Waited forever to get checked in. Turns out the girl was just chilling in the back office doing who knows what instead of sitting at the reception desk. Cleaners were dragging leaking trash bags into elevator which was gross. Lots of carpet stains of who knows what. Room was ok. Mold above shower on ceiling. The only good thing really was the location. Outside of hotel looks very nice. Only once you walk in do you find what is inside.

Liked the room - it was clean and bed very comfortable. Location was close to highway yet found it very quite. Easy to get to off of I15

Loose floor tile in bathroom room 214. Pool opening time is late. (10:00 am.) The breakfast was nice and clean.

I am laying in bed this morning and all of a sudden there is housekeeping walking into my room when I go to front desk and ask for manager there isnt one and I am told that I should have informed them I didnt want housekeeping services when I replied you didnt even knock I was told yes housekeeping knocked 4 times which was total lie and then was told do t know what to say. Not once was there any kind of apology

They have an inside pool and a sauna. I had to heat the sauna up but it was totally worth it. The front desk staff girl was great too, so friendly! Would definitely stay again!

Great location. The rooms were okay. The pool is absolutely disgusting.The ceiling had chunks of paint hanging, there were chunks of loose cement in the bottom of the pool, rust all over the window seals and the water looked dirty. It definitely needs an upgrade.

Had to stop due to the weather, Cole at the front desk was so kind and super helpful upon arrival! He's doing a great job, the rooms are nice and clean! 10/10 would recommend!

This is a very nice hotel for the money. The breakfast is included and is very good and has more options than most. Room was like new and very clean and tidy. Workers were friendly and did their best to make you feel comfortable. The hotel is in a great location close to the freeway and their are lots of dining options that are close by. We loved our stay here.

After receiving the room keys, we walked up a flight of stairs to our room. The hallway and stairwell reeked of smoke, and this is a non-smoking hotel. I reported the smell to the front desk because it was seriously unbearable. After looking around, I found a homeless person living under the stairwell inside of the hotel, with a bunch of her stuff that absolutely reeked of smoke and filth. When booking, I had booked a room with a king bed. When I opened the door I saw that there were two queen beds. The drain the tub was broken, so you could not take a bath or bathe children. The TV was nice, beds were decent. The breakfast was okay, nothing special. I won't be back.

We booked 3 rooms in august 2017.very nice,clean,large rooms with free breakfast. Highly recommended. Thanks for good service.
