The pictures make it look a lot nicer than it is. The hotel is very old and a little wore out. Not a second stay type of place. The rooms felt dirty cause of the walls and carpet. The staff was great. The food was good for breakfast. The location is great for the town. I would recommend somewhere a little newer

Stayed here for two weeks for work. It's an ok place if you're just looking to flop for the night. It's downtown and there's plenty of food within walking distance that is great. That said, it's noisy at all hours because of the main road. The hotel is just old and not particularly comfortable for any kind of extended stay. The shower screams whenever it finally gets to a tolerable temperature, otherwise it's freezing or scalding. If you drive anything taller than a Ford escape, you'll be limited to parking in a tight, small surface lot behind the hotel instead of the garage. Parking fees are $15/night. Not really worth the cost of the stay.

This hotel is hyped up to be more than it actually is. The hotel staff is nice, and the lobby is welcoming. However, when you get to your room it’s disappointing. The rooms are small and dull. Water stains on the ceilings. The water pipes scream when you take a shower. Our air conditioning/furnace was on the fritz, so it was never a decent temperature in our room. AND in the pool room, the hot tub is out of service (indefinitely). When booking the hotel over the phone the gentleman assured us they had a hot tub, I guess it was wrong of us to assume it was working. The location is pretty much the best thing about this hotel.

I'd give it more stars if I could. From the moment I entered, I was greeted by Mary with a huge smile. She was epitome of perfect customer service. Kudos to her for bringing a smile to my tired face. The room was clean and the bed exceptionally comfortable and the price very reasonable. I highly recommend this hotel.

Would have been nice for the parking garage to be validated by the hotel and rolled into the cost of stay. Decently clean lobby area. Room was comfortable and clean. Unusual to see into office buildings across the atrium and felt a little less private, but enjoyed the different setting. Had food delivered to the front desk without issue.

Looking for open parking was an issue. Once we found one, we had to walk through these large puddles of water. We paid $15 extra to park here. The hotel lobby and elevators smelled like cigarettes and perfume.
The lady at the front desk was nice though.
The comfort of the room was just not there. The WiFi was very weak. The TV was cable and not a Smart TV. The latrine did not meet my standards. The showers squealed like no other when the water was coming out. The beds didn’t even look like they were made before coming in. The AC is not very good either.
As a Hilton Gold member, I was not impressed for paying $173 for one night and feel bad that I chose this hotel for my family to stay in, especially on New Years Eve.

My daughter is the one that actually booked this hotel We were there for a cheer competition. I was not too impressed with elevators not working asking for room service to come check out the heat in our room and they never showed up. I know it's a small thing but I would like to have a microwave at least in our room it did have a small refrigerator which I thoroughly appreciated. You could tell that there was some water damage at the hotel. I did however like the location right there in town also attached to the arts building that the chair competition was going in. I mean I think if they got some things together overall might not be a bad hotel I would have liked to try the restaurant but unfortunately was a unable to do so. Also was nice to have a Starbucks in the hotel.

Just stayed at this hotel for our daughters’ cheer competition and was far from thrilled with this hotel. For being so close to an event center, the convenient location was the only saving Grace for staying.
But they advertise having a Starbucks available on site to open at 6am - was closed almost the whole time we were there. No other options nearby for early breakfast options unless you were leaving the property and driving away.
Website says they have the pool down for maintenance but the entire time we were there there were no maintenance work being performed.
In our room, the ice bucket had mold inside and my husband brought it to the front desk. That is a health hazard for anyone!
For a hotel with 9 floors, only 1 elevator (which is the size of a closet) was working and during a busy cheer competition weekend.

Nice place. Bed was comfortable. Wished the was a microwave in the room. Toilet and tub area is small. Would have been a 5 if breakfast buffet was better. Nice that it has a parking garage.
