Courtyard Shreveport Airport

The rooms are giving motel 6 and there is no cleaning service. We had a 4 day stay and not ONCE did someone come to clean, replace, or provide us towels. For this to be of the Marriott brand it’s disappointing to say the least.

My family stayed at this hotel as a pit stop on a road trip. The room was disgusting. Hair stuck all over the shower wall, and the tub appeared to be stained. The pull out couch was covered in stain spots. The couch mattress had a huge brown stain with acrylic fingernails in the bedding. The carpet was ripped and stained red. The bathroom mirror was cracked. There were three different earrings stuck in the wall.

The sheets were clean, but those appeared to be the only items cleaned in this "suite."

Rooms are worn, they need updates forsure. Tubs need to be resurfaced. New carpet is a must. But everything looked clean. No bed bugs, and believe me I look at every surface!!

Nice lobby but rooms are old and need updating for a Marriott. Had mold in first room but front desk gave me another. Side tables all scratched and definitely needs a face lift.

The exterior of the hotel and the lobby are lovely. The staff were very kind and friendly. That’s all that was good about this place. There were cobwebs on the bathroom and the toilet was dirty upon check in. The carpets were stained and gross throughout the hotel. There was all kinds of hair and what appeared to be a large blood stain on the top of the box spring. The pool (which is the primary reason we chose this hotel) had a disgusting mustard colored algae that had taken it over. The courtyard fire pit was never lit. The back gate behind the courtyard was wide open giving access to anyone. Because the door from the courtyard, to the pool, to the main building didn’t require a key, truly anyone could have entered the hotel that way. We payed almost $200 for one night here and I am mortified by the experience.
