Had a nice time at the resort. The robes were an awesome and fun accessory for a quick trip to the hot tub which was very relaxing. See video. The food and shops are always fun to walk around and enjoy. The only issue we had during the trip was our rooms getting a bit messed up, the connecting suite / room we had booked ended up being given to someone else and the front desk wasn’t easy to work with...

Sun Valley Resort is an incredible place for a relaxing vacation. There is so much to do, from hikes and walks to bike rides. My favorite activity was sitting in the Adirondack chairs by the pond and taking in all the amazing views. Racing the rubber ducks down the creek was also fun. Beautiful location, nice rooms, good service…BUT there are no microwaves in the room, no fridges (that work), and no ice machines available to guests. In this day of modern conveniences and comfort, these are some basics of living. We stayed 3 days and three nights and it was very irritating to call room service every time we wanted ice. Lived in Boise for over 25 years and this was my first time at the Sun Valley Inn. The SVI is less assuming than the Lodge if you are looking for luxury yet comfort. I am in love with this village, cute shops and restaurants and walking trails, with plenty of places to sit and enjoy the beautiful views of the mountains. Beautiful little village with great spots to eat! Konditorei is our top pick for a great breakfast or brunch. Hotel is self is very nice with an ice skating rink right outside in the back. Love the ducks and swans in the front. The downside to staying at this resort for skiing is if you are looking for easy to the slopes you will not find that here. Unless you are skiing dollar mountain for beginners...

The rooms are nothing special, but it is very convenient if you are skiing at one if the ski resorts. The staff was really nice. One of the downsides is the fact that they don't serve breakfast.

Tanya and Gabby (Morning Manager) were excellent and accommodating. The overnight maintenance manager was horrible, rude, and condescending. I recommend this hotel to all of my guests, as a manager of a local business in Ketchum/SV. Book over the phone for best reception and service.

Nice rooms and pool area. Just wish the Sun Valley bus service to ski lifts ran more often than once per hour.

Clean, comfy rooms in a great location with helpful pleasant staff, all at a reasonable price! First time in a while my expectations were exceeded and I feel I got more than I paid for. Thanks BW Kentwood!

I’m absolutely blown away with the friendliness, cleanness, quality and value of this hotel property. Check in was a breeze and friendly. My room was very clean. You even get a small balcony and I had a fantastic view. The amenities are top notch! The sodas in the pop machine are only $1.25. This hotel is literally at the start of town on Main St. You can walk everywhere! I would definitely stay here...

A very clean Best Western with very attentive and friiendly staff. Convenient location and easy access with some underground parking. We had a very enjoyable stay.

A fantastic place to stay. Downstairs 2 master BR's each with own bathroom & 2 other nice BR's upstairs & 1 bathr. Beautiful LR w.fireplace. Dining area & fully stocked kitchen. Has Wifi too. Good views.

Very big and beautiful condos. Mostly updated and always well kept. They are taken care of very well.
