I attend several conferences across the Midwest each year and this was hands-down the most well run venue I’ve been to in several years. I came to attend a large conference and, in fact, they were accommodating two large conferences simultaneously on my first day. The fact that they were able to do so while still providing excellent service, quality meals and a very clean environment during what I...
The service was absolutely outstanding! Hotel rooms are clean and comfortable. There is so much to do right there on site! I was there for a conference and found that the location of conference rooms wasn't intuitive, more signage was needed. I also wished the bars were open later.
The hotel was great - very close to downtown Traverse City, quiet, and clean. The check-in staff and servers for the conference food were friendly. My room was nothing exciting, and the bathroom was tiny, but I was in the older part of the resort, so perhaps the rooms in the tower are nicer. There are several little shops to browse in at the resort, as well as a pool, spa, and golfing. I was here...
The cleaning staff were very nice. The room was spotless and extremely comfortable. The person at the exercise area was kind & gracious. Great pools indoors and out. Tennis courts are beautiful. I didn't golf, but it looks fantastic from the glass elevators. Lots of food available, but we didn't eat at the resort, too many wineries & distilleries nearby to visit.
Great place to stay and great facilities except for the rooms which they are slowly remodelling. Not many king rooms. No smart TVs. No microwaves or refrigerators in the rooms. Very few plugs for charging in the rooms. Hopefully, this will be addressed in the remodel. Jack’s was awesome- loved it being right there when the elevator door opened. Talk about convenience…🫢 The Gin and Tonics are YUM! The...
I rated five areas and took an average: 5.0 The Spa. Excellent massage. Beautiful waiting area. 4.5 Aerie restaurant. Good food. Great server and view. 4.5 Our room. Clean and spacious. We may have had a mini-suite. 4.0 Fitness center. Well equipped but older equipment. 2.0 Room service. Breakfast for two was $70 and delivered in to go containers in paper bags with plastic utensils. Stayed here for a birthday weekend trip with some friends and right from the moment we pulled in the Valet service was on point!!! Will took care of us from unloading our luggage to making sure we made it safely around town via the shuttle service! He gave us a lot of good ideas on places to go from shops to restaurants. And might I add he was just as concerned about my vehicle as I was. In my and...
This is my second time staying at here and it has been great both times. However this most recent time was exceptional! My husband and I stayed for our wedding anniversary. When we checked in they had a lovely bottle of champagne and a hand-written note waiting for us. Our suite was fabulous. The shower was huge!! Very clean! The hotel in general is amazing. The attention to detail is around every...
We celebrated our 10YR Anniversary here & it was perfect! The location is near the public beaches & downtown TC. We walked to dinner each night and watched the sunset from the back patios next to the fire pits. James, the outdoor bartender, made our drinks delicious and was so fun to talk with! The room was cute. The outdoor pool was clean and refreshing. We will absolutely be back!
We thoroughly enjoyed our 3-night stay at the beautiful Delamar Hotel in Traverse City, Michigan in early June. The room was clean and quiet, and nicely decorated, and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was modern. We enjoyed all the amenities, including swimming in both the indoor and outdoor pools, and participating in a morning yoga class which was excellent. The food and service in both...
The breakfast was awesome. You actually get a cooked to order breakfast. It has a club & is located on the beach and within walking distance from downtown. What's not to love about that.
The rooms are really clean and service is good. The location of the hotel is by the bay so it's really awesome too. Enjoyed our time here and would visit again

