This particular Courtyard has a great location, within walking distance of a park, museums, restaurants, etc. It's also very clean and appointed in modern ways.

The staff was great and treated us like family, especially our housekeeper Aliyah. The maintenance staff, the grounds keeper, the valets; everyone made us feel valued and helped our vacation to be memorable. The rooms were in good shape and the amenities like the cold citrus water in the lobby showed this hotel paid attention to the little details that make a difference. The location was within easy walking distance of everything downtown, including the free trolley to take us further out into the surrounding area. The price per night is the best you’ll find this close to downtown. It was a little bit of a pain parking because you have to valet park to have your vehicle in a protected garage, but the valets were so nice it made it better. We really enjoyed our stay here!

I stayed here with my boyfriend and it was spectacular. Anthony at the front was super helpful and accommodating. The rooms were clean and it the location is good as well. The Hispanic cleaning lady on the 5th floor was really nice and a sweetheart. Would recommend.

Stayed 3 nights for Metrocon, we had to switch rooms as soon as we got to our first room because the air conditioner had soaked the floor. Our linens had stains and we also found a sour patch kid behind the bed. We were only asked if we wanted more towels once, on the second day. We never had house keeping come and at the very least take the garage. When I was trying to get a luggage cart this morning the valet told me they didn't have any more carts but I could walk across the street to ask the other hotel. My friend also found a scratch on the rubber under her back right window on her SUV. When we booked the room through the con this was also listed as one of the hotels that had a free shuttle to the convention, which is why I booked it. This could be more of the con's blunder but the hotel staff had no idea what I was talking about.

Great affordable place right Downtown! When first pulling up I was greeted by Valet Jonah who was sweet and hardworking. Walking into the front Desk I had the pleasure of being greeted by Anthony he was so extremely welcoming and helpful. I made the mistake of booking through third-party and Anthony and Jae the manager fixed everything ,what could have been a nightmare, turned out to be such a smooth transaction due to their excellent customer, service, and warm dispositions! This Marriott mirrors, a lot of Marriotts that I have been in before very clean and sleek, looking! They do have a small Starbucks and a small bar on site open until 10 pm which is extremely convenient and there is a really nice outdoor seating and pool area! Any staff member I came across, Starbucks, Brent at the bar were very nice and helpful! Later on I seen Jonah patiently, helping a disabled woman in the lobby still smiling around 11 PM!

Parking is a tad frustrating, but they accommodate your needs. I had left something behind in my room and was pleased to know the staff took care of my items and I was able to retrieve them the next day. I very much appreciated this. Also, there was a group of cheerleaders in the hotel, but the room was quiet and I had a good night's sleep! My biggest suggestion would be to have complimentary chargers for electric vehicles. This is such a plus when traveling. Paid Parking across the street has 4 stations though.

If you're looking for the perfect place to relax while visiting Tampa, FL this hotel will bring you all the luxury needed to make your stay relaxing. Food is great, and rooms are extra big :) love it

This hotel was a breath of fresh air after my experience at some of the other hotels in downtown Tampa. It was very clean! The staff was accommodating. I had accidentally booked one king bed and they changed it to and double bed with no issue. My sleep was peaceful. Overall a great experience.

We stayed here because it was close to the Amalie Arena in Tampa to see IRON MAIDEN!!! It is a Great Place to Stay!! 🤘😛 Valet Parking, they brought our bags to our room! Very Friendly & Quiet Atmosphere!! I loved that we have a balcony. It is a little scary to stand on, lol 🤣 as it does slant downward in the front quite a bit & the railing is very short. The food was delicious down by the bar area.... Cheese Burger made medium rare just how I like it 👌 Minnie Convenient Store next to the Front Desk. Pool & smoking🚬 section down to the right of the pool area. I haven't seen a hot tub 😕 However, honestly it is the only bummer about staying here. Everything else went perfectly. Valet does take a good while to get your car for you. I think they park it in a garage a couple blocks away. Someone is down by Valet to get your car 24/7. Oh & toilet never clogged on us, but they are really marked up from I guess previous clogs & having to use a plumbers snake 🐍 Toilets looks ancient looking 🤔
