The tidiness and beauty of your garden upon driving into the parking lot set the stage for us. The entrances into the lobby was welcoming and the staff attentive. Our room with two queen beds was spacious and clean.
Is was very nice! The front desk staff were very nice! Especially the new lady, I don’t remember her name. It started with a T. And the other one something Jazz-? Very helpful and friendly. Very clean! I too am a housekeeper for a Springhill Suites by Marriott in Montana. I want to thank all the unnoticed housekeepers. They are Awesome!
Great we stayed there two nights with the twin toddlers. The staff came up with two baby beds which was awesome. We slept great and pool was great on such a hot day.
I stayed on the 3rd floor. It was nice place great room, comfortable bed pillows ect. However the 4th floor was loud and could hear everyone walking. Other than that everything was great. Super clean and very relaxing.
I've stayed at this hotel a few different times and like the place each time. The rooms are comfortable and clean, and the staff has always been kind. It's pretty easy to locate as well. The only complaint I have is it doesn't have continental breakfast. Great hotel!
We love the Courtyard Marriott St. George. It is beautiful property and seems to stay updated. However, with our recent stay the pool and hot tub were closed without notice. This was a little frustrating as spending time in the hot tub was part of a planned rehab. Also, we had reserved a room with a king bed and up arrival learned that we had been placed in a room with 2 queens. All of their rooms...

The rooms were beautiful, spacious and clean. The staff was friendly and always helpful and quick to answer any questions. I always looked forward to the breakfasts…Delicious!
Really nice large room. Very clean with an extra seating area. Great shower. LOTS of space. The comp breakfast was the best we've ever had, they had just about every option you could want, hot food too. Staff were very nice as well. AND very reasonable price. I highly recommend!!
Nice size room with queen beds & a sitting area with comfy couch. Comfy in that the couch was firm and not one of the cushy sink into couches. Bathroom was great too. Love that they had dispensers in shower with shampoo, conditioner, & body wash. Room was clean and had a refrigerator. They offer a free breakfast buffet.
Quick Summary Really nice and clean Hyatt with plenty of parking. Staff were very friendly and breakfast was solid as well Room- 5 stars Room was the typical Hyatt Place layout. Very clean and new. Very much enjoyed our room Service- 5 stars The staff was fantastic. They don't have housekeeping in the afternoon/evening hours, so we did have to change our own sheets when my girlfriend spotted a stain...
We stayed here for the weekend to watch two shows at Tuacahn. The room was large and comfortable for five family members. Mattresses comfy and great water pressure in the showers. This hotel could be not for you if you have small children - the generous size of the walk in shower means there is no bathtub. There was no microwave in our room. It wasn’t missed and if you do need to heat something...
I rarely leave reviews but this hotel was by far my favorite hotel of my 14 day road trip across the country even staying in 4 and 5 star hotels. Staff and breakfast here was fantastic. EV charging was free. My entire family made comments that we wished every hotel was exactly like this and my entire family agreed that we would love to stay here again.

Room was nice , bathroom had a mild smell or urine, but I didn’t want to be complicated and I didn’t say anything Only 1 elevator was working which it will take forever to get to your room and sometimes we had to make line to use it I forgot to mention, the iron didn’t work;my door didn’t open, I had to go down to get new keys and they didn’t work, finally front desk lady sent maintenance guy to change...
This location was perfect for the convention next door. The staff went out of there way to be helpful especially Cass at the front desk! The breakfast is great compared to hotels around although there is a charge if it is not included in your stay but worth it. The hotel rooms are spacious but the furniture needs steam cleaning or replacement. Hopefully a remodel will be in their future. We would stay...
The staff treated me like family. I was impressed by the pool and hot tub. It was a relaxing stay. I highly recommend staying at the Hilton Garden Inn for your next vacation if you are in the southern Utah area.
Cleanliness, friendly staff and good location accessible to the freeway and all other sight seeing areas. In addition theirs a museum next door , you see all types of wild animals living in the mountains very educational. Beautiful landscaping, walking path and setting area to just relax and unwind watching the sunset.
Was disappointed in the rooms and hallways - very dark furnishings and showing signs of obvious wear and tear. Hallway carpets were in dire need of cleaning! Lobby was very nice as was the breakfast area. One person to note was Geoffrey, who was excellent as the breakfast chef as well as greeter and waiter - excellent customer service! Overall, not a bad place but rooms were not up to the Hilton standard
For a Hilton and hotel in this price range, it is very dated. There are other hotels in this area for similar pricing that have far nicer accommodations. The pool was nice but the towels at the pool were about the size of a hand towel. Even two of them on a lounger didn’t even cover the chair. Probably wouldn’t stay here again unless it was for a killer price.

