Great spot for our visit to Stowe in the summer. Front desk, management and maintenance staff are friendly and helpful. Any issues and they respond immediately. Our condo was very spacious with every amenity you’d need. The facilities are top notch too, the gym, spa, pools, so much going on here. On-site restaurant The Roost is a gem too.

I had a couple issues during my stay, Jeremy the assistant GM admitted to the issues and went out of his way to try and make it better. I appreciate that effort immensely, it’s more than other places would have done. It’s a comfortable place that has great people.

This is a very quiet, peaceful place to stay. The location is superb, as it is within walking distance of many things including the bike rental shop. After a long day of tiring outdoor activities, it was nice to return to such a comfortable and relaxing environment. The rooms are spacious and the fireplaces are so quaint and cozy.

Attended a catered holiday event. The food was lovely, the service was great. I was disappointed with the lack of holiday decor in the Mozart room even though it was December. I feel like for what we paid, they could at least have hung some twinkle lights. We also had been promised an outdoor fire on the patio, which never happened.

We enjoyed a fabulous stay here just before Christmas! Excellent all around. Nice accommodations with friendly and helpful staff. The food was very good, especially the buffet breakfast. Great experience at Stowe Mountain Lodge. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Breath taking views, delicious food and a spa. So relaxing and stress free. I wish I could have stayed longer and I will definable go back.

We had had an amazing vacation and I loved the Spa! I was lucky enough to have Jennifer Findley for my massage the very first day and immediately requested her for the remainder of my appointments/treatments. She is amazing! Unfortunately, the attached restaurant has closed but the inn is located within two miles (five minutes drive) of restaurants, shops and Stowe's downtown. We were headed for camping when Stowe mountain road got washed out. The staff hurried and shifted things to accommodate us. We ran into a personal issue during our stay, and management was very helpful and understanding. This is already our go to place for comfort, style and its uniqueness. Fantastic spot! The king suites were so well appointed, staff wonderful, the aesthetics very hipster-scandi. So much attention has clearly been given to making this a real mountain escape. This was our 1st time at the inn. We came on Thanksgiving morning. We were amazed because we were able to go to our room by 11am. The Gables Inn is a phenomenal place to stay in Stowe. It's located just off a main road across from a biking/walking trail that is well maintained. Just an unbelievably luxurious experience from beginning to end. The inn is situated close to everything that Stowe has to offer but just far away enough to be quaint. Perfect spot for a few nights in Stowe. Nothing fancy, but just right. I had a great time staying here and think they do an amazing job. The bar next door is really good too. And if you are a mountain biker, this is the spot, you are literally across the street from the flow trails.

A beautiful inn that is perfect for a peaceful retreat. The rooms are large and well cared-for, breakfast is freshly made, and there are lots of books and movies to curl up with. Had a brief, but lovely stay here for a quick visit to see my daughter at Burklyn Ballet. Suzanne was very pleasant, the room was comfortable and breakfast delicious. We staid in a (big) pet room and although it was clean I didn’t really like it. Maybe the rooms in the hotel are nicer. Now we stayed in a room outside. They said I booked a pet room but I can’t find nothing of that in my booking.

The fan and the tub jets in the bathroom didn't work, the path to our building was unpaved and unlit, and there usually wasn't breakfast. Stayed here for a ski weekend and am very happy with that decision. Great location off the main road with access to the mountain shuttle close by. Check-in and checkout were a breeze: the hostess was very nice and helpful. Room was clean and warm when we arrived, and the breakfast basket refilled daily was a great plus.

Knocking a star back only because the lounge was closed super early with plenty of days in the season left to serve guests. We were looking forward to playing a game and having a drink there after a long day, to realize the lounge is closed April-June 21.

The Reception team were very friendly and efficient, rooms clean and spacious, we had a lovely view over the lake and to the hills in the distance. They wanted to know if they could beat our previous night stay in Montreal and to be honest the team here smashed out the ball park! Thanks guys, I wish we had stayed for longer.

Clean, comfortable, and at a decent price. They have a swimming pool that is the perfect temperature, and their staff were warm and welcoming. Definitely will book again next time we need a place to stay!

I have spend 3 days of kids vacation in this resort with our friends. It was very pleasant from easy check in to clean rooms , delicious breakfast, and great pool and game area for kids. Definetly will be back for ski season , and looking very much forward to staying here again.

Beautiful Resort. Very nice accommodations and views. Nice that it a has a restaurant on the grounds with great food. Playground is perfect for kids.

It's a great place, I take my client and we swim and exercise and play pool. The maintanece men are always so sweet and make sure we have every thing we need. The 2 down falls are it's not as clean as I would like and their are no attendants in case anything went wrong. But other than that we enjoy our time there.

We really enjoyed the breakfast. Valerie puts a lot of effort so the guests can start the day with a culinary delight. The house itself is beautiful and the backyard is amazing, great view of the mountains and woods.

We had a fun time staying in the bunk room. The sauna was always hot and it was nice to then cool off in the cold pool. The room being next to the pool did have a slight bleach/chemical smell to it at first. I would return but not stay in the bunk room.