Really well positioned in the centre of town with great facilities and decor. Would definitely stay here again.
Roof top bar - very small so go early Great band Saturday night - we went for 1 drink and ended up staying 3+ hours. Beautiful sunset & view too
Solid four star hotel. While parts may be outdated and some cleanliness was lacking over all a clean and comfortable stay. The staff were great and make you feel welcome. There is onsite parking and you are walking distance to everything in town. If you’re in the historic tower on the upper floors it takes some time for hot water but it gets there! I’d stay again.
Amy and Guy, these are managers and employees that businesses need to bend over backwards to keep. They have heart and faith and goodness inside them. They make any situation right, bearable and serve with a genuine smile. My family and I will never forget how well they served us and only hope we can return the favor. Park place, thank you for recognizing such commendable people. All the staff we interacted...
We asked for early check-in because we had a wedding at 3:00 pm and we were accommodated, we really appreciated the help to make that happen
The convenience is definitely the best part about this hotel. All of the downtown area is walkable from here and I've never had any issue with finding parking near the door. Highly recommend making a reservation at Red Ginger or hitting up some of the breweries on Front Street. I have stayed here many times and this was the first time I used the hot tub and pool area which was very nice. I appreciated...

Stayed here while in town for outpatient surgery. The rooms are clean, well-decorated and modern. Many channels to choose from on the television. Parking is convenient. Very nice coffee maker, a flex brew type, taking k-cups or pods. The breakfast in the morning was delicious and it's within walking distance from a wonderful restaurant called The Cottage that I urge you not to miss! Get the French...
Check in was smooth. Room was modern and clean. Pool and hot tub were big and clean. We had it to ourselves! My only complaint was when wanting to take a shower, I did have to wait almost 3-5 minutes just for hot water to come out of the shower head. Once it came out, it stayed hot. We didn’t stay for breakfast but if it was like other Country Inn locations, I’m sure it was great. Will come...
No issues, modern rooms, comfortable clean bed, nice wifi for gaming latency was 12, extra large hot tub felt 106 degrees. Breakfast was hot. The only thing I didn't like was the loud exhaust fan in the bathroom that had to be on with the lights.
Echoing what others have said. It may look dated (and also kind of like a retirement home). But this place was great. The service was top notch with the staff being kind and courteous. The breakfast was way better than expected and I really enjoyed it. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is staying traverse city.
This was the best inn-provided breakfast of our trip. The hotels in the area all seem to use the Clean Remote, which is stripped down for clarity but doesn't allow for switching inputs to stream Roku.
I have to say it was a great experience! Front desk staff was super pleasant to chat with, the whole place is clean and new and pretty, breakfast was a step above the typical continental thing.

Had a great time. Pricing is better on certain days with special deals. People were very nice (did have an issue with a waiter). Extra activities are very fun. Water park was amazing! Loved that our wristbands could be scanned to add costs to our room bill. Definitely will go again but will speak up early if server isn't helpful. No let's wait and see. It only went drastically worse. Day girls at same...
Spent 2 nights here in a loft suite with a family of 5. Midweek right after Christmas knocked us back $1,000 for the room. Room was nice and spacious, plenty of room for us to spread out. The water park was pretty nice but soaring eagle and splash village on frankenmuth were much better. We fully expected everything to be expensive but we were left feeling like there wasn’t much value. Paid $60 for...
From the time we entered the Lobby until we left we were met with smiling staff members that wanted to make your stay perfect, and it was. Our room was amazing plenty of room and I like that there is a real table to sit and eat or play games. The water park had something for everyone. All the staff seemed generally happy to be there and were more than willing to help in any way they could. Thank you...
Plenty of fun activities for everyone. Bowling, mini golf, arcade, and of course the water park. Staff are super friendly and really make you feel welcome. The reason I gave it 4 stars is we had the Wolf Den room which is cool, but it had a tear in the screen, the curtains where dirty and stained. It also didn't seem to be designed with a family in mind. There wasn't any sort of night light like other...
Great family destination. The activities inside aside from the water park keep the kids entertained (arcade, Magic Quest). The facility is clean and the life guards are on point. Prices fluctuate depending on the season as expected, so book in advance. Money well spent and both the adults and 3 kids (15, 12 & 9) were entertained. However, if you have been here more than a handful of times, it kind...
Overall it was great. The staff were all pleasant, helpful and great with the kids. There were plenty of activities to do with the family. The water park was excellent with a good mix of activities. The life guards were also noticeably attentive.