Big and modern room, good amenities in the room, OK breakfast (nothing extra but decent). As an European would have liked some ham/cheese or boiled egg for breakfast as well and not only bread and pastries. Good tv choices and wifi. Also decent gym (even weights).
Made a last minute reservation, got a suite for a surprise. Spacious rooms, clean beds and great customer service - especially Jim at the front desk, he is awesome! Thanks for making my stay comfortable!
After many flight delays and not having a place to stay last minute at 3 am we were in a panic. I called Jim at la Quinta and not only did he call about 6 other hotels when he didn’t have a room available but he was so friendly and trying to help us so much! A room became available last minute and he made sure he got us the best deal he could. Thank you thank you Jim! You’re a lifesaver! Best hotel...
I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. It gets 5 stars not because it's a 5 star hotel but because for the level of hotel it is it deserves top reviews. Pillows and beds are lush, rooms are a great size, breakfast was not extravagant but tasted great and the staff were on top of it! When something was close to being out it was promptly replenished. The hotel was kept and up to date. Thanks for...
The room was spacious and comfortable with a king size bed, mini fridge, and microwave. The breakfast was convenient and helpful but it does get old if you're eating it 6 days in a row. My room was cleaned everyday, but I wasn't thrilled with the cleaning of the bath tub. I was going to take a bath one evening and the bottom of the tub felt a bit slimy so I decided against it. The staff were polite...
Very clean. Beautiful decor. Great free breakfast, pool, fitness center, in room microwave & refrigerator. Able to book a room at the last minute on a holiday weekend at a reasonable price.

Location was good, close to fwy. Property was clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Our room was clean but very small. Only one person could be walking around since room was very tight. Overall, it accommodated us. They had a nice hot breakfast and nice variety. Area felt safe and in morning beautiful surroundings of clean air, beautiful sky and mountains.
I really like this place. It's quite and the staff seem genuinely kind. I'd recommend this Inn to any traveling from Out of Country or Not. I be worked in Hospitality. And to me this is a nice hotel. It has everything. Even a nice breakfast and breakfast nooks all over the connecting spaces in the lobby , even your choice of eating out on a nice patio.
Great place to stay! Rooms were clean and bed was very comfy! Breakfast was basic, nothing special really. The front desk staff were very delightful and helpful. The only things that kept me from giving 5 stars were a couple of issues in our room. One being the shower handle was very hard to operate and definitely in need of replacement as it just spun around 360 deg. So we had to be careful how we...
I think this hotels is great, especially if you have kids. The staff is great, genuinely nice. For the amount you pay you feel like you get a better deal compared to the big name hotels. I highly recommend this hotel.
Good place for fast eats and restaurants to walk to. Pool and spa are nice. Beds are comfy but bring your own pillows if you want good sleep.
Very clean hotel, the staff is friendly, kid/family friendly amenities with 2 pools (outdoor and in door heated w/jacuzzi's). Front desk is open 24/7. They have specific pet friendly rooms that are double queen rooms that are nice and clean(stayed with my dog). Breakfast is complimentary and bigger than a "continental". I enjoyed my stay very much and for the price they're at it's a good bargain.

Nice, cheap spot, but two different experiences. We stayed a few years ago in the suites and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Comfy and spacious for the price. We thought, well if that was nice then the regular rooms should be similar. We brought some friends to visit St George for the first time and well ... It depends on the room you get. Bottom line don't take the room above the office. Small...
I nice inn, worth the money, but it's an older place. Not run down, but remodeled numerous times. The floor outside the second floor rooms is quite worn, hanging off at an angle that is obvious. If you dropped something round, it would roll off the side quite fast. So just know what to expect. It's been there a long time, so it isn't going to fall over anytime soon, but that could use fixing. Breakfast...
Check in was easy and the room was great. Very clean and had a private balcony huge bathtub and really comfy beds. The ice machine was kinda far away but that's not a huge deal. Good prices too, especially for the area; very close to lots of shops and art pieces all within walking distance.
This review is only a reflection of my recent visit as I don't usually know how things are at this motel. I had phoned the manager that I was going to check in late on new year's morning as it was supposed to be new year's eve check-in. The manager accommodated my tardiness and assured me it would not be a problem. Long driving and kids often throw everything off one's schedule. The manager was very...
Rooms need a to be cleaned better my toddler found a red pill on the floor luckily we caught it before it broke open. There was also a drug scale in the dresser makes me wonder what the heck is going on .

