All goodies breakfast etc excellent Great views. Excellent housekeeping . Hardworking concierge service
Amazing hotel! every detail there; the rooms are just incredible. Brought our golden retriever and she was treated like royalty. Outstanding experience!!!
A lovely boutique hotel with exceptional customer service. We can't find anything negative to say and can't wait to return!
My husband and I stayed at the Lumiere in July 2017 and without a doubt it was an exceptional experience. We received an unexpected surprise to have our room upgraded to a residence! It was amazing! And we can't say enough nice things about Jose - he was extremely friendly and helpful. Thank you Clare Afman and Bas Afman. Our stay exceeded our expectations thanks to you and your team!
We had an excellent experience at the Lumiere this past September for our honeymoon. The staff and service are top notch and the hotel and its amenities are perfect for a trip out west.
The rooms are prestine, and the service was fantastic! To make things even better, we were lucky enough to be upgraded to the penthouse when we arrived!

Mountainside Inn
Telluride, 333 South Davis Street 🧭 Map
We were pleasantly surprised by the Mountainside Inn. The suite was larger and better fitted with amenities and space than what the images suggested, and the location was perfect. Very practical with parking, and just a 5-10 min walk to town. We prioritised being close to both the coonskin chairlift and Gondola one (ski in ski out actually ...) but some may want a place closer to city center if that...
A hidden gem in Telluride. No frills, but a decent room, with parking, at a very good price. Helpful staff. Great location near the mountain and downtown. I had a great visit and plan to return!
The inn as a whole is great. Good location and fairly cozy. Rooms are small and short on amenities but not lacking. Hot tub and staff make the experience better. Parking is different but telluride has that kind of a problem anyway. Will come back but not with kids. Need more room for that.
Great little in. The staff was very friendly and the rooms were very clean and well-kept. You cannot beat this location in Telluride. Would absolutely stay there again.
Room was on the small side and somewhat pricey for the accommodations (Telluride is not a "cheap" place to visit). King size bed took half the room. Had large, black spider crawling on the back of my neck in the middle of the night and about took my head off trying to kill it!! Hotel located in a very congested area so there's a lot of outside noise early in the mornings and late at night, but it...
Staff makes the hotel - and these guys rock. Coming off a trail (Tomboy Road) we realized we'd lost a u-joint and our Jeep was down for the count. Luckily this place had a room, but the staff went above and beyond for us. They would have been well within their rights to tell us to get lost the day after our stay, but they were kind enough to let our Jeep stay in their parking lot while we waited for...

Absolutely gorgeous! The area was like in a dream… the mountains overlooking and the greenery and the sunset was stunning! Very happy with our stay!! The room was clean and comfortable and the staff was very pleasant and inviting. Thank you!!!
Our 4 night stay was delightful in every way. We loved the room with a balcony and stunning view, the comfy beds and spacious bathroom. The pool area and spa were lovely and we made use of them a lot - love the exercise classes too! Very quick walk to the gondola. We did not dine on the property so cannot speak to the food options, but it’s a great hotel!
Only stayed one night but the location was ideal for us with Ski in/out and easy access to the gondola to take you over the mountain into Telluride. The room was nice and had recently been renovated. Nice fitness area, outside seating, restaurant. Fantastic views. The only downside was that the hallway noise at night comes right through the door into the room. Not sure why they can't put a better door...
Very nice hotel. The room I stayed in was average though it was the cheapest room option in the whole place, so I’m not quite sure of the quality of the more expensive options. The restaurant on site was great! The service was excellent and they have plenty of room to lounge around in the lobby/common area. The gym and spa were very nice and definitely a perk if trying to keep up a fitness regiment...
Awesome location! Pretty much all of the services were great. I'm not a fan of the parking fees but that seems to be the new thing 😔. My wife left an electronic device in our room and it was found and returned, which was great 😃. It's only a short walk to the gondola which takes you right into town 👍🏼
Had a drink and a small bite to eat at the bar at the Peaks Resort & Spa. The service was outstanding, the hummus plate we had was excellent. The views are amazing here by the way! We would definitely consider staying at this hotel in the winter one day, skipped it this time due to the lack of air conditioning in the rooms. We were visiting during the summer and didn't want to risk feeling uncomfortable...

