy to be there (housekeeping, front desk, dining, gift shop). The only thing we noticed is that the rooms have no soundproofing the second night there we had a very loud group partying above us and we could hear their entire conversation. They were mostly quiet after 10 PM though so we didn't feel the need to address it with staff since partying while on vacation during reasonable hours is to be expected.

I recently had the privilege of staying at the Harbor 360 Hotel in Seward, Alaska, and I cannot sing its praises enough. From the second I walked in, I was greeted by the most incredible views of the harbor right from my room. The scenery was utterly breathtaking, as I watched boats gently sway against the backdrop of picturesque mountains.

The staff at Harbor 360 Hotel was extremely friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Their warm smiles and genuine interest in my well-being made me feel right at home from the moment I stepped through the doors.

In terms of cleanliness, the hotel left no stone unturned. My room and the public spaces were spotless, making it a pleasure to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring the beautiful city of Seward. The attention to detail in maintaining such a high level of cleanliness was truly commendable.

One of the highlights of my stay was the delicious breakfast served each morning. It was a delightful spread of fresh fruits, pastries, eggs, and more. The quality and variety of the food were exceptional, providing the perfect start to my day as I ventured out to discover the wonders of Seward.

The Harbor 360 Hotel's central location made it the ideal base for exploring everything the city has to offer. I could easily walk to the nearby shops, restaurants, and attractions, making my stay all the more convenient and enjoyable.

In conclusion, my stay at the Harbor 360 Hotel in Seward, Alaska, was nothing short of spectacular. The combination of incredible views, friendly staff, spotless rooms, delicious breakfast, and a central location made it a truly unforgettable experience. I wholeheartedly recommend the Harbor 360 Hotel to anyone planning a visit to the charming city of Seward!

Shockingly good! I’m not incredibly particular. I stay at hotels relatively frequently, but I was struck by how great these folks are doing. Everyone was incredibly friendly, happy, and helpful (no small feat these days). The room was spotless and housekeeping did an excellent job. Absolutely great job. The breakfast was amazing and it was touching to see the woman setting it out, taking pride in her work, and interested in how people were enjoying the fruits of her labor. Selene at the front desk helped me all week with printing, tips on where to eat, and answered every question I had. I was also impressed with the overall condition of the hotel - everything was so well maintained, the staff so friendly, the rooms so we’ll appointed, and everything just so easy. Over the years I’ve paid a lot and a little for hotels, but I don’t think I’ve ever been so pleased with the overall experience or moved to comment. Kudos to management for whatever they’re doing to keep their staff so please and proud of their work - it shows.

Absolutely loved this hotel. Great view of the harbor and mountains in the background. Wonderful shower and great room overall. We are on our honeymoon, and it is the best hotel we have stayed in so far while visiting Alaska. The breakfast was good too!

Beds were okay, not very comfortable. Great views from rooms. Great breakfast selection, and very friendly & helpful front desk staff. Rooms were clean. The lobby & breakfast area gets very packed with early customers waiting to check in and with tour boat bookings. Very good location.

I was a guest on June 21 of this year, The Harbor View 360 Hotel was a great place to stay. It’s very close to the train station, and the staff was very accommodating. Danny, the night manager, gave us good suggestions for dinner, and made sure our luggage was swiftly brought to and from the train station. The rooms were comfortable, and the buffet breakfast was very nice too. My friend and I were on the Alaska by Daylight tour with the Alaska Railroad, so we were only able to stay one night. But if I ever travel to Seward again, the Harbor View Hotel is where I would stay.
