Everything was exceptional at this hotel. I was a little surprised about the $10 per person per night amenity fee, but I felt it was justified because we had access to a hot tub, swimming pool, and free parking at other areas of town. The hotel is service dog friendly, and they even offer free bike rentals in the summer season. I love to bring my scooters, because you can scooter them all over Riverfront...
My first time staying at the Davenport Grand, let me tell you this won’t be my last. Beautiful decor, clean room, great service. Most comfortable bed with the most comfortable pillows. I think that was the highlight. I was extremely happy with my stay 10/10. The only thing I didn’t necessarily enjoy is the breakfast in the hotel restaurant, I ordered an Eggs Benedict and was a bit disappointed. For...
Overall a FANTASTIC hotel and I would stay here again in a heartbeat! The staff is friendly, the rooms are temperature controlled, secure, and clean! This is by no means a bad hotel, but there were a few things keeping me from giving it 5 stars. These are not bad things at all but the hotel would feel more luxurious with these small attention to detail items! - Bathrooms had 1 ply toilet paper. I...
Love this hotel!!! Friendly service, beautiful, clean hotel. Love the location, just across from the river. Plenty of lighting in the rooms, which is usually my complaint in other hotel rooms. Large rooms with plenty of storage for clothing. Bathrooms had plenty of counter space with space under the counter as well. They offer all the free water you want during your stay. I had an issue during...
The stay was great. The room we got had a 3 person tub with a separate shower and toilet room. Dual vanities as well. The bed was comfy. The pillows were a bit soft. The only downside was the rooms had no Fridge or Microwave and parking was another $25 for self parking. For $400+ it should have a Fridge, Microwave and free parking.
Classy hotel, rooms are very nice. Definitely top tier for Spokane. Great restaurants and night life on the bars.

This place is so close to being a five star place, but the food and service needs major improvement. The place was clean, and very big. Great place to stay. For dinner, find some place else. Only thing worth eating was the pulled pork tacos. Those were amazing! A 100 dollar tab and only the 12 dollar pork tacos was worth it getting. The waiter was decent, but he could work on his customer service better...
It was a lovely hotel with a great view and great area! Loved the room and it was lovely to walk around. Pool was nice too and even had some quiet moments to swim outside alone. But I marked it down one star because, even though I understand breakfast closes at 9, it felt like breakfast ended around 8:45 because that's when people start to clean up. I just feel like if I walk in at 8:58, I should be...
Great little hotel right on the river! Perfect for any event in the area. We made last minute reservations just a day before we were going to check in without a single problem. Great rates and easy digital check in/out. Large on-site outdoor parking lot (not gated). Staff was friendly and welcoming! The hotel had a nice swimming pool as well as a playground and outdoor games. Only a 10 minute walk...
Such a fun, affordable , enjoyable hotel! Staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel had 2 outdoor pools to accommodate both ages of my children! It was a beautiful spot right next to the river. Plenty of space to walk and enjoy the river. We also enjoyed the outdoor play area that had giant connect 4, corn hole and a play area for the littles. Bar had a nicely priced and delicious happy hour. It was...
When I booked the hotel room they told me there was free breakfast. But when I checked in they said they charged for it. After complaining about it they gave me free breakfast slips for the night I was staying there. The room was comfortable and our room looked over the river. The walls seemed to be thick enough that you could not hear your neighbor. My only other gripe is that the only hand soap...
The rooms are excellent and clean. There was complimentary internet (albeit basic 2mbps) and breakfast and dinner was available. The view of the river was extremely nice and overall high quality! Very convenient to the main roads in Spokane and it's quick to get almost anywhere. Quality of room varies depending on the wing, as there were some that had very good AC/heat with a panel on the wall to...

