Quality Inn Oakwood

The staff here is really friendly. They cater to your every need they make sure you get what you need and they do it in a timely fashion. My cable wasn’t working and they had somebody up here in Tech not even 10 minutes the lady Mary Jane at the front desk is a sweetheart all the staff here is so nice they take time out of their schedules just to even talk to you if I could recommend this place to everybody I would and I intend to I look forward to coming back and I will always stay at the quality inn in the near future, thank you for making mine and my family stay such a wonderful experience

This is a rose in a garden of thorns. We stayed there three days and the only down side is they forgot to take out the trash the second day. That kept it from being a five but I would rate it a 4.8 out of five. Great room, super clean, good hot breakfast, fantastic staff that were helpful and very courteous. I will make this the go to while in Spokane. Couldn't get into the hot tub because of kids but that isn't the staff's issue. I probably shouldn't write this as it probably means I won't be able to get a room next time. But honestly stay here!!!

This place and staff was awesome! We live in Nine Mile and the hill into Suncrest was closed so we couldn't get home. Decided to just get a hotel for the night rather the wait it out and they were so kind and gave us an emergency discount! It was a relief to just hunker down for the night and not have to worry about the roads anymore! Thank you!

Quality Inn Oakwood was really great for what we needed. We were a soccer team from out of town, with 14 13 year old boys. The staff were kind and accommodating, the rooms were clean with very comfortable beds and the amenities were well appointed.

I travel for work and live in Hotels. So I don't say this lightly. This is the best Hotel I have ever stayed in for work. It might not be a tourist hot spot. But the customer service is an 11 on a scale of 1 to 10. Thank you Quality Inn Oakwood for accommodating me and my motley crew so graciously.

Family friendly, clean, friendly and helpful staff. Great hot/cold breakfast and sitting area; they also offer an extended checkout of 1pm. Their pool/hot tub area which is quite spacious, stays open 24/7 and the pool is heated comfortably. The one complaint I had was the pool and hot tub water quality. Upon entering the pool room, chemicals blast you and instead of getting used to it, it just gets worse. Burning eyes and skin. We were unable to stay in the water too long due to the high chemicals in the water. I developed a chemical rash on my hands from the hot tub water and got out immediately upon noticing. After returning to my room and showering, the chemicals continued to burn my hairline. Thankfully, I had brought Cetaphil and was able to soothe the skin of my infant and family members. Other than this issue, our stay was great. It is really the perfect hotel to stay with children if they could get their pool water quality under control.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, nice breakfast, they offer dinner to all. Pool is clean, has a workout room. Basically everything a person needs at way less the price of Hotels. Close to Costco, Walgreens, eateries etc.

The beds were very comfortable, but the rooms are a bit dated. The breakfast in the morning is ok, just a basic continental. The indoor pool is really fun

this is where we "winter camp" to get a break from cold and snow and normal. a visit around Spokane attractions, and overnight and time in the pool. everything was clean. breakfast was very nice with some great variety. will definitely be back.
