The rooms need some major renovations, the bathrooms are small/ dingy with a bathtub. The room had an awful smell to it and the lines did not smell clean, had a heavy cheap bleach scent to it. Valet is super expensive (45$ + tip) and it’s a nightmare to park in the parking garage or the lot next to it, 35$+. I’d say 3/5 star hotel, at best. I wouldn’t go back.

From when we stayed here last year to this year, we were a little disappointed. While the rooms and house keeping are fantastic, we were let down by the breakfast offering for the price ($30 for basically a continental breakfast) and the lack of upkeep at the pool area (hot tub was way too low on water causing the jets to not function properly). Taylor and team did an amazing job with our wedding! We had ours in the Skylark room which is an incredible inside/outside venue. The ceremony was so beautiful and the sunset was special. Stayed here while moving my daughter back into college at USF. The location was perfect and I have to commend our breakfast server ROCHELLE. Visited for a mini stay-cation. We enjoyed everything. The view was amazing from the 21st floor. The location was perfect walked to bars and restaurants. The hotel was beautiful and within walking distance to some great locations. The check in service was great and we were given a room on one of the best floors. We overlooked the water and could see the boats going in and out. It was breathtaking at night and so nice to wake up to in the morning.

Hotel was pretty clean and decent overall. I didn’t eat the the breakfast but the hot options were scrambled eggs waffles and bacon. The bath tubs don’t have stoppers so you have to use a wash cloth if you want to take a bath. Also the beds are hard as a rock so if you have a bad back it’s not very enjoyable. For the price though not a bad place to lay your head for a couple hours.

Clean environment with probably the friendliest staff I've ever encountered in any motel. Delicious breakfast, gorgeous pool area, nice (small) fitness room. Overall, wonderful experience.

I highly recommend this hotel!! The hotel staff is very professional and kind. They go out if there way to fulfill any request if asked. We came late for breakfast and they still let me have milk and yogurt for my son to have something to eat. I will defintaly stay here again..

All around excellent. I have stayed here twice and have received great service. The staff is polite. The rooms are always very cleanly. I love that they have a complimentary breakfast, especially because the food is actually good, and has a decent variety. My only complaint is that when I left to go back home and realized my earrings were gone, I called the hotel and asked if anyone turned them in...

We stayed here for one night prior to our flight out of Tampa. What a great hotel! The staff, especially, was so friendly. And to top it off - they provided a really good breakfast.

The entire staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and maintained daily by great housekeeping staff. A good self-serve breakfast provided every morning. Swimming pool/Jacuzzi tub and exercise room well maintained too.

The staff was great. I left my purse in the bed in the morning. When I got back my bed was not changed or maid. A note was left explaining they did not do it because of personal items left. Made me feel good to know they did not touch it.

The hotel is ok, its missing a little but of maintenance in the outer part of the building. The staff is great, very polite! The room was new and very clean, but there was the WORST ODOR coming from the carpet. We had to buy air freshner because it was very difficult to be in the room with that odor.

Breakfast was a major disappointment. Service ends at 9 PROMPTLY with staff slamming doors in guests faces. Staff was I'll tempered and unhelpful, giving guests the impression they were a nuisance.

Stay with my family in separate suites because of Hurricane Ian. We enjoyed ourselves and getting breakfast in the morning in the cafeteria lounge. It was a home away from home.

Everything about the beds were great! One of the best sleeps I’ve had in a hotel. The only issue I had with the rooms is the bathroom, it was missing body wash for the first two nights. I bring my own so this wasn’t an issue for me but it would have been for others. The location of the hotel is amazing! I also loved the Starbucks and ice cream place were so close!
