We spent one night here celebrating our anniversary. There are plenty of gambling options if you're into that. The bartenders at every bar we visited were great. The live band was so fun! Every employee we spoke to was so helpful and kind. We will come back and stay for longer to enjoy more of the amenities. The music was great and all of the rock n roll artifacts around the complex are interesting and fun to read about.

When we arrived at the hotel, the bell boy wanted to go through our ice chest, which I think is very tacky. We were treated like teenagers and all of us being in our 50s. it made us feel very stupid. When we were checking out in the morning, check out being 11 AM at 10:30 AM a male housekeeping person walked into our room. He knocked a couple times, said housekeeping and barged right in. Then said oh sorry and walked out. I could’ve been undressed. That made me feel very uneasy. We were very rushed to leave even before the checkout time. The security on the floor are very rude and hateful. There was four of us. All four of us will never go there again. We only went there because of the Tesla concert. They need to have better signage about where the elevators are and where the restrooms are and where smoking and non-smoking is. They charged us $150 a night there was no breakfast. Usually places will have a buffet breakfast for free when you spend that much money. Then at 6 AM in the morning there was a drunk man screaming and yelling and couldn’t even stand up and three police officers were taking him out, right outside our room. this place is all about getting your money, instead of having good customer service and treating people that stay there nicely and appreciating that you’re staying there. I know I can’t expect Las Vegas but still $150 a night and treated that way. just bad business

The hard rock is amazing. The tenth floor in the king suit was very satisfying. It's a unique style, deep red with your own floor. The mirrors are very camera friendly. Oh and downstairs is quick hit!

On Halloween my boyfriend and I decided to go to the casino in complete costume. We were asked to leave the casino because we had on face paint in combination with our costumes, yet if I remember correctly there was a costume contest at this venue 2-3 days ago and masks/painted faces were in full effect. Wtf??. What's the difference in the clown makeup a lot of women wear?

Very disappointed customers!! We traveled 2.5 hours to Hard Rock for a little getaway with intentions of spending the day poolside enjoying the walk up bar, DJ music, adult pool, and hot tub and the evening gambling. Little to our surprise the pool was drained the morning of our arrival despite ensuring when I booked that it would be open. We done this in the past and had the best time!! Amped up our family how awesome it was. So let down!! Customer service did not give a second thought to our concerns staying, “OK”. A simple notification the morning before our arrival would have given us the opportunity to decide if the travel and room fees was worth the drive just to lay in the room and gamble that night.
We did enjoy the Route 66 cafe. We shared the huge challenge bacon cheese burger which we fun and enjoyable!

I love it. My Mom loves to bring me here, she always has great rewards like free food & rooms. She disabled & last time they didn't have a disabled room they upgraded us to an awesome suite & also you're required you're room key to get the elevator to work so less chance of sneaky thieves. The staff is great, bars are everywhere (expensive) but yummy drinks. Buffet is like 35 a person but rewards on your card add up fast. Shark Tank is our favorite machine. Different music in different sections of the casino floor & non smoking sections. Rewards add up fast so call & see what you got. Friendly staff, really amazing bartender ladies, rooms have Dove toiletries. Wheel Chair ramps for access to anywhere we needed to go. Didn't go to the spa, the pool, or any concerts so no idea how those would be but I know they have great bands & my favorite comedians every weekend. Follow the signs for Hotel Check-in if you have a room it's a long walk if you come in the front casino.

We came for a concert and decided to stay on-site. The room was just okay; there wasn’t anything remarkable and I’ve had better experiences at a Holiday Inn for less money. If you are a non-smoker, the lingering smoke in the hallway from the casino and the smell used to mask it can be a bit overpowering. We ate dinner at the buffet and again it was just okay. For the $31.75 per person I have had much better food at a chain restaurant.

Love this place! Went to a concert and it was a great venue! Came early gambled and won, had a great dinner at the buffet. Excellent service. Stayed after concert and enjoyed more live music and drinks. Staff is friendly and very helpful. Had really good time, planning on going back!

Pretty underwhelming. Rooms were nicely appointed, but pretty bare bones. Staff was accommodating, but again just basic and blah, kind of like dry white toast...I mean you'll eat it, it's not terrible, but without butter and jam, it's just there, nothing stand out or memorable. I was expecting a more sublime experience from "The Hard Rock", I've been all over the plant and have Hard Rock Cafe has always been a go-to place to have a great meal and a few drinks after a day of traveling or work, but this first stay in a Hard Rock Hotel has me wondering. Where has the greatness gone? Is guest service and the service culture we once prided ourselves on in America dead? The Hard Rock, once synonymous as a pillar of service and exceeding awesomeness, just left me feeling like Elwood Blues, eating my dry white toast, but they left out the Aretha Franklin and didn't have any butter or jam.