Great hotel. Our room was spacious and very clean. The staff was friendly. I especially appreciate that they are dog friendly. Pros: - Spacious room - Very clean - Friendly and helpful staff - Great location - walking distance to downtown and close to Gonzaga - right on the riverfront trail - Two restaurants and Starbucks in the hotel - Always enjoy the cookies Cons: Can’t think of any. Very happy...
If this review is helpful, please make sure you give it a like 👍👍👍. I was unimpressed by this hotel. The service was just okay. The room was just okay. The best part about the room was. The heat was good, and the hot water was amazing in the shower. There just was nothing special about this hotel. The hotel is situated in a good part of the city. But it's right next to the convention center. So every...
Staying at this hotel, connected to the convention center, made my conference experience so much smoother. Being a Hilton member definitely has its perks, like easy access to amenities and efficient elevator service, even with the hotel bustling. The outdoor pool was a great spot to unwind, especially with its heated water and nearby hot tub. And let's not forget about the room – it was cozy, cooled...
The room was spacious, quiet, and clean, the bed was comfortable, and the pillows were excellent. The location was perfect, by the convention center, arts center, river walk, and restaurants. The staff was exceptionally helpful. Housekeeping handled our few special requests speedily and well, and they were always cheerful. I would happily stay here again.
Older Hilton but good location to downtown. Rooms are very outdated but quiet. Window curtains hardly worked due to age and no microwave in rooms. Bath towels very hard. Bed was comfy. Nice location to view the city. Parking is pricey but was expected with being downtown. The breakfast avocado toast wasn’t great. I did ask for sourdough but it was not worth the $$!. Coffee was good though. Front desk...
Large, mature, high rise hotel located in downtown Spokane. The hotel is located adjacent to the convention center. In fact, the hotel is attached to the convention center, making it very convenient for guests whom have events and meetings in the convention center. Ambiance: Very large open lobby. Clean, bright, and inviting. Restaurant and bar located in the lobby as well. Service: 3 staff members at the check-in desk handling the influx of customers pretty efficiently. Helpful showing the location of your room and best way to access it. Facilities Quality: No complaints. Clean and updated beds and showers. Our room even had a door that opened right to...
Stayed there from 3/3- 3/18. Cleaning and was an issue. Room smelled like feed. Tried to change my room several times but supposedly there was no other room available. Carpet was washed but didn't help the smell. The noise level on weekends was another issue. Breakfast was good, and the service staff was great too. Front desk was professional, but not very friendly.
Im not sure why there are negative reviews this place was wonderful!!! Great convenient location to the arena just a short walk easy access to restaurants. Price was a little high but you pay for what you get. Great place would stay again! Had a downstairs room with a sliding door so convenient with a bar for security. Never felt unsafe even at night Food is good.
Started out great but lack of staffing really put a damper on trip. Room is quiet, but restaurant service was terrible as it was a full hotel restaurant (75+ ppl) with one server. Bartender wouldn't mix cocktails that were "too complicated" and service was over an hour for burnt food. Also hotel was full for young athletic competition,so was very full and loud around front lobby at times, seems to...
The check in was super easy and the room was clean. I found the beds very comfortable. The breakfast was VERY mediocre, the chi tea was warm (not hot) and overpriced. Hotel rate, I found reasonable. Due to a misunderstanding on my part was double booked in rooms. I stayed Friday night in one room and checked out of the room Saturday morning moving to another room. I quickly packed, and realized that...
This hotel was pretty nice. We were able to bring our dog, and there was a sliding glass door that led to an outside grassy area. This hotel had very comfortable beds and good soap in their bathrooms. They also have a nice pool that gets to be around 8 feet deep or something like that. Also we enjoyed breakfast and dinner at the hotel's restaurant, which had plenty of gluten-free options for my family
Had staff out with leaf blowers at 8 a.m. very loud and right below room. They continued working for over an hour. WiFi was very spotty

The breakfast was amazing. Exactly what we hoped for. The food I general was so good and the cocktails delicious!!! Staff were on it, and though the lobby and restaurant were busy we were well taken care of!!
For meeting the government per diem rate, this place is nice. It's nice regardless of the rate. I don't know what I thought was going on in Spokane, but the Davenport is an amazing, vibrant, hip place. Rooms are clean and have a safari theme. So much zebra and leopard print. But, somehow, in a way that works :)
Beautiful rooms and hotel, excellent service, fantastic workout facility. View from the tower was incredible. Food service met our expectations. The pool was a bit cold though. Easy access to parking and downtown restaurants and shopping. Will always stay here when visiting Spokane.
My Fiance and I stayed in a King Deluxe room during the second week of December and had such a great time. We live in Spokane but wanted to plan a weekend where we could party and go to the Ice Ribbon grand opening. Room service delivered the most delicious pepperoni pizzas to us both nights at midnight and were happy to do so. The shower was really great and spacious. The beds are the best you can...
Good sized rooms with an elegant lobby and restaurant. Walk in shower was nice. Staff was knowledgeable and friendly. We did have an issue where two separate reservations we're supposed to be combined and they weren't, so I had to deal with this three times in order to not have to switch rooms partway through our stay. The full length mirror used as a headboard was off-putting and something I hadn...
Beautiful interior decor in the lobby and rooms. The lobby includes a coffee shop and small seat yourself eatery. We enjoyed our breakfast at the eatery. The waitress was very knowledgable about what vegan options were available. The mimosas are quite generous and the breakfast meals were reasonably priced. Would recommend this hotel if you find yourself in the area.
Less than a minute off the interstate exiting to get to hotel. Centrally located downtown, short walk to a number of restaurants, bars, and shopping. Great on site restaurant.