Great rates, staff was very helpful and friendly. Hotel rooms were clean, lobby was welcoming, and the pool and hot tub was maintained very well! Great for kids. Had also a little area in the lobby for snacks and drinks for reasonable prices.
We were first time visitors for a brief post-Christmas vacation. The excellent customer service began a week before our stay when a representative called to welcome us and explain amenities like the delivered-to-your-door breakfast. The hotel was sparkling clean and fresh, and every staff member we met was friendly and professional. Families will appreciate the pool and the small, but fun, arcade adjacent...
Oh man... I haven't even checked out yet and I'm already looking to book our next trip here. Thomas at the front desk was amazing. The room was just perfect. The view from the room OMG loved it. TV in the room was way better than I thought and hooked up to our Roku with no issues. The pool was honestly my favorite because it's heated. Hot tub felt great. Arcade was very nice too. Overall a very nice...
Lovely beachfront hotel has its own beach area and is near the downtown area. The room was clean, and we had everything we needed. They also supply a box breakfast with a few choices. Rooms are spacious and clean We had a nice view of the water, with a nice balcony. Unfortunately, it was a bit too cool outside to be able to stay out there too long. The front desk staff was helpful and able to help...
The hotel was beautiful and clean. I also enjoyed the balcony to sit out on to see the water. The balcony had a cover so it was perfect for the rainy day. I was very pleased with the cleanliness of the hotel which is my biggest concern when traveling. The team was so great and accommodating! I would recommend and return.
The view was beautiful, although we didn’t get one on the water we still had a great view coming out of the room and we had a very nice balcony.

The place was super clean and the room felt so cozy, kind of like being in your home. And I love the fact that, they are pet friendly. 🤩 That was the main reason we looked into this hotel in the first place. This will be our hotel to stay in, when we come down to this town. ⭐️ 🌟 🌟 ⭐️ ⭐️
We stayed here during a recent trip for vacation. The hotel is in a good location and is across a very busy street from the lake. We arrived at about 6:00 PM and check-in. They had our room ready and waiting for us. The staff got their job done but were not overly friendly. The room was a standard Hampton Inn style room with a couple of unique features in it to reflect the local area. We had...
Front desk a little scattered at checkin with more than one customer. Asked the same questions over and over. Felt like an SNL skit! Rooms were decent.
Stayed for three nights over the new year holiday weekend. Hotel is good, clean, and updated. But the rooms are small. The bathroom was really small. Parking is also a bit lacking. I ended up parking under the entrance canopy and happy for that For the price it’s a good deal
This Hampton is close to the airport but not loud from the planes. It is showing some wear and has a 4:00pm check in time. The staff is competent. This Hampton needs a once over by a maintenance/cleaning crew. The room showers need a thorough cleaning and some glass shower doors are missing. The vacant property to the east is going to have construction (condos) during the summer of 2018. Although...
Great beds, amenities, quiet and a beautiful room. Excellent, helpful, kind and gave me perfect directions to venue. Nice amenities and would definitely come back. I would select Hampton for any time in future. Would recommend Hampton Inns to my friends or anyone else.

