We recently stayed at this property and loved the room and the accommodations. We were in Tulsa for a soccer tournament. There was plenty of space to accommodate us in the lobby after games to visit. Property was clean and staff was friendly. I don't recommend taking a large group to the restaurant. That was the only draw back. The customer service from the host stand was less than pleasant....
I had a lovely stay here this week. The shuttle drivers from the Hotel were great (had a wonderful conversation with Don that made time fly by so quickly!), and the Front Desk people were super, covering one little problem very well. The Grill was great too; the best French Dip sandwich I can remember. Great place; room, view, staff…All very impressive!
We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. We are Hilton Gold members but decided to try this place out because they partnered with The Gathering Place which is what we mostly came to Tulsa for. It was only about a 7 min drive to The Gathering Place. We took advantage of the Regency Club level which has complimentary Starbucks coffee machine, soft drinks, water and little snacks. It was a pleasant...
Our king room was clean, well appointed, smelled nice and it was ready for early check in which we appreciated. Definitely eat at the Daily Grill! We ate there twice and both meals were wonderful as were the staff! The bed and pillows were comfortable and the room quiet. The public parking garage was a B***h to get out of! Exit signs everywhere (too many) and difficult to navigate but FINALLY...
The Hyatt Regency is a great hotel. The location is perfect for exploring the Arts District and it is also within walking distance to many restaurants and shops. The hotel smells very pleasant and is very clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. The indoor pool is a great amenity and the roof top pool is an added bonus. The cafe inside the hotel is a great place to grab a quick bite. Overall, this...
Rooms are a tad dated, pool could use some updating, the lobby is beautiful, parking is good. Staff was ok. Overall we were satisfied. We booked through a 3rd party and didn't get the right bed selection we needed but the hotel got us a roll away twin bed. My son had to sleep with us in a king. I don't think I would stay here again unless it was a fantastic price.

The main floor of the hotel is inviting and well maintained. There is a pool and hot tub. The office chairs in the business center could be replaced but otherwise things were "nice". But, I feel like we were black listed. The thermostat never did work properly. The tub faucet leaked constantly and the drain was EXTREMELY slow. When cleaning service was requested the young lady replaced most of the...
No heat! The entire building is very cold, like 65 degrees, and the thermostat in the room does nothing. You can set it to 85, and 12 hours later, the room is still 65. 6 people from my company are all staying here on business and had the same complaint. The shower head is mounted at the lowest position I've ever experienced and I'm in different hotels every month. The shower head is at my shoulder...
Very nice place to spend for a weekend in downtown Tulsa. Reasonably priced room, plenty of parking available in the garage next door (paid parking, $25 per day). Very clean and quiet place. Very friendly front desk staff and equally friendly shuttle drivers. Excellent buffet style breakfast. I'm sure I'll be staying there again at some time in the future.
I was here one night for business. The hotel is lovely and nicely decorated. The front desk staff was friendly and gave us water and cookies. I like that the room had an iron and ironing board. My view was of the city. The only downside of the room was that I saw a couple of red stains on the white bedspread. We had dinner at the restaurant around 7:15 and they weren't too busy but it took over ...
When there was a couple minor issues with my room, they took care of me and gave me an upgrade. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. I found the staff very professional and accommodating. The decor is beautiful in both the lobby and the rooms. I did not have a chance to eat there or have drinks, but the whole restaurant area looked enticing and nice.
For the price, this hotel was okay. It met our needs but nothing spectacular. Our room did not have a mini fridge, or microwave. The room AC did not work well (as I had to turn it down to 65 degrees for many hours to cool down the room). I went downstairs to the laundry room to use the microwave and I found teenagers loitering in there. They moved to the pool area then the parking garage. The were...

Since 2010, my family, including extended family, have always enjoyed our stay at the Hilton Tulsa Warren Place. I recently booked two rooms over the holidays. We are grateful for those folks who work during the holidays—However, that does not give people the right to be rude, unprofessional or make remarks that are clearly unhelpful and/or unkind. Unfortunately, this is the experience both my daughter...
I'm visiting my mother at St Francis while she is in the hospital and very sick. Courtney checked me in she was absolutely wonderful sweet helpful and very professional. The room is lovely and it's directly across the street from where I need to be close to. 10/10 would definitely recommend this place. Side note chocolate chip cookies were delicious too 😋
My stay was amazing! The water pressure in the shower was fantastic! The new and updated rooms made the stay even that much better. I was nervous reading all these comments about construction but I did not hear or see any the two nights I stayed. This hotel is also in perfect location, we went to the casino one night for a fun night out. I did not use the pool or fitness center but went down to look...
We attended an event dinner at the Double Tree. The buffet was exceptional. Instead of the usual chicken and pasta, we were served steak and fish. Both were delicious! I didn't try the soup but those who did raved about it. The desserts were decadent. I wish they would offer a lighter option after such a rich entre. They had a coffee bar at the back which was a nice option.
We are at the Double tree hotel, Warren Duck, Tulsa. The food here is just awesome. The Waiter Hamid is a perfect person for this place. He took really took care of us well. Love to go again. Great work Chef. Keep up the great work guys.
Great hotel for the price. Remodeled in April of 2017. Kids loved large indoor pool and sauna. Executive level is worth the slight up charge (free breakfast, and evening snacks and cash bar). Starbucks served in the lobby was a nice touch. Kids were also happy that cartoon network was on the cable lineup. Overall the next time I spend a night in Tulsa I'll be stay here.