Beautiful historic building that is graceful and elegant. Amenities, beds and staff have never failed to please. The jewel in the crown is the exquisite central meeting place, and never more do than during Christmas when decorations and roaring fires enhance the atmosphere. The Peacock Bar is terrific; staff are friendly and drinks are delicious. Recommend a peppermint (alcoholic) hot chocolate...
Overall, it was a good stay. However, there were several issues. 1. There was a giant bug in our room, that we had to trap under a wine glass. 2. The window seals are awful, and you can hear everything on the street, including all the engine revving, police sirens, and the train. 3. The doors are not soft-close, nor are they thick, so you could hear every door in the hallway, every time it opened and...
Amazing building! As soon as you walk through the doors your transported to another time when a hotel was a destination rather than a place to lay your head. The architecture is stunning with fine details in the woodwork that really create a remarkable experience. The valets and general staff are courteous and friendly, and truly make you feel welcome. However, there are a couple of things that...
We really enjoyed our stay at the Davenport Tower. The front lobby/bar and restaurant area flow together wonderfully. The rooms are in excellent condition and the beds/pillows are so comfy. We would definitely stay here again. We had a couple of drinks at the bar and ordered a quick bite and the staff were very friendly.

This hotel is so fancy! They have high quality chefs that cook your meals for you and the lobby looks like it was made for the entrance of royalty. The bathrooms are to die for with a walk in shower and classy tub. The beds are really comfortable, as well. The rooms are on the pricey side but trust me, it was definitely worth it

This hotel is very convenient for its location. It's nice that they have a large selection for their continental breakfast but the quality of food was fairly poor. The rooms are definitely on the older side and maybe not the cleanest I've ever seen but if you're just looking for somewhere to rest your head for one night before a flight, the location really cannot be beat. We've stayed here a few times...
I was so happy that they start their shuttle service to the airport at 4 am since that's when I needed to leave. I could have walked across the driveway to the airport and I have done it before but since it was zero ° outside and the asphalt was black ice, I really didn't want to manage it. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was very nice although I thought the bed was a little too hard...
My son and I stayed here for 4 days. Your ENTIRE staff was amazing! Your front desk crew, very kind and funny! Your maintenance man very helpful! Your breakfast crew made sure everyone had a great meal! I will definitely be back. My room was spotless and relaxing! Thank you!
I flew into Spokane late, tried to call the hotel after landing to assess the shuttle situation, and after a few minutes of confusion decided to walk. In less than 5 minutes I was at the hotel checking in. They have a nice updated appearance in the lobby and a restaurant on site. Unfortunately it closed at 9pm so I wasn't able to get dinner before retiring to my room. Once leaving the front lobby area...
Friendly staff at check-in. Bartender on 6/30 around 1pm was super kind and friendly. He was fun to talk to. :) Pool is only open on Friday and Saturday. Breakfast was overall good. Hot food is always a pleasant...

The room and the location are beautiful. Great black out curtains. Good pool and hottub and great court yard. The bistro has amazing and attentive staff and good food
Very nice home-base to explore downtown Spokane. It's super convenient having the trail to the park run right behind the building. It's also nice that there are lime scooters and bikes on the campus that you can rent to get anywhere quickly. Rooms are nice, pool is very cold, hot tub is hot, balconies are very nice. Could use a microwave, but the mini fridge is a nice bonus.
Great place to stay if you are ever in Spokane! The rooms are clean and nicely air conditioned. Checkout time is noon, so you can sleep in late and have no rush getting out the door! The staff is friendly and helpful! I always stay here if I need a place.
Staff was very helpful and room was clean. Pool area needed a lot of attention. Used towels all over items left from guests. Still there the next day. Leaves and tree debris on outside furniture so I really didn’t want to sit on them but it would have been nice to use. I really liked the nooks available in the lobby area to visit with friends that came to see us.
Great location close to downtown, the university and right off the riverfront. The hotel staff was pleasant and helpful. Parking was ok, it’s a large lot and it was full so I had to park a ways away but that can’t be helped. The hotel itself is somewhat dated. It probably an older courtyard property. Would be nice to see it renovated soon. That being said the room was clean and quiet. Bed was...
The hotel is clean, but is due for an update. The decor is a bit dated for a courtyard. There is ample parking, and is in walking distance to many to many places to eat.

