We recently stayed at this property and loved the room and the accommodations. We were in Tulsa for a soccer tournament. There was plenty of space to accommodate us in the lobby after games to visit. Property was clean and staff was friendly. I don't recommend taking a large group to the restaurant. That was the only draw back. The customer service from the host stand was less than pleasant....
I had a lovely stay here this week. The shuttle drivers from the Hotel were great (had a wonderful conversation with Don that made time fly by so quickly!), and the Front Desk people were super, covering one little problem very well. The Grill was great too; the best French Dip sandwich I can remember. Great place; room, view, staff…All very impressive!
We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. We are Hilton Gold members but decided to try this place out because they partnered with The Gathering Place which is what we mostly came to Tulsa for. It was only about a 7 min drive to The Gathering Place. We took advantage of the Regency Club level which has complimentary Starbucks coffee machine, soft drinks, water and little snacks. It was a pleasant...
Our king room was clean, well appointed, smelled nice and it was ready for early check in which we appreciated. Definitely eat at the Daily Grill! We ate there twice and both meals were wonderful as were the staff! The bed and pillows were comfortable and the room quiet. The public parking garage was a B***h to get out of! Exit signs everywhere (too many) and difficult to navigate but FINALLY...
The Hyatt Regency is a great hotel. The location is perfect for exploring the Arts District and it is also within walking distance to many restaurants and shops. The hotel smells very pleasant and is very clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. The indoor pool is a great amenity and the roof top pool is an added bonus. The cafe inside the hotel is a great place to grab a quick bite. Overall, this...
Rooms are a tad dated, pool could use some updating, the lobby is beautiful, parking is good. Staff was ok. Overall we were satisfied. We booked through a 3rd party and didn't get the right bed selection we needed but the hotel got us a roll away twin bed. My son had to sleep with us in a king. I don't think I would stay here again unless it was a fantastic price.

The main floor of the hotel is inviting and well maintained. There is a pool and hot tub. The office chairs in the business center could be replaced but otherwise things were "nice". But, I feel like we were black listed. The thermostat never did work properly. The tub faucet leaked constantly and the drain was EXTREMELY slow. When cleaning service was requested the young lady replaced most of the...
No heat! The entire building is very cold, like 65 degrees, and the thermostat in the room does nothing. You can set it to 85, and 12 hours later, the room is still 65. 6 people from my company are all staying here on business and had the same complaint. The shower head is mounted at the lowest position I've ever experienced and I'm in different hotels every month. The shower head is at my shoulder...
Very nice place to spend for a weekend in downtown Tulsa. Reasonably priced room, plenty of parking available in the garage next door (paid parking, $25 per day). Very clean and quiet place. Very friendly front desk staff and equally friendly shuttle drivers. Excellent buffet style breakfast. I'm sure I'll be staying there again at some time in the future.
I was here one night for business. The hotel is lovely and nicely decorated. The front desk staff was friendly and gave us water and cookies. I like that the room had an iron and ironing board. My view was of the city. The only downside of the room was that I saw a couple of red stains on the white bedspread. We had dinner at the restaurant around 7:15 and they weren't too busy but it took over ...
When there was a couple minor issues with my room, they took care of me and gave me an upgrade. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. I found the staff very professional and accommodating. The decor is beautiful in both the lobby and the rooms. I did not have a chance to eat there or have drinks, but the whole restaurant area looked enticing and nice.
For the price, this hotel was okay. It met our needs but nothing spectacular. Our room did not have a mini fridge, or microwave. The room AC did not work well (as I had to turn it down to 65 degrees for many hours to cool down the room). I went downstairs to the laundry room to use the microwave and I found teenagers loitering in there. They moved to the pool area then the parking garage. The were...