Great place! I really liked that I could text the front desk whenever I needed something. Michael was great with helping me find a place for a burger when I checked in, he even started calling places for me to make sure they were open. Rooms were very clean. Our room had a doorwall with a deck right on the beach. It was a beautiful view (although this was too cold and windy to enjoy the beach). Wonderful stay -well pleased with well maintained facilities, exceptionally accommodating and friendly staff, excellent beachfront views, convenient location, plenty of parking, private beach access nice and clean with plenty of chairs. This hotel was very clean, seems to he quite new, and we loved the beach access. The only downfall, which is mentioned in a lot of other reviews here, is the noise level from other rooms. Loved the bar area. Was so happy with our connecting rooms. Staff was amazing. Nice to have the shuttle available to take us to town and pick us up.
We were supposed to spend our anniversary this weekend in Traverse City and stay at Cambria and due to horrible roads and weather we had to cancel. Ryan at the front desk was so understanding and accommodating and even more of a bummer because they went out of their way to do something special in our room for us. They cancelled our reservation without any charge and welcomed us to reschedule whenever...
Went here for our anniversary. The staff was amazing they left a vase of 2 dozen roses in our room. Every single person that works here was amazing. And Richard our shuttle driver was very awesome. We will be coming back for years to come. The restaurants food was delicious highly recommended.
This is our 2nd time staying here was not very impressed this time. For the price I would expect no flaws. Our room smelled from heavy deorderrizer. It was over powering and woke up in the night to that smell. The room could have been cleaner. I do have to say the staff were very friendly and professional.I am not sad that I stayed here just wished the room was better. The shuttle service was amazing
We are locals and go here for happy hour. The bartenders are top notch and they have some hard to find bourbons. There are also tasty treats offered at happy hour. We haven't eaten a meal here in many years and has had a change of chef since then but folks we speak to at the bar says the food is fabulous.
This is our second time here. Amazing in every aspect of hotel/restaurant service. My wife & I will continue to stay here on every planned vacation any mini vacation. Rooms are exquisite and the restaurant food is definitely 5☆

The hotel had a great location with wonderful beach access and view. The room was large, the black out curtains were great, and we liked the additional sink outside of the bathroom.
We had a great time at Parkshore Resort! We got two rooms at a great price and had a beautiful view of the sunrise the next morning. The complimentary breakfast was average, but they had a great selection of beverages and different types of bread. Would highly recommend coming even if it’s just to come eat at the restaurant!
This stay at Park Shore resort was hands down 100% better than our past visit a few years ago. The newly remodeled spacious room included two comfy queens with white linens and comforter(very modern). The bathroom had a standup clear glass shower and huge shower head with all the amenities needed. However, they forgot to update the irons :( Our room had a great view of the bay. This place has one of the best happy hours in Traverse City!!! Atmosphere is cool and there's views of the water too. We were here on a Saturday night and there were old women getting down on the dance floor. The DJ played from the window to the wall till the sweat dripped down my balls and the place went nuts. If you don't go here you need to ask yourself are you even cool?
Great room, the lake view rooms are so beautiful, rooms also newly remodeled and clean. Pool and hot tub also clean. Free coffee and tea in the lounge was great. Beach access was wonderful! Very impressive and beautiful views. The duckies are so cute.
Great hotel with renovated rooms, private beach, and great lounge/restaurant. Balcony rooms facing the bay are awesome, especially to catch the sun rise and sun set. Stayed here twice now and don’t have any complaints. Staff is friendly, hotel is decent, clean, beds are comfy, hot tub is nice, ect. Also reasonably priced for TC! I like that it’s off in its own little area too. They provided a wine opener for us when we didn’t have one. They even let us check out a little later as we checked in late. This will be my go to place in TC. 🤗
Comfortable rooms but on the smaller side. Lighting in sink area inadequate. Rooms and whole hotel very clean. Breakfast could have been better. Staff were pleasant and helpful.
We arrived in our room to find that it was a handicap room of which we weren't in need of. The hotel was booked so we couldn't switch rooms. The bathroom had a single sink and no counter to put toiletries. The bathtub had a handicap seat that wouldn't stay in the upright position so we were forced to stand in one spot and pivot while showering. The toilet was a low flow style that didn't have much...