Coffee was served in the reception at all hours. Bike rental worked out perfectly for us. Thank you!
Great hotel located within walking distance of everything in town. They have a shuttle to run you to the gondola or mountain village. Very clean and great service.
Comfortable, nicely appointed rooms. Handy van shuttle service for town and the Gondola. Pet friendly. Decent breakfast with good fresh fruit!
Dined at the Altezza Restaurant. The staff was attentive, quick, and great about my food allergies. The food was excellent. There was live music and tasteful lighting. The restaurant is encased by windows that I imagine give a great view of the mountains (I was skiing by them earlier in the day) but we ate around 7:30 and it was already dark. All around great experience!
We were not greeted with the most friendly of staff. This was our first time to Telluride and It was a little disappointing. It was also very loud. If you are on vacation and trying to sleep in, this is not the hotel! At least not the first floor. 3rd floor might be different. I'm talking people talking and banging around at 630am every morning. Update: The hotel staff called almost immediately in...
Hotel Telluride felt more like a cozy bed & breakfast than a hotel. My husband and I so enjoyed our stay here. The close proximity to Main Street let us walk to everything, and it allowed us to explore without worrying about parking. We loved being able to come back and relax at the end of the day in such a warm, comfortable place.

Stayed in one of the cabins with my friends for the weekend. It was absolutely stunning! Amazing views and amenities, including a jet bath in the master suite, a full kitchen, multiple decks, and a grill. We were only a quick walk from the pool, where we received excellent and courteous service from the staff. Stayed here before and would 10/10 stay here again. There is so much to do in Telluride...
Mountain lodge is the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway up to mountain. Forget the car and enjoy the gondola cabins to reach either Mountain village or Telluride. If you are not in the mood for any outdoor challeng, relax yourself with a drink close to the swimming pool. A possible negative point the restaurant strange way to manage its patrons.
Stayed here twice in the off-season (May), both times were incredible. The rooms are nice and have a homey feel and the staff is extremely accommodating. Chef Bud did a great job with the catering for over 100 people.
I have stayed here two different times during the off season (May). Both rooms I stayed in were lovely, and the service of the staff is incredible. Special shoutout to Chef Bud for being very welcoming. The view from the pool is awesome, and the location is very amazing, tucked away in the mountain, but still very close to town. Every room has great views and if ever there was an issue, they have people...
Great experience staying at the Mountain Lodge over the weekend! With over 100 guests, the staff and Chef Bud were extremely accommodating and helpful in the organization of our groups weekend. Highly recommend, regardless of the season!
Rustic and well equipped rooms. Beautiful views. Close to the sky lift so you can get to the central area or Telluride without driving.

Telluride’s oldest hotel/bar! Lovely long bar with good service and some tables to the side. Walk further back and you’ll find a buzzing room with pool tables and foosball! Good apres ski crowd or perfect for a quick one before dinner.
Quaint Boutique Hotel in downtown Telluride, CO. Restaurant and small bar are perfectly adorned and the staff were a delight. The French onion soup and Flatliner are impressive
Here is PROOF. Civilization returns... Breakfast at the New Sheridan Hotel dining room. Bliss in the old cow Town. Elegant service, memorable flavors, real maple syrup. Find yourself here on a snowy day. Say ahhhhh. Ask for Jacob.
Historic and classy. Professional staff are inviting and friendly. The atmosphere is iconic to the mining days of this wonderful part of Colorado. Telluride is a must experience kind of place. The New Sheridan Hotel is a jewel!
One of the most beautifully decorated and comfortable hotels we have ever stayed in. If visiting Telluride, you need to stay here. Every detail was thought about in designing this historic hotel. Immediately upon entry, the service was exceptional. We were welcomed by several employees, grabbing the door and helping with our luggage. Our room wasn't ready, but they were happy to store our luggage so...
The staff was so nice and helpful. They helped us find places to eat, there is a ski locker in the hotel, and they went above and beyond to make our stay great.