Since 2010, my family, including extended family, have always enjoyed our stay at the Hilton Tulsa Warren Place. I recently booked two rooms over the holidays. We are grateful for those folks who work during the holidays—However, that does not give people the right to be rude, unprofessional or make remarks that are clearly unhelpful and/or unkind. Unfortunately, this is the experience both my daughter...
I'm visiting my mother at St Francis while she is in the hospital and very sick. Courtney checked me in she was absolutely wonderful sweet helpful and very professional. The room is lovely and it's directly across the street from where I need to be close to. 10/10 would definitely recommend this place. Side note chocolate chip cookies were delicious too 😋
My stay was amazing! The water pressure in the shower was fantastic! The new and updated rooms made the stay even that much better. I was nervous reading all these comments about construction but I did not hear or see any the two nights I stayed. This hotel is also in perfect location, we went to the casino one night for a fun night out. I did not use the pool or fitness center but went down to look...
We attended an event dinner at the Double Tree. The buffet was exceptional. Instead of the usual chicken and pasta, we were served steak and fish. Both were delicious! I didn't try the soup but those who did raved about it. The desserts were decadent. I wish they would offer a lighter option after such a rich entre. They had a coffee bar at the back which was a nice option.
We are at the Double tree hotel, Warren Duck, Tulsa. The food here is just awesome. The Waiter Hamid is a perfect person for this place. He took really took care of us well. Love to go again. Great work Chef. Keep up the great work guys.
Great hotel for the price. Remodeled in April of 2017. Kids loved large indoor pool and sauna. Executive level is worth the slight up charge (free breakfast, and evening snacks and cash bar). Starbucks served in the lobby was a nice touch. Kids were also happy that cartoon network was on the cable lineup. Overall the next time I spend a night in Tulsa I'll be stay here.

I’m looking at the pictures and reviews and I’m laying in the hotel room and wonder why Wyndham has gone so far out of their way to lie to people. The hotel in the pictures is not the hotel at all. Are you insane! I sharpened my electric tooth brush to make a shank because I forgot my gun. there is no indoor pool. The staff is nice and my room is clean, a plus that there is no carpet but new wood floor...
I stayed here from October 17th til the 22nd. I was impressed by the staff. Regardless of the time of day, they were very polite and generous. The manager, a very polite and well spoken gentleman, tried to offer exciting destinations for me and the kids to go to. That was thoughtful and appreciated. The breakfast downstairs is amazing. It feels like a real restaurant and the staff was very accommodating...
It was nice.place to stay. Didn't like the smokey smells in the hall ways and I prefer carpet on the floors in the rooms. I enjoyed the stay as well as the Breakfast each morning. Enjoyed the conference rooms, where we praised the Lord and also held a beautiful banquet. Nice staff.
Room was nice although a bit pricey. Breakfast had much to be desired. I have had better breakfast in lower quality hotels. Pool area looked cool but didn't explore it at all. Other than the little kids running up and down my hall being annoying in enjoyed my stay here. Right next door to Applebee's and there's a cool bar in the lobby too.
Although this hotel has multiple different negative reviews, My fiance and I decided to give it a shot and take the kiddos for the weekend... I must say WE HAD A BLAST! We did not have a single issue. Our room was clean, customer service was great, and the kids had fun swimming. We will definitely book again!
Nice hotel, family friendly, indoor and outdoor pools, water playground for younger children. Lots of variety to eat in the area and convenience store in walking distance. If you want a great place to take the family, bring them here. They also have very nice facilities for business meetings and banquets.