So clean and all employees very nice! Was there with our daughter's pageant. Stayed 3 nights. It was crazy around there and not one time did we run into any employees in a bad mood. 100000% recommend!!!! We will be back in a year! ❤️
Remember to use HotelTully.ᴄᴏm when booking a resort. This web site will compare thousands of booking websites and usually will have rooms a lot cheaper compared to others! Thank me later! My first time staying at this particular Marriott,...
Loved staying here. The staff was very friendly & helpful. They made sure the ppl staying here was safe & taken care of during the horrible tornado/extreme storm that came through. The rooms were very clean & the beds were very nice & soft. Though they didn't have a hot tub, the pool was wonderful. I would definitely stay here again. They even provided coffee & free breakfast even though they had no...
Rooms are nice, comfortable. I was annoyed by staff who opened my door at 5pm, right after I checked in and after I had placed a "do not disturb" sign on the door. Also, the iced water at the front desk seemed to always be absent when I was going in and out of the building. Frustrating. Still a great stay though. No breakfast.
If you were to ask my fiancé, she would tell you that I could care less about the room, I just care about the shower. And this is the best shower I’ve had! I read the reviews and was a little nervous, but the check in process was flawless, managed a room on the 9th floor which was key protected. Room was exactly what I wanted and extremely clean! The downstairs had a nice lobby, but the bar and Starbucks...
The check in was smooth as Tennessee whiskey. Absolutely loved the evening clerk a #gen-x lady who was just nice as could be and fun as well. . Lots going on there restaurants, bar, parking, location, and more. Also the pool and work out room are 24 hours with your key card. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that when we called to just inquire about checking out a few minutes late. The man...

I’m looking at the pictures and reviews and I’m laying in the hotel room and wonder why Wyndham has gone so far out of their way to lie to people. The hotel in the pictures is not the hotel at all. Are you insane! I sharpened my electric tooth brush to make a shank because I forgot my gun. there is no indoor pool. The staff is nice and my room is clean, a plus that there is no carpet but new wood floor...
I stayed here from October 17th til the 22nd. I was impressed by the staff. Regardless of the time of day, they were very polite and generous. The manager, a very polite and well spoken gentleman, tried to offer exciting destinations for me and the kids to go to. That was thoughtful and appreciated. The breakfast downstairs is amazing. It feels like a real restaurant and the staff was very accommodating...
It was nice.place to stay. Didn't like the smokey smells in the hall ways and I prefer carpet on the floors in the rooms. I enjoyed the stay as well as the Breakfast each morning. Enjoyed the conference rooms, where we praised the Lord and also held a beautiful banquet. Nice staff.
Room was nice although a bit pricey. Breakfast had much to be desired. I have had better breakfast in lower quality hotels. Pool area looked cool but didn't explore it at all. Other than the little kids running up and down my hall being annoying in enjoyed my stay here. Right next door to Applebee's and there's a cool bar in the lobby too.
Although this hotel has multiple different negative reviews, My fiance and I decided to give it a shot and take the kiddos for the weekend... I must say WE HAD A BLAST! We did not have a single issue. Our room was clean, customer service was great, and the kids had fun swimming. We will definitely book again!
Nice hotel, family friendly, indoor and outdoor pools, water playground for younger children. Lots of variety to eat in the area and convenience store in walking distance. If you want a great place to take the family, bring them here. They also have very nice facilities for business meetings and banquets.

