The service was absolutely outstanding! Hotel rooms are clean and comfortable. There is so much to do right there on site! I was there for a conference and found that the location of conference rooms wasn't intuitive, more signage was needed. I also wished the bars were open later.

The hotel was great - very close to downtown Traverse City, quiet, and clean. The check-in staff and servers for the conference food were friendly. My room was nothing exciting, and the bathroom was tiny, but I was in the older part of the resort, so perhaps the rooms in the tower are nicer. The cleaning staff were very nice. The room was spotless and extremely comfortable. The person at the exercise area was kind & gracious. Great pools indoors and out. Tennis courts are beautiful. I didn't golf, but it looks fantastic from the glass elevators. Lots of food available, but we didn't eat at the resort, too many wineries & distilleries nearby to visit.

Great place to stay and great facilities except for the rooms which they are slowly remodelling. Not many king rooms. No smart TVs. No microwaves or refrigerators in the rooms. We celebrated our 10YR Anniversary here & it was perfect! The location is near the public beaches & downtown TC. We walked to dinner each night and watched the sunset from the back patios next to the fire pits. James, the outdoor bartender, made our drinks delicious and was so fun to talk with! Solid four star hotel. While parts may be outdated and some cleanliness was lacking over all a clean and comfortable stay. The staff were great and make you feel welcome. There is onsite parking and you are walking distance to everything in town. If you’re in the historic tower on the upper floors it takes some time for hot water but it gets there! I’d stay again.

Echoing what others have said. It may look dated (and also kind of like a retirement home). But this place was great. The service was top notch with the staff being kind and courteous. We are locals and go here for happy hour. The bartenders are top notch and they have some hard to find bourbons. There are also tasty treats offered at happy hour. We haven't eaten a meal here in many years and has had a change of chef since then but folks we speak to at the bar says the food is fabulous.

This place has one of the best happy hours in Traverse City!!! Atmosphere is cool and there's views of the water too. We were here on a Saturday night and there were old women getting down on the dance floor. The DJ played from the window to the wall till the sweat dripped down my balls and the place went nuts. Given the price and location of this hotel, it can't be beat in traverse city. They just finished a complete partial remodel that has greatly improved it since last year and the manager is cool. It is not fancy, but it was clean and updated with the complete array of hotel breakfast stuff you'd get anywhere else.

Room was average and clean, but the shining star was the young man working the desk the morning of Oct 7. We came in at 10:15 am for breakfast, abs even though the breakfast hours were over, he quickly asked us what we would like, and he would get it for us, this was all without asking. Getting breakfast delivered right to the door is so convenient and the staff was super communicative and helpful every step of the way. Loved our stay here!

We had a wonderful time here! Melinda and David were amazing hosts and made us feel so welcome. They're located in a very quiet neighborhood conveniently close to downtown. Breakfast every morning was delicious and made from scratch by David. They were extremely accomodating and gave great suggestions for places to visit nearby.

Great B&B, David and Melinda are excellent hosts, very welcoming and friendly. The rooms are comfortable in a non-fussy sort of way, achieving classic charm without all sorts of tacky trim everywhere like some places. An easy walk to downtown TC as well as to the old state hospital. Repeat customer and would stay again.

If you want a truly relaxing bnb experience, look no further. The owners are so fun to talk to and make the most amazing breakfasts! It's on a quiet street but a short walk to downtown. We hardly used our car. We will be back for sure!

Good location. Can get a beautiful view of lake. Hot tub and pool was a great way to cap off the night. I loved to be able to sit outside in the chairs and sip on my morning coffee while getting a glimpse of the beautiful lake

This place is clean, comfortable, well staffed, is a great value. The breakfast was amazing and not your typical cereal and juice, but had biscuits/gravy, eggs, bacon, juice, toast, bagels and more. Definitely will stay again for another ski trip. Great job!

I checked in late almost 11pm and the front desk staff was very welcoming and was patient when having billing issues, went above an beyond to correct the issue. Hotel was very clean an warm setting. What a great place to stay. Clean, specious, great facilities..ideal for business for sure. Lots of space to plug computers and some very comfortable chairs close by any work area in the lobby.