My stay was quiet and relaxing. The bed was comfortable sheets were clean, but I surprised to see a Hilton shower curtain in a premium Luxury brand of Marriott. Plumbing seamed to be an issue in the shower since I couldn’t get much water pressure because the stop in the faucet wouldn’t function properly. The buffet was OK at best, coffee tasted burnt. I did appreciated that there wasn’t an overload...
We stayed at the hotel with our extended family for Christmas and enjoyed very much the facilities, service, and food. David, Chris, and Dante provided us with attentive service to meet our needs. The breakfast food was outstanding (Amber and Travis served us well too). The pool and sauna were in good condition and maintained well. The kids made good memories in the pool. The rooms were kept well and...
We had breakfast in the restaurant and it was an inspiring experience! We didn’t have firm plans for our weekend vacation. Amber was an ambassador for Tulsa-asked a few questions about our interests then provided so many good suggestions for activities. She was so welcoming and helpful. The Marriott brand continues to attract quality and talent. We had the best stay! And . . . The food was good too
Everyone was so kind! I loved the room! It was spacious and beautiful. I would definitely recommend and give 5stars! Also very convenient location. The price for the double Queen balcony sweet was comparable to a small 2 queen bed room at other hotels! The restaurant also has great food! My kids loved the fish in the lobby!
I stay at this property every year for a convention. The people are just very nice. The rooms are great. Crystal in the Sales Department assisted me with my package, she was very helpful! Let me mention, Once you enter your room the AC is on and cold....a little too cold for me but it was just great to walk into a cooled room. The concierge that worked in the morning of July 20th was extra special...
The rooms are nice and spacious. The elevators are glass and look really nice in the atrium. The atrium is probably the best part with the seating that is with the many plants, waterfall, and koi pond. The pool is warm as well as pretty big for a hotel. Though it only goes to 5 ft. Overall the hotel is really nice with how it looks and the service there.

Hit and miss when it comes to the slots. I have a love hate with the lights, Rockstar atmosphere. Hey I have a game. Scavenger hunt. No google find the stars. 😏👋 The hard rock is amazing. The tenth floor in the king suit was very satisfying. It's a unique style, deep red with your own floor. The mirrors are very camera friendly. Oh and downstairs is quick hit!
Very disappointed customers!! We traveled 2.5 hours to Hard Rock for a little getaway with intentions of spending the day poolside enjoying the walk up bar, DJ music, adult pool, and hot tub and the evening gambling. Little to our surprise the pool was drained the morning of our arrival despite ensuring when I booked that it would be open. We done this in the past and had the best time!! Amped up our...
We spent one night here celebrating our anniversary. There are plenty of gambling options if you're into that. The bartenders at every bar we visited were great. The live band was so fun! Every employee we spoke to was so helpful and kind. We will come back and stay for longer to enjoy more of the amenities. The music was great and all of the rock n roll artifacts around the complex are interesting...
We came for a concert and decided to stay on-site. The room was just okay; there wasn’t anything remarkable and I’ve had better experiences at a Holiday Inn for less money. If you are a non-smoker, the lingering smoke in the hallway from the casino and the smell used to mask it can be a bit overpowering. We ate dinner at the buffet and again it was just okay. For the $31.75 per person I have had...
I love it. My Mom loves to bring me here, she always has great rewards like free food & rooms. The ladies at the front desk were very nice and helpful. The rooms were nice kind of weird more modern than I'm used to, i think coolest feature was bathroom wall it was cool how they had all those hidden animals on the bathroom wall blended in with wallpaper. First off the location was excellent. Nice views. The bed was comfortable. Those are the pros. Cons: 1. The pocket door for the toilet and shower wouldn't stay. It kept getting stuck. Plus not really private. 2. The shower looked like I needed to clean it again just to get in it. 3. The mini fridge is under the sink in the “bathroom” 4. Basic cable. No extras and no smart tv. 5. No restaurant just...
This is a business hotel that fell short of expectations as a whole. Low grade towels, a single hand towel and face cloth with two bath towels, strange combination. The shower leaked, possibly poor design or missing a gasket to stop leakage from the shower door. The room was small with little or no hanging room. It was a minimalist effect. There was an analog clock that wasn't plugged in. No USB charging...
I've stayed at this location a couple times. It's okay, nothing fancy. There was a new main entrance this time and it took me quite a while to find out how to get parked in the right place. They charge $10 for parking (which is high considering the event parking literally right next door was only $5). They also charge for breakfast and forgotten toiletries which many other hotels in the area do not...
Awesome hotel with an awesome staff and vibe. They accidentally over booked our room type and upgraded us to a corner suite for free. Because of that, we now look for Aloft Hotels anywhere we travel and have never been disappointed!!
Clean, quiet, great location, magnificent staff, superb in every way. For what you get, the price can't be beat! I stay here on every visit to Tulsa now that I know about Aloft. I've stayed at 5 other hotels in prior visits and none can compare. I won't stay any where but here!