Myself and my family had a pleasant experience at the holiday inn for two nights. Check in was quick and front staff Michael was friendly. Our second night I talked to Albert about my bed being too firm for me. He suggested another room. Myself and...
Check in was smooth and easy, my husband treated me to a hotel room to get a break from home life with the kids. Well unfortunately the hot tub was down for maintenance so that was a bummer but what sucked even more was the room the pool and hot tub are in are freezing cold. Even if the pool was slightly heated the room was too cold. Anyone who swims is gonna be shaking when they get out. I brought...
First, the breakfast is lame. Oatmeal, cold cereal, sausage, eggs and cheese, no brown sugar for oatmeal, juice was watered down, disappointed. Glad they didn't come through the door and said something after opening the door. No compensation offered for their mistake...
BathRoom shower not that clean and no shampoo or conditioner and ice bucket had water cups and lifesavers in it. the beds are comfortable the location is good for airport, they have continental breakfast available, the parking by building is a bit crowded with cars that have been there a while
I was only here very briefly for a secret shopping assignment for the aiport. The front desk person was very nice and the lobby exceptionally clean. The lobby was welcoming and a comfortable place to sit while I waited for my ride.
We had a great stay! The room was spacious and very clean. The beds were comfortable and the room stayed a nice set temperature. The hotel was very clean, had friendly staff and was easily accessed. When we got to our room I noticed the refrigerator was cool but the ice in the freezer compartment was melting. Quality Inn Oakwood was really great for what we needed. We were a soccer team from out of town, with 14 13 year old boys. The staff were kind and accommodating, the rooms were clean with very comfortable beds and the amenities were well appointed.

Thanks for helping me with my dead battery. Though I didn't need two queen beds that was nice, unless I could've gotten a cheaper deal with just one. I like that i was just 20 minute walk to my training site, though it was chilly.
We stay here whenever we are in Spokane. It is comfortable, attractive, clean, and the rooms are a nice size. Breakfast options are pretty good with waffles and eggs (make your own omelet). I think they had sausage also. I wish they had a better choice of breads. My only complaint was.that the pool was quite chilly.
Nice motel to stay at when traveling to or from Seattle. Also near the airport and offers park and fly and close to casinos in the area. Has a Denny's right next door as well as an excellent motel breakfast. Just a little cramped and tight.to get in and out of as it is located behind a gas station/truck stop.

Very clean. Friendly front desk and service staff. But the mound of laundry outside our room was inexcusable. It was literally stacked to the ceiling at 1pm, and when we came back at 6pm it was half as tall, but still there. Really? You can't keep your laundry in the laundry room? I did not need to see 4 floors worth of soiled bedding. Gross!
The absolute best guest service of any inn I've stayed at. That's enough reason to stay, but if you need more: the rooms are clean, beds are comfy, mini fridge & microwave in room, AC works perfectly, right by the hospital and food, great free breakfast spread, non-smoking but special areas outside if you do. With only 5 minutes away from the hospital easily a walk. One of the best hotels as far as cleanliness comfort and helpfulness. They really wanted to make our stay the best and they succeeded

We did a staycation here and I was very impressed. We had a lovely suite with a gorgeous and comfortable king size bed. Soaked in a romantic private mirrored Jacuzzi with heat and soft lighting. Enjoyed morning coffee in our living room before a delicious continental breakfast and more fresh roast coffee. It was the PERFECT getaway and so peaceful and quiet.
For the class and age of the property, I was pleased with the value. It was clean. The beds, while not overly comfortable, were not as bad as some. The breakfast was a typical make-your-own waffle continental breakfast. The staff was friendly. A good choice at the $100 price point.
Our room was a motel room. Nothing special. They did have black mold around the shower dial. Otherwise very clean, service was great, and the food was selective, and plentiful. It would have been nice to have more fruit choices. I wish I could give it more stars but it was just ok of a stay.
Clean rooms, comfortable beds, and quiet! The afternoon/evening desk clerk (Gus) is very friendly, and happy to recommend restaurants, activities, etc.
Good, affordable place to stay for the night. Paid $70 for a 2 queen room. Clean and comfortable. Nice TV with a decent amount of channels to chose from. Layout of the hotel is a little strange and took a minute to find the room. Continental breakfast in the morning with eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles, and various assorted breakfast items. Overall a great experience.
I did not personally stay at the hotel but I booked this reservation for international customer from Spain. He had great things to say about the accommodations and staff. The many times I called in for changes, the FD agent Sammy was polite and prompt in all his help!