Yes this is an old place but it’s clean, comfortable and safe. During our stay it was also quiet. Staff was very friendly. It’s Traverse City and across from the Bay be happy for what your paying for.
Nice place to stay. Convenient to the beach and easy access to downtown. Price is driven by the season. Not sure if it was worth the money but, it wasn't a bad stay. The room was clean and outfitted with the basics as you would expect. No TV channel guide and I was not given the wifi password at check in but, TC does have 5G service so it wasn't really an issue. Given the price and location of this hotel, it can't be beat in traverse city. They just finished a complete partial remodel that has greatly improved it since last year and the manager is cool. It is not fancy, but it was clean and updated with the complete array of hotel breakfast stuff you'd get anywhere else.
We got a room for two days for Thanksgiving. Our expectations were far exceeded considering the cheap rate we got on the room. Rooms were modern and clean, beds super comfortable. Good location to other things in TC. Will be my go to hotel in the future.

This hotel individually is decent. The amenities are pretty average, but my wife and I were surprised by the poor layout of the bathrooms. Lady at the desk on Saturday afternoon was very nice. I am always skeptical about hotels and have walked out of many priced in this range to stay at a more expensive hotel further away from my work. Love the place. Front desk is really nice. They gave that's a great recommendation of where to have dinner at the Red Ginger. It was fantastic. The rooms are clean and right on the water. Quick drive to downtown. Love it

This B&B is run by a truly delightful couple. It's in a small house just a few minutes from downtown, and is utterly charming. Breakfast was delicious every morning, and the coffee was excellent. The proprietors were able to give us some great recommendations for things to do around Traverse City, and we had a wonderful time. I can't recommended this B&B highly enough. Do yourself a favor and book...
We had the best stay at the Aberdeen Stone cottage! The hosts, David and Melinda were so friendly and welcoming. The cottage is in a beautiful neighborhood just a short walk to downtown or the lake. We stayed over 4th of July and during the National Cherry Festival. The house was clean and quiet and the bed was super comfortable. We looked forward to David’s breakfasts every morning. - They...
We had a wonderful time here! Melinda and David were amazing hosts and made us feel so welcome. They're located in a very quiet neighborhood conveniently close to downtown. Breakfast every morning was delicious and made from scratch by David. They were extremely accomodating and gave great suggestions for places to visit nearby.
I highly recommend this B&B! Melinda and David are tremendous innkeepers who do so many little things to make your stay with them memorable. The house is very clean and comfortable. It is located in a quiet neighborhood that is close to downtown, the TART trail, and the lake. David is an amazing chef, so make sure to stay for breakfast! My husband and I have stayed in many B&B's, and this one...
Great B&B, David and Melinda are excellent hosts, very welcoming and friendly. The rooms are comfortable in a non-fussy sort of way, achieving classic charm without all sorts of tacky trim everywhere like some places. An easy walk to downtown TC as well as to the old state hospital. Repeat customer and would stay again.
If you want a truly relaxing bnb experience, look no further. The owners are so fun to talk to and make the most amazing breakfasts! It's on a quiet street but a short walk to downtown. We hardly used our car. We will be back for sure!

Good location. Can get a beautiful view of lake. Hot tub and pool was a great way to cap off the night. I loved to be able to sit outside in the chairs and sip on my morning coffee while getting a glimpse of the beautiful lake
This place is clean, comfortable, well staffed, is a great value. The breakfast was amazing and not your typical cereal and juice, but had biscuits/gravy, eggs, bacon, juice, toast, bagels and more. Definitely will stay again for another ski trip. Great job!
I checked in late almost 11pm and the front desk staff was very welcoming and was patient when having billing issues, went above an beyond to correct the issue. Hotel was very clean an warm setting. Breakfast had many choices to choose from. Only issue I had was there was only one outlet available for use in my room an you wasn’t able to close the curtains if you wanted it to be dark to sleep in. Other...
What a great place to stay. Clean, specious, great facilities..ideal for business for sure. Lots of space to plug computers and some very comfortable chairs close by any work area in the lobby. Nice swimming pool. Super friendly staff. The general manager ( Connie) was super friendly and very professional. A very hard-working lady. Chris, at the reception, was also a star extremely accommodating...
