We left early. Save yourself $100 a night and get the same quality room or better at any other hotel. Not worth it. The beds are not comfortable nor the pillows. The doors don't shut unless slammed, no good for sleeping. There is a large gap at the bottom of every door. The only nice thing was they were clean, and the pool and hot tub were enjoyable.

Really well positioned in the centre of town with great facilities and decor. Would definitely stay here again.

Great band Saturday night - we went for 1 drink and ended up staying 3+ hours. Beautiful sunset & view too

Solid four star hotel. While parts may be outdated and some cleanliness was lacking over all a clean and comfortable stay. The staff were great and make you feel welcome. There is onsite parking and you are walking distance to everything in town. If you’re in the historic tower on the upper floors it takes some time for hot water but it gets there! I’d stay again.

Spend more money and stay somewhere else!!!! Nothing works or is very dated. Over priced for what it is. Tv was only working on infomercials.. sports and weather… roof top bar is small.. and catered to what appeared to be a 60+ crowd… the hot tub which is advertised working is “ being serviced”…. After taking our order, we get a call to inform us that they are now cash only… 108$ for bland eggs Benedict(x2) soggy pancakes… and 2 bloody marry to go.. cups full of ice.. had to find an atm and pay an outrageous service fee…. NOT IMPRESSED AND WILL NOT RETURN

Amy and Guy, these are managers and employees that businesses need to bend over backwards to keep. They have heart and faith and goodness inside them. They make any situation right, bearable and serve with a genuine smile. My family and I will never forget how well they served us and only hope we can return the favor. Park place, thank you for recognizing such commendable people. All the staff we interacted with were smiling and kind no matter what their day consisted of. You have a wonderful team. We look forward to planning a family trip here again some day, and I'm praying to cross your teams path again.

Love that this hotel is pet friendly (have to reserve pet friendly room and pay an additional charge of $20 per night). The staff have all been extremely hospitable and helpful with everything we've needed so far. Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable, and the hotel is in walking distance of many great restaurants. Will be using this hotel when we return to Traverse City.

Love this historic hotel. I had beautiful views from my room and the bar on the top floor was worth checking out. The food served at the event was also great.

The Park Place Hotel in Traverse City is a nice, clean, accessible hotel that works great as a base of operations when visiting Traverse City. The rooms are comfortable and clean, though not exactly luxurious or opulent. The location is nice and close to downtown but has a large parking lot great for those traveling by car. All of the restaurants and breweries downtown are a short walk away. If your plans involve more time in the city than in your room, it’s a perfect hotel.

We asked for early check-in because we had a wedding at 3:00 pm and we were accommodated, we really appreciated the help to make that happen