Great location right in Downtown Tulsa. Across the street from ONEOK and 1 block from The Petroleum Club if you are in the area for work with one of these companies. Penthouse bar is awesome, and even though we arrived right after they opened, the staff was prepared and ready to serve us, and the staff was just plain nice. We have not had a chance to stay at the hotel yet, so we can't really say much...
I can't speak to the rooms because I didn't stay the night. I in a group of co-workers had an event at the penthouse bar, which is a gorgeous space, with a stunning view of the city in a glorious view of the Arkansas River! The service was fantastic and very professional. Highly recommend for a visit or for a function.
My wife and I went on a tour of the old buildings in Tulsa, guided by Tulsa Foundation for Architecture. The tour was very educational. Reminded me of the old song Ain’t there no more. This hotel definitely has that nostalgic feel, straight out of a movie. But the rooms have been remodeled and look really nice. The only downside is that the heater is in the room so you could hear it turn on and off all night long which can interrupt your sleep.
Pros: We had a dinner party here, it was very nice. The food was good, dessert was amazing, and the staff are absolutely the best. We did not stay the night but the rooms are nice. Cons: Parking sucks, and the valet line was packed. Took nearly an hour to move 3 blocks, but that's not really on the Mayo.

The beds and pillows were comfortable and the staff was excellent. Morning breakfast was good. Location is awesome if you're there to watch a concert at the BOK center. The three stars as an aggregate score are mainly attributed to the convenience in location to the airport terminal and the staff who were extremely kind and customer service oriented. Apart from that, this property is very worn down and in desperate need of capital improvements. The hotel itself gives off a dirty feel, and the rooms are not much better. For the price point, you have to remember you...
I just left the hotel and was impressed by how nice it was for being an older hotel. The food was great, the evenning staff was wonderful as well. That being said when I went to use the bathroom the the morning I noticed something, which I don't want to discuss on here. I brought it to the staffs attention at around 5:30. She let me know that she would make a note of it, really? Wow! I do have photos...
A bit noisy, next to a train track. Thin walls; we could hear our neighbor’s TV and a child running around upstairs. Fridge and microwave included so that’s good!
My experience at the Hilton Garden Inn Tulsa Airport was mostly all positive. Everything from the room, be decent food, as well as the very friendly and polite staff made my stay here very positive. I liked it! Room was super comfortable and clean AND quiet. I could NOT believe how close it was to the Tulsa airport! It was RIGHT NEXT to the airport entry. So convenient for early morning flights. Friendly happy staff. So happy we chose it.
We stayed two nights at the hotel due to the Atlanta airport power outage. They were swamped, but we were well taken care of. The hotel itself was clean. The service was good. The best part about this property is the STAFF. Leah, at the front desk, did everything in her power to rectify a mistake in the booking. It had been a long day for us and it was a relief to have her on this problem. She is awesome.
We were in Tulsa for the Chili Bowl midget race but also needed to get some work done during the day. The staff was so accommodating and friendly, we were very impressed, Casey Keefer is their director of sales, she got us everything that we needed and in a very professional and friendly way! I can't say enough good things about all of the staff at this hotel, it was a pleasure to stay there.
On a short vacation with my mom & two younger siblings, got to the hotel at 8:30 after a 7 hour road trip. We received excellent customer service from Mrs. Leah who checked us in. My mom checked out the rooms and noticed some spots in the bathroom that hadn't been cleaned, and Lia was up right away and cleaned it for us and got us some cold water bottles. Thank you so much!!!
Lindsey at check in was friendly and sweet as can be. The entry way and common area are beautifully decorated and cozy. Room was clean. Shower was great. We have experienced no problems on this trip. Wish out room had a view of where we are parked. But that is just a preference of mine.

We love this hotel. It's probably our favorite hotel ever. We got the top corner suite room and it was very luxurious. Apparently, the Tulsa oil tycoons would stay here when there mansions were being built. The restaurant and staff are spectacular. They even have dog friendly service where they had a bed and bowls ready for our dog before entering tge room. Very cool hotel. I want to visit Tulsa...