proximity to airport, shuttle service, electric car charging point & excellent customer service at reception
Our short experience there was good. Clean and spacious rooms. Very convenient to the airport. Recommended if you are dropping through Spokane.
If you are flying out of Spokane, try the park and fly option at the Wingate. For not much more than just parking you can get a comfortable night in a great room, parking and a shuttle to the airport. Staff was great, room was very comfortable. I will definitely stay here the next time I fly.
So convenient. So very comfortable...the staff is very courteous and helpful. A special thanks to Richard from Saturday night for sorting out my reservation mistake for me...we will be coming back again and again
After cancelling 3 other local hotels in the area after reading their reviews, a dear friend said she would not stay anywhere else except Wingate by Wyndham. We did just that and it was not only reasonable, but immaculate and the service including the Shuttle lady driver was personable, and accommodating who took us all the way back to the Hotel after we arrived at the airport, to get my car keys...
Staff is always so accommodating and friendly. Not quite sure why I've even stayed at other places near the airport when this hotel is the best. Only complaint is the outside pool and lack of hot tub.

It's so nice to be able to take a walk while looking at the riverside and waterfall in the morning.
All the staff treated our family so kind. We had an extended stay due to a house fire. Absolutely every person who works there went above and beyond to help us feel welcomed and showed care and compassion during our stay. Definitely highly recommend this Best Western.
The room was great. Customer service was top notch. My wife and I came for our anniversary. For one reason. The jacuzzi tub in the room. But the jets broke. But they took care of us above and beyond. Yes we're bummed we can't get the full experience we wanted. But we're more then satisfied with what they did for us to make our stay worth the time. 100% will be back some day.
The staff was SO sweet at this property! They made me feel like I was staying at my grandparents house going down to the continental breakfast every morning. They made me feel right at home. I've never had such a wonderful staff experience at a hotel. I can't remember either of the individuals names unfortunately, but the two women and a man working the breakfast and front desk in the weekdays were...
This is a nice place. I stayed here for four months after my house burned down and the people that work there are not acting when they are being nice to you. They really are nice. The place is kept very clean on a consistent basis and if you need something you are not ignored. The breakfast is delicious also. My last visit I had real scrambled eggs, tasty potatoes with bacon and sausage. I will definitely...
This place was excellent! The service was exceptional. The rooms were spacious, the beds were comfortable, and it was very clean. The breakfast was also excellent. My only negative, which is a room tip, is that our room was on the parking lot side which is adjacent to a major thru fare for the riverfront area. There were a lot of cars and motorcycles late at night showboating and making a lot of noise...

Great place to stay. Very clean. We stayed here for over a week when we moved here. There are limited options for food around the hotel. But they have a small restaurant inside with good eats. Super quiet. Our entire life was packed up in our cars, and I wasn't worried once.
I've stayed here many times. It was my preferred hotel in Spokane. This time though, I had a confirmed booking through an established and reputable booking agency with the total price (that I was to pay at the hotel) stated clearly. The hotel then went and charged my credit card much more than the agreed price. The sales manager insisted that the rate had increased and refused to honor the confirmed...
Spokane is easy to get around, you can be anywhere in 15 minutes, this location is a little out on an island but if you have a car, no big deal. Looked like maybe they were doing some renovations but I didn't hear anything. Free breakfast, pool, hot tub, great wifi... hard to go wrong.
Everything but one thing was great, front desk was super nice. Rooms are pretty great, nothing special but still nice. The only thing that I did not like at all was their breakfast. Everything but the waffles are good. Cereal stale, eggs gross, potatoes gross, sauasage I don't even know. Besides that I slept great.
Polliana is the hostess at the Bistro lounge & she was absolutely perfect 💯 The front desk was also awesome. Our stay was nice and quiet comfy & cozy. We will stay here again. Thanks Hampton Inn see y'all again soon 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
We had to stay an extra night as our flight from Spokane to Orlando was cancelled due to the hurricane. Pool and spa was excellent, room very comfortable and spacious. Had dinner in the restaurant on the 2nd night, server was excellent