Nice location, ample parking, lobby is attractive. Bathroom was well appointed and in very functional condition. Bedroom had couple of issues that just show the hotel is aging. The air conditioner really never cools the room beyond 70. Additionally, the return air vent was covered in dust. The bed was comfortable, but the sheets had a very stale odor.
We enjoyed our stay here. The staff was professional, and quick to fill our needs. The location was across from Oral Roberts University which was perfect location since we were helping someone move in. The pool was also nice since it is covered. However, the only time we were able to use the pool, it was raining and cold. I wish they had a hot tub since that would have been wonderful, but it is not...
The rooms were very clean ours did not have a mini fridge which I thought was very odd. The bed was comfortable the staff was very friendly and courteous and the breakfast was amazingly delicious. They also have a wonderful shuttle which took us back and forth from the casino and overall I would love to stay there again.
Our church state associations gathered here for a retreat. I noticed the staff were very kind and accommodating right when I first walked through the front doors. Throughout our time there, the place was kept very clean, everything was done on time, and the staff was very helpful. Great place to have a retreat! :-)
It was certainly quiet on my floor, beds were comfortable. There was only one floor with an ice machine that worked, it wasn't mine. There wasn't a refrigerator or microwave in the room. The view from my room sucked. The shower was nice, good water pressure. The restaurant was overpriced, the bar was average, the evening staff for the restaurant was understaffed. I watched several customers walk away...
Everything is nice. Rooms are nice. Beds are comfortable. The AC really blows. Staff is professional. The only thing that is a put off is dining and bar prices. $35 for 2 people to have breakfast is pushing it, the buffet does not justify price. $16 for a double crown in the evening when you are the only one sitting in an empty bar really puts things in perspective.

My stay was quiet and relaxing. The bed was comfortable sheets were clean, but I surprised to see a Hilton shower curtain in a premium Luxury brand of Marriott. We stayed at the hotel with our extended family for Christmas and enjoyed very much the facilities, service, and food. David, Chris, and Dante provided us with attentive service to meet our needs. We had breakfast in the restaurant and it was an inspiring experience! We didn’t have firm plans for our weekend vacation. Amber was an ambassador for Tulsa-asked a few questions about our interests then provided so many good suggestions for activities. She was so welcoming and helpful. The Marriott brand continues to attract quality and talent. We had the best stay! And . . . The food was good too
Everyone was so kind! I loved the room! It was spacious and beautiful. I would definitely recommend and give 5stars! Also very convenient location. The price for the double Queen balcony sweet was comparable to a small 2 queen bed room at other hotels! The restaurant also has great food! My kids loved the fish in the lobby!
I stay at this property every year for a convention. The people are just very nice. The rooms are great. Crystal in the Sales Department assisted me with my package, she was very helpful! Let me mention, Once you enter your room the AC is on and cold....a little too cold for me but it was just great to walk into a cooled room. The concierge that worked in the morning of July 20th was extra special...
The rooms are nice and spacious. The elevators are glass and look really nice in the atrium. The atrium is probably the best part with the seating that is with the many plants, waterfall, and koi pond. The pool is warm as well as pretty big for a hotel. Though it only goes to 5 ft. Overall the hotel is really nice with how it looks and the service there.

Hit and miss when it comes to the slots. I have a love hate with the lights, Rockstar atmosphere. Hey I have a game. Scavenger hunt. No google find the stars. 😏👋 The hard rock is amazing. The tenth floor in the king suit was very satisfying. It's a unique style, deep red with your own floor. The mirrors are very camera friendly. Oh and downstairs is quick hit!
Very disappointed customers!! We traveled 2.5 hours to Hard Rock for a little getaway with intentions of spending the day poolside enjoying the walk up bar, DJ music, adult pool, and hot tub and the evening gambling. Little to our surprise the pool was drained the morning of our arrival despite ensuring when I booked that it would be open. We done this in the past and had the best time!! Amped up our...
We spent one night here celebrating our anniversary. There are plenty of gambling options if you're into that. The bartenders at every bar we visited were great. The live band was so fun! We came for a concert and decided to stay on-site. The room was just okay; there wasn’t anything remarkable and I’ve had better experiences at a Holiday Inn for less money. First off the location was excellent. Nice views. The bed was comfortable. Those are the pros. Cons: 1. The pocket door for the toilet and shower wouldn't stay. It kept getting stuck. Plus not really private. 2. The shower looked like I needed to clean it again just to get in it. 3. The mini fridge is under the sink in the “bathroom” 4. Basic cable. No extras and no smart tv. 5. This is a business hotel that fell short of expectations as a whole. Low grade towels, a single hand towel and face cloth with two bath towels, strange combination. The shower leaked, possibly poor design or missing a gasket to stop leakage from the shower door. The room was small with little or no hanging room. It was a minimalist effect. There was an analog clock that wasn't plugged in. No USB charging...
I've stayed at this location a couple times. It's okay, nothing fancy. There was a new main entrance this time and it took me quite a while to find out how to get parked in the right place. They also charge for breakfast and forgotten toiletries which many other hotels in the area do not...
Awesome hotel with an awesome staff and vibe. They accidentally over booked our room type and upgraded us to a corner suite for free. Because of that, we now look for Aloft Hotels anywhere we travel and have never been disappointed!!