Overall, I loved my stay here. I spoke to the owner and he was super friendly. The breakfast was good. The location was just right for me (racing in the Half Ironman World Champs) as it's near the finish line. The heater and AC were awesome. My only complaint was that the floor was pretty dirty, even after it was mopped at our request.
A great deal at the price - rooms were very clean and as pictured. Bathroom was spacious, and room came with a mini fridge and microwave. One star off for the old (and squeaky) beds, and the air conditioner that can be pretty loud. But honestly - can't be beat at this price.
The location is great and so is the front desk. Very friendly and no issues. Breakfast is served, prices are fair and reasonable charges for bringing a pet (dog in our case). The rooms could use an upgrade here and there but while older, everything worked fine. For the price though I do have to say it is an excellent value. There is a pool and hot tub as well and the parking is easy, right near the...
The manager was very friendly and went out of his way to get me a room for early check-in and gave me a discount, plus the room was one of the cleanest I have stayed in.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Some rooms have a lingering smell, but they are pet friendly. The breakfast options are bland but its not a bad place to land.
The pros: They've made some upgrades to the rooms such as artwork, taken out the carpet and put in pergo flooring. Some rooms have new beds. The continental breakfast is coffee, hot chocolate, juice, toast, yogurt, cereal and pastry. The cons: the pool isn't heated in April so too cold to swim. It may be ok unheated by July. The hot tub was extremely hot so we could only sit in it for a couple...

You get what you pay for and this place isn't too bad for 8 Hami's. Room was clean, spacious, and the bed was okay. The bathroom definitely needs to be updated as the shower/jacuzzi/tub looks older than me and the a/c unit makes funky noises as it runs. Bring a white noise machine. Not terrible nor immaculate place.
I have stayed in this hotel a few times and I must say for the price, it is not bad. The room is very clean, nice location and good wifi. Although it is not a smart tv in the room they have on Demand which is nice as well. A coffee machine would have been nice but other than that, great hotel!
Inexpensive and wonderful spacious rooms. It's right across from Even Steven Sandwiches if you need dinner!
At the bargain price I got it for it was plenty sufficient for my needs. The room was clean, you can tell they've been remodeling it, and yes it is an older property but again what I paid for it... It was a quiet neighborhood and aside from the muted TV noises from the adjacent rooms, it felt like we were all alone in St George. The clerk who checked us in was super friendly. I took a quick peek at...
The walls were super thin. We unfortunately had a neighbor watching TV loudly until 3 am. Other than that, the hotel was alright. Cheap. Beds were a but hard. I gave this a 4 star because it served it's purpose. Cheap, affordable accommodation, in and out quickly.
Needs some cleaning update but everything else was fine....A good price for the Service/Location and Comfort and Safety.

Liked the room - it was clean and bed very comfortable. Location was close to highway yet found it very quite. Easy to get to off of I15 Staff was very friendly and helpful
Loose floor tile in bathroom room 214. Pool opening time is late. (10:00 am.) The breakfast was nice and clean.
They have an inside pool and a sauna. I had to heat the sauna up but it was totally worth it. The front desk staff girl was great too, so friendly! Would definitely stay again!
Great location. The rooms were okay. The pool is absolutely disgusting. The ceiling had chunks of paint hanging, there were chunks of loose cement in the bottom of the pool, rust all over the window seals and the water looked dirty. It definitely needs an upgrade.
This was one of the most pleasant and comfortable hotels I've stayed at in a long time. I was in town for the weekend, and didn't expect much for the price- and my expectations were met and surpassed. The room was spotless and felt freshly redone, the staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was great, the pool area even had a sauna! A huge positive is also the location-right off the highway, plenty...
We stayed here Sunday-Thursday (4 nights) Pros- *Check in was fast and easy. *Luggage carts available. *AC worked great. *Breakfast was always great. It was the same each morning with the exception of one morning instead of scrambled eggs, they were fried eggs. *We unexpectedly needed to do a load of laundry while there. Front desk exchanged cash for quarters and sold tide pods for $1. *Everyone I...

This hotel is very close to the shuttle drop off, restaurants and main road. After traveling for 13 hours I was very happy to get to my room. The check in woman was very friendly and helpful. We discovered this hotel when looking for a replacement for a tired hotel that had been better. The front desk are very attentive and are very nice. The microwave sparked on my roommate. She let the front desk know and while we were out racing, they replaced it!! There is a great feel, reasonably quiet, comfy beds and a nice pool. No elevator and the bathroom was a bit tired but defibately a great...
The staff were outstanding. They were incredibly approachable, knowledgeable, efficient, warm and welcoming. It was great to find the room and bathroom nice and clean . I use a cane for my balance and bad back and the manager asked of I needed to change to a room for the disabled . He asked twice just to make sure. I was very impressed with the care and concern.
I stayed here two nights Honestly for the price it was decent. The room was clean the front desk and housekeeping were friendly. Only 4/5 just because when you walk in it does have a clean but lingering cigarette smell. Although my room did NOT at all smell the way it does in the lobby. I do have to mention though when turning on the A/C you slightly get a hint of cigarette smell ever so slightly,...
The staff is friendly and accommodating. The room had an almost fishy smell upon entering. The bathroom could use a little work. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Due to the smell, I don't think I will be visiting again.
Me and my boyfriend have come to know the boss and some staff extremely well! And are all such nice and friendly people the rooms arent a 5 star hotel room but they are well clean and have everything you would need! This is the only hotel I would ever go to! I would absolutely recommend it to everyone! And to top it off they have a vending and soda machine, a computer for the guests. And good breakfast...