The staff is as good as you will find anywhere and the location is ideal. The restaurant is the finest in town.
Just wrapped up our second visit to Telluride and second stay at Hotel Columbia. Can’t beat the location, gondola across the street and less than 1/2 mile walk (usually less) to all restaurants and shops. Each room is unique and feels home-y. Staff is really wonderful, kind, and helpful. I can say with certainty that we will stay here on all future visits and highly recommend them!
Great hotel in the most convenient location ever! We have been to Telluride several times and this was definitely our favorite stay. Rooms are clean and have everything you need. The breakfast in the morning is a perfect way to start your day before hitting the slopes. The staff is what really sets this place apart. From the front desk, servers, managers, and housekeeping, everyone was friendly, professional...
Great location, literally across the street from the lifts. Easy in/out with skis made it convenient to drop into town for lunch and then back out to slopes. Room was comfortable with very nice breakfast buffet. Highly recommend.
I’ll round up from 4.5 to be nice. $30/day to park is a bit steep considering the price of the room - it should be included. The beds are way too soft if you typically like any kind of firm mattress. Otherwise the rooms and especially bathrooms are very spacious and luxurious. Love heated towel rack!
We stayed with family for 3 days in rooms 40&41. We had a totally wonderful time. The rooms were spacious with a mini-kitchen and loads of windows. The beds were large and comfortable. The weekday reception men went above and beyond. We will definitely return again and again. Thank you Columbia Hotel for an unforgettable time with family.

Scott is such a life saver!!! We had a flat tire and could not find a replacement at Telluride. We had to leave on the same day so we decided to rent a car and ship our car back home. We were not able to get hold of the car rental. Scott helped us call the owner and the owner’s daughter and even ran to the car rental to make sure we get a car. Without Scott, I don’t think we would be able make it back...
Cool outdoor fireplace but the outdoor binoculars are out of focus! Saw some nice birds (black capped chickadee, mountain chickadee, junco, woodpeckers, etc!)
Everything you could want in a mountain retreat; vacation home or rental. Rustic and refined with high-end finishes. Use of the Peaks Resort & Spa amenities and ski valet. Outstanding...

Pretty great spot. Walkable to the free gondola. Hot tub (not upscale but does the trick). Room had 1 set of bunk beds, a king and a pull out couch. Full kitchen. Easily walkable to town and many restaunt options.
Quaint rooms. I wish the bathroom/shower was a bit more updated and the hot water didn't run out so quickly.
The views are amazing you can see the mountains and the river. The pool is very nice to. Great accomadations and very comfortable.
Decent rooms with a great view. Telluride is a beautiful town, though parking can be a nightmare because the lot isn't quite big enough for everyone. The rooms are okay, but don't expect anything fancy out them. There's a trail and river running behind Lodge along with a swimming pool and hot tub.
Great deal and super close to gondi! The hot tub wasn't hot when we went to use it but otherwise 5*.
Very close to the lifts, plenty of parking for telluride. Condo had almost everything you could need while in town. Nice hit tub and Pool on the creek.

Jan’s very nice and the hostel is a fun place to stay. You’ll get the most out of it by getting to talk with other travelers and making friends. All facilities were exceptionally clean. I can tell the owner works hard at being energy and waste efficient. As such, be prepared to have your window slightly open in the summer if you want it cold. Would stay again without a single hesitation.
Ms Jan is awesome! The hostel environment is so peaceful and friendly. The newly renovated kitchen is awesome and the patio and courtyard is without comparison? I've watched as the owner handled disgruntled guests with grace even when they didn't pay on time, disregarded check out times and stole from other guests..she's amazing? She opened her hostel to hikers and evacuees during the fire; free of...
For travelers, wanderers, adventure seekers, lost souls, found souls.... This is a home away from home. Jan is amazing.
This place is rich in history and Jan (the owner) was super friendly and actually gave us a tour of the basement and the building next door. This hostel was clean and taken care of, would definitely stay here again.
Awesome place. Got a room on 1 minutes notice to take shelter from a snow storm. Jan was super nice and the price was right. Nothing fancy but it saved my ass.
This hostel is great! Highly recommend! Very friendly to Hikers, bikers, motorcycle Packers or whoever you are...Jan will make sure you are comfortable! The hostel is very clean and warm with a nice kitchen space and good bathroom. Everything you need and a short walk to food or coffee!