I can't speak to the rooms because I didn't stay the night. I in a group of co-workers had an event at the penthouse bar, which is a gorgeous space, with a stunning view of the city in a glorious view of the Arkansas River! The service was fantastic and very professional. Highly recommend for a visit or for a function.

This hotel definitely has that nostalgic feel, straight out of a movie. But the rooms have been remodeled and look really nice. The only downside is that the heater is in the room so you could hear it turn on and off all night long which can interrupt your sleep.
Pros: We had a dinner party here, it was very nice. The food was good, dessert was amazing, and the staff are absolutely the best. We did not stay the night but the rooms are nice. Cons: Parking sucks, and the valet line was packed. Took nearly an hour to move 3 blocks, but that's not really on the Mayo.

I was not really impressed with this hotel, but it was a decent night's sleep. The front desk clerk when we checked in was unprofessional and unfriendly, but not rude. The sink faucet leaked and the shower head sprayed in all different directions. So I wouldn't say it was the best hotel, but we just needed a bed for the night for a stopover. The rooms were clean, so that was all I really needed.

Decent accommodation. The gym is 24 hrs which is 💯 for me since I can have an alone time at a later hour. One elevator tho is still broken but it’s okay. I love the location, too. So near to the food places.
Hotel was nice. Room was nice. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was basic, fresh. However, parking was so expensive. The pool wasn’t heated in the middle of the winter. The hallways were so hot. the elevators were a little off. The right elevator would open the doors before completely stopped. The left was kinda rough when it would stop.
Really enjoyed staying here! The rooms were nice, clean & spacious, and the staff were so helpful and friendly. The hotel breakfast is quite generous (Waffle maker, cooked eggs, toast, fresh fruit, etc) plus tea is always available from the hot water station. Great wifi & plenty of open space to work in the lobby if need be.
Great time. It was very quiet 🤫 I loved that. The hallways was humid but the room the shower and how quiet it was made up for that. A little disappointed that they did not have anything for people that suffer from celiac disease. I like there Secure parking for 17$ a night. A Few good restaurants is walking distance. But overall I would stay at that location again. Distillery is not too far away, I...
The rooms are clean & comfortable. The hotel has great amenities: Netflix, Showtime, Shampoo, Conditioner & Body Wash in the room, WiFi, a great lounge, a snack bar with items for purchase & continental breakfast! Location is great, restaurants and shops close by, walking distance. ... and AMAZING customer service. Alex, the cute girl at the front counter, was SO sweet & helpful. She was welcoming...
This is an excellent hotel in an unbeatable location. The rooms are nice and quiet and we have nothing but good things to say about the staff. It is just a block away from Guthrie Green that features live music and the Woody Guthrie Center (an absolute must visit!). There are tons of great restaurants and coffee shops within an ready walk. If you are visiting Tulsa, I can't think of a more ideal location

The staff were all so friendly, helpful & overall amazing. We had our dog w/ us, & we had a room on the top floor, & it was really quiet & nice. The bathroom was a great size, & had lots of storage. They really accommodate pets, & I love the no pets fee. Saves so much $$ compared to other hotel pet fees!
Put us in a room that had not been cleaned.. the front desk fixed it and upgraded our room... no breakfast at this hotel and the hot tub has been filled in with concrete.. the bar was closed so the front desk went to get drinks.. only bottled drinks available. Pool was open but it's outside and December.. the ladies at the desk were very nice!
The hotel is at a great location. The staff always seem bothered when requesting something. The lobby was hot. There was a group of kids having pizza in the lobby and were running amuck and no adults are staff would do anything to keep them from bothering other guests that were just trying to play pool or relax in the common area. This group could have been put in a better location and some guidance...
Close to the interstate, the room was very clean and tidy. Front staff was super helpful and nice. 4/5 stars because the "amenities/incidentals" up front like the food and drink for purchase were absolutely outrageous pricing. $10 for one bottle of beer is ludicrous. I would stay there again but after a long day of traveling I'll be bringing my own beer next time.
I was with friends just to have a drink and hang out and my friend, a photographer, was trying to capture a couple moments and record out hanging out. We were approached and asked about a waiver and what not and really felt uncomfortable. We were all very away of everyone around us and were sure to only get photos of the 3 of us in the group. I enjoyed the atmosphere of the establishment and felt comfortable...
The building is clean, with a modern look. Staff were helpful and cheerful--even in the morning! The beds were comfortable, and the sheets were clean. The hot tub and sauna were a great way to relax after a conference. I would absolutely stay again.