I felt at home immediately here. The reception staff was friendly and helpful. The room was immaculate with everything we needed at hand. Beds were super comfortable too. The next morning... Incredible views from huge windows and the sweetest breakfast hand delivered. The care of the owners and staff felt genuine, not just a corporate assembly line like some of the bigger and more expensive hotels...
The Inn on the Cliff looks like a motel from the outside. It's right across the street from the Dixie Technical College, and is very convenient to old-town St. George (about 1 mile away). The rooms are very bright and modern, with comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. But the clincher is the view from every room. Each room has a balcony that sits out over the cliff and has a view of St. George...
Loved our one night stay at the Inn on The Cliff. Gateway night to road trip of Utah National Parks, and it was perfect. Room not large, butt nicely updated with all amenities and a fantastic view of the city. Incredible view at night from the pool/ hot tub! The adjoining restaurant is awe some. My family booked a little 5 day getaway, flying to Las Vegas from Minneapolis to hike Zion and Bryce Canyon National Parks. Our first stop was at St George to swim, eat and sleep prior to heading to Zion in the morning. We stayed at this charming little motel and I have to say it was simply wonderful! It literally sits on the edge of a cliff with gorgeous views. Apparently it was recently all redone...
Loved this hotel! Such a nice, low key vibe. The room was so nicely decorated and beds were comfy. The balcony and view were amazing, and something we did not experience at any other stays on our road trip. It was a good house and worked for us. We had many people staying in the house. We didn't eat out and used the kitchen throughout the visit. They had most things required in the kitchen. They even had some bikes to ride including a tandem bike. I would recommend and we are hoping to use this house again next time we go down.
This tiny group of gated homes is just right. Perfect views of Snow Canyon, secluded patios, walking paths, pool and hot tub.
We rented #1A our first time here it was great clean. We loved the privacy and well stocked with all the kitchen tools to cook. Plenty of linen toiletries. All we needed was our groceries which we went and purchased. It has been a very peaceful experience and very safe. I definitely recommend this home if you want clean and the Master bedroom bed is so comfortable you sleep well. Definitely will visit...
My Wife and I just returned from a very pleasant one week stay in unit #13 at Lava Falls at Entrada. This is the second year in a row we have rented this unit. We always have a fabulous stay at these condos. This year we stayed at Unit 1SP. Love the location, the double garage, the privacy, the condo itself which is very clean and nicely furnished. Perfect for what we want. We are two people in our 70’s. On top of this, Lem (manager) does a spectacular job of keeping on top of maintenance issues.
Lava Falls #5 is a gorgeous place and reasonably priced. The owners are gracious and promptly responded to questions and requests. The home is part of a twin home in a gated community “Lava Falls At Entrada Vacation Rentals.” Only on a couple of occasions did we hear minimal sound from the neighbors. Otherwise, it was quiet. The villas are awesome with everything you need for a long stay. The beds are really comfortable, and we liked Southgate.
Staff at the Villas could not have been nicer! Big shout out to Laura and Crystal for helping to make this an epic vacation! The space was clean and well-equipped. The hot tub was a blessing after overworking our muscles at Zion NP. Good location - we drove a lot because there's so much to see in SW Utah. Highly recommend!
Very clean. Well taken care of. Had view of the golf course. Kitchen had all you needed to cook meals. Bed was comfortable. Furniture was newer.
Love this place. The set up is simple, making for a great escape from the everyday hustle. The pools are clean, and enjoyable. The adult pool is nice, and low key. The staff is so nice, and accommodating. I highly recommend checking out one of their villas.
I exchanged my week back home for Southern Utah closer to all the Parks and have enjoyed the stay. The place is clean, the service is very helpful, and the pool is very welcome on these hot days! Besides, the Golf Course next door would be nice if only a little cooler.
It's dated/aging, furniture is old and uncomfortable to us. But, the bed was fantastic and it has the majority of amenities that would entertain people that spend more time visiting the area and not the hotel. Pools have limited seating, almost no shade for summer months aside from a slotted pergola. But, it was well kept and fully functional. St George is a great area for variety of food and shopping...