An unexpectedly large room, comfy bed and nice amenities. The lobby is pretty but very small, so it is not good for more than 1 or 2 families at a time. The shower was small with no bench. This is one of the Holiday Inns I frequent in Tulsa. Location is great and near many local shopping and restaurant locations, love that part. Also the staff is very friendly and welcoming. Manager is nice and very on top of things. I never have a problem with any of my stays here. Great price and great hospitality.
The front desk help was nice. Room was was fairly clean (carpet could use a deep clean). The breakfast was disappointing. We came down 40 minutes before they close and the were out of sausage, bacon, biscuits, oatmeal, muffins, cinnamon rolls and pancakes (pretty much everything except eggs and gravy). The guy behind us literally ate straight gravy... They did end up refilling the pancake batter though

Not bad for the money . Staff and housekeeping very friendly. Had hard time getting towels. And when we first check in if we could get some never showed up. Called front deck the next morning for towels said they would tell housekeeping. 2 hours later no towels. Found housekeeping said she didn't have any. Finley got 2 more towels( 4 towels in room and 6 of us there). After going to the front deck...
Run away from here. Rooms are a joke. Cigarette burns in the sofa and carpet. Door wouldn't fully open due to floor warping and the amenities are a joke....

Front desk staff is great! Alexis was so helpful and went out of her way to help me. Would definitely stay here again, mostly because of her! Room and hotel was also clean and my kiddos enjoyed the pool!
I had a great stay here. Staff were helpful. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, and the location was efficient for my purposes. The rate I paid was a bargain for the experience I received. I've paid much more for much worse hotel rooms. This was a great place to stay, and I'd gladly stay here again the next time I visit Tulsa.
Clean and comfortable but a little outdated. Walls are thin or neighbors were loud one. Water pressure not the best in the shower. Would help to add USB chargers to the rooms. Although for the price and time spent it worked for us
We came to Tulsa for a concert at the Mabee center. This hotel is less than 15 minutes from the Mabee Center. We frequently stay at the Comfort Inn for work so we were staying with Reward points. Our room was very clean, bed and sheets comfortable. What made the five star rating was the customer service by Tammy at the front desk. At our first breakfast we found that the potatoes and eggs had meat...
Staff is amazing! Rooms are clean and large. Breakfast is good. Close to bus station, so a lot of walking traffic through the parking lot.
Location was alright plenty of buisnesses around for anything you might need. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. Beds were very comfy felt like sleeping at home.

This place is a good place to stay. The service is good, the rooms are clean, the staff are friendly. Ive stayed here for a while now and I would definitely recommend anyone looking for a great hotel with fair prices this is your place. Everything about this place is good but the girl at the front desk, Jestina is amazing. She's sweet, kind and very helpful. She will make sure your stay is what you...
This has been the best stay, out of all the Red Roof Inns I have been to. The staff has been excellent in keeping my room neat, safe, and cleaned well. I have not had any problems. My only gripe is, the hotel is right on a busy intersection and highway, and I hear alot of the traffic noise, but other than that, my stay has been a pleasant one.
Unbelievable experience for the price. The bed was super comfy. Would definitely stay again & recommend. I'm sorry, yes everything else was good. The AC was a bit noisy, not bad & definitely cooled the room quickly The night/weeee am check in lady was very kind, she explained the extra deposit to us & as promised refunded it upon check out. We were in town for a critically ill family member who passed...
I am staying here for a week, the customer service here is off the chain ! I had to call the desk and explain my A/C wasn't working well. I fully expected to get sent to another room (that would have been an inconvenience I was dreading) . They offered to fix it instead ! I ran an errand and came back to a COLD room , it was awesome!!. They go overboard in making sure the rooms are very clean. They...
I wished the pool had been open. I also wished we could have had a coffee pot in the room. I need at least 2 cups just to wake up. Other than that, the room was clean, the manager and employees were super nice and helpful. I will stay there at my next visit.
It was quiet inviting and clean but it was a little old and dated but is one of the only places I've seen in a long time that offer smoking rooms
