The service was absolutely outstanding! Hotel rooms are clean and comfortable. There is so much to do right there on site! I was there for a conference and found that the location of conference rooms wasn't intuitive, more signage was needed. I also wished the bars were open later.

The hotel was great - very close to downtown Traverse City, quiet, and clean. The check-in staff and servers for the conference food were friendly. My room was nothing exciting, and the bathroom was tiny, but I was in the older part of the resort, so perhaps the rooms in the tower are nicer. There are several little shops to browse in at the resort, as well as a pool, spa, and golfing. I was here...

The cleaning staff were very nice. The room was spotless and extremely comfortable. The person at the exercise area was kind & gracious. Great pools indoors and out. Tennis courts are beautiful. I didn't golf, but it looks fantastic from the glass elevators. Lots of food available, but we didn't eat at the resort, too many wineries & distilleries nearby to visit.

Great place to stay and great facilities except for the rooms which they are slowly remodelling. Not many king rooms. No smart TVs. No microwaves or refrigerators in the rooms. Spent 2 nights here in a loft suite with a family of 5. Midweek right after Christmas knocked us back $1,000 for the room. Room was nice and spacious, plenty of room for us to spread out. From the time we entered the Lobby until we left we were met with smiling staff members that wanted to make your stay perfect, and it was. Great family destination. The activities inside aside from the water park keep the kids entertained (arcade, Magic Quest). The facility is clean and the life guards are on point. We celebrated our 10YR Anniversary here & it was perfect! The location is near the public beaches & downtown TC. We walked to dinner each night and watched the sunset from the back patios next to the fire pits. James, the outdoor bartender, made our drinks delicious and was so fun to talk with! The breakfast was awesome. You actually get a cooked to order breakfast. It has a club & is located on the beach and within walking distance from downtown. What's not to love about that.

Solid four star hotel. While parts may be outdated and some cleanliness was lacking over all a clean and comfortable stay. The staff were great and make you feel welcome. There is onsite parking and you are walking distance to everything in town. If you’re in the historic tower on the upper floors it takes some time for hot water but it gets there! I’d stay again.

The convenience is definitely the best part about this hotel. All of the downtown area is walkable from here and I've never had any issue with finding parking near the door. Rooms were big an spacious. Had a full kitchen and all utensils. Price is very reasonable. Office is only open til 8pm so that's a slightly inconvenient. The view was spectacular and we could walk right out to the beach. We wanted to use the in room hot tub but there was no plug. I would definitely stay again though.

Nice and clean condos. Good for a couple of people only. The sofa beds are really bad for adults and no extra beds are available. Has nice bathroom with tub and washing machine / dryer. Boat and jetskii rentals right behind.

We love The Beach! Beach front condos with a pool and the most beautiful lake views. Kitchen, jetted tub, laundry, and separate living / bedrooms keep us coming back every year. Great place to bring a family.

Extremely polite, helpful check-in staff. He was awesome. The woman I called after we were checked in settled a bet for me. She was funny. The breakfast check-out was handled by a final wonderful guy. None of it would have happened if the evening check-in guy hadn’t convinced us it was a good place.

Room was average and clean, but the shining star was the young man working the desk the morning of Oct 7. We came in at 10:15 am for breakfast, abs even though the breakfast hours were over, he quickly asked us what we would like, and he would get it for us, this was all without asking. This is seriously one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. I had an incredible night's sleep. The place was clean. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was simple, but very good. The bed was so incredibly comfortable I passed out and woke up feeling refreshed. The location is right along a main street near the beach. I would highly recommend this hotel.

I stay here regularly, it's cheap and better than any of the local cheaper motels and inns. Free wifi, pool, hot tub, workout room, breakfast, rooms are nice with fridge/micro in each. Great little place for business travel.

Stayed here for work. Not a bad cheap hotel. Was expecting worse. It's is a little outside of town down on chums corner. They're gas stations and restaurants near by. Has a pool and continental breakfast. People at the front were nice and helpful.

Staff is super friendly and very helpful. This is my second visit. I love the updated rooms with microwave, fridge, and a nice clean look. The exterior and halls are dated but a great value for the price.

Place is a bit older, but warm, very clean, very comfortable. As simply a place to get a good night's rest, light breakfast, and be on my way.. it's perfect. Staff is very friendly and dependable. It isn't a destination hotel. It is a great place to rest and clean up while seeing the area. I didn't use it, but they do have a pool.

You get what you pay for. This place is inexpensive for a reason. It may not look like the best place to stay but it's actually very comfortable and clean.

I was really concerned pulling up, if we had been driving by to look for a place I wouldn't have stopped. But we went inside to check it out since we had reservations & it was pretty nice. Rooms were really clean. Ours was a bit small, but we weren't spending much time at the hotel anyways. Nice visit, we'd stay again.

The beautyrest mattress 😴 had me sleeping like a baby. Fridge and microwave in a pet friendly room was very convenient. However, the only 2 issues I had was the pet friendly rooms, carpet, should be shampooed frequently, and there should be area for the pets to do their business. Everything else was right on point.

Food was great. No pool for families with kids. Beds were not that great. But the stay was okay for just over night

This was a great hotel for a decent price. As a college student who doesn't have a lot of money but wanted a nicer place to stay, where I would feel safe it was worth it. The cleaning service wasn't the best we ran out of tissue and politely asked for another box (especially cause we were sick) and didn't get it. Luckily we were able to grab another box.
