Telluride’s oldest hotel/bar! Lovely long bar with good service and some tables to the side. Walk further back and you’ll find a buzzing room with pool tables and foosball! Good apres ski crowd or perfect for a quick one before dinner.

Quaint Boutique Hotel in downtown Telluride, CO. Restaurant and small bar are perfectly adorned and the staff were a delight. The French onion soup and Flatliner are impressive

Historic and classy. Professional staff are inviting and friendly. The atmosphere is iconic to the mining days of this wonderful part of Colorado. Telluride is a must experience kind of place. The New Sheridan Hotel is a jewel!

One of the most beautifully decorated and comfortable hotels we have ever stayed in. If visiting Telluride, you need to stay here. Every detail was thought about in designing this historic hotel. Immediately upon entry, the service was exceptional. We were welcomed by several employees, grabbing the door and helping with our luggage. Our room wasn't ready, but they were happy to store our luggage so we could walk around town and ride the gondola. They called when room was ready. We were in room 204 looking over the main street. They had a humidifier and a white noise machine to drown out street noise, which was great. The room was beautiful and well appointed. Top of the line mattress and linens. The bed was so cozy. The bathroom floors were heated. I appreciated the deep bath tub, which I soaked in after a long, cold night of walking around. The decor, the carpet, paint color, and historic pieces were so impressive to us. Even the carpeting on the stairs and hallways looked brand new. The restaurant and bar area were amazing. We cannot wait to return. Thanks to all the staff for a great experience.

We stop in here for food, cocktails and overnight stays a few times a year. After being told our party of 6 could sit on the patio. We settled in and then were asked to leave because they were not sitting people yet. After their employee sat us in the section.
guess this will be our last time visiting an old favorite.
Update: The out door section sat empty the whole time as the weather was not that great. Not only did they loose our immediate business but all three groups will not be frequenting the new Sheridan or the Phoenix bean.

From a long day & night on the road from Durango going to Aspen we pulled in to the New Sheridan at 2:00am tired. The not so nice night audit with white hair and glasses needs a lesson on customer service, called his place of work too expensive and too fancy and offered us another cheaper hotel. After waiting forever for him to run up & down the stairs, telling us there is no elevator and no breakfast in this so called fancy hotel. Needless to say he sent back out on the road at that hour & we will never go back, cause I am fancy but kind also.

Iconic older Colorado Mining town hotel refurbished in a lovely tasteful way. Perfect if you want walkability to all of downtown. Staff was excellent. Beds very comfortable. Incredible views every where you look!

The staff was so nice and helpful. They helped us find places to eat, there is a ski locker in the hotel, and they went above and beyond to make our stay great.
