Great experience. Had a blast with my wife. Got a room and spent the night enjoying all the amenities they had to offer. From the table games to the video poker. The restaurant that offered a variety of food to quench any appetite. To the comfortable sleeping arrangements and the above and beyond customer service. Very nice rooms and very friendly staff. My only issue was not winning money in the casino, but sometimes that happens. I've stayed here a few times now and it never disappoints. The stay at Sam's Town was pretty good overall. The room was large, the staff is very friendly and there were really no major complaints. However, the hotel/casino as well as the neighborhood still felt like it was 2020 with many things still closed or reduced with the general feeling that things aren't back to normal. We really enjoyed our stay this weekend. I felt we got a great deal for the room we got! It had two full size beds with a fridge and micro and a great hot tub with a small TV to watch in there. Definitely get a players reward card. All u have to do is earn 15 points during the week (50 on the weekends) to get a free buffet meal! And the buffet is pretty darn good!

This review is only for the hotel because unfortunately I didn't have enough time to enjoy the casino. Very friendly customer service. The rooms are clean and spacious. One of my favorite casinos in Shreveport. The air isn't clogged with smoke like some of the others. Might not pay out as much on the slot machines but the atmosphere is great. The drinks were also mixed to perfection.

This place is the BEST buffet EVER!!!!! The food, the staff, even the guests were all courteous and polite and caring. I had a wonderful time. We stayed at this hotel during the weekend of the Crowdstrike Outage and honestly it made us appreciate the hotel even more. The staff was super friendly throughout the entire weekend, even when dealing with hectic guests and the room was super clean. As long as you skip breakfast, your stay will be just fine. The rooms are a bit dated. Hilton, if you read these reviews, your breakfast needs some work. No chocolate milk. No regular milk. Decent hotel. It’s definitely older but overall in good shape. Good location right off the freeway but quiet and down the street from Walmart, gas stations, fast food, etc. Friendly staff. Very nice hotel great friendly staff clean rooms and a very nice breakfast I did ask for a late check out and per my Hilton app and email I was checked out by the hotel an hour earlier than the late check out time they gave.. just happy I took my belongings with me when I left the hotel…. If there was no availability someone could have just simply declined the request for a late check out

Beautiful hotel. The staff was very kind and courteous. The room was perfectly clean and all lines were fluffy and fresh! Stay here, you will not be disappointed! They even cute little to go breakfasts already made up if you do not have time to enjoy the continental breakfast.

The staff was very helpful the ladies making breakfast were my favorite part of the stay. They really went above and beyond to help me. Hope to see more vegan options though atleast some almond milk 😉
