Well I'm here on a business trip and its my first time in Tyler Texas. When I gave the lady at the front desk my reservation number. She said that they don't have it. So she wanted me to get out of the way so she can serve other guest that were behind me. I waited until she was done serving the other guest and she went to the back room to grab a manager. They had my reservation.... the manager apologized. Then once the manager left, the lady in the front desk told me that they have free breakfast at 6am and the pool closes at 10pm. Which are both lies.... I really think that the front desk people should be trained more and know how to communicate with guest.

The staff at this location was awesome!! We had issues with our door because it shifted and didn’t line up to lock. The hotel was fully booked due to power outages in a neighboring towns. Get this the maintenance LADY drilled, cut, torched, splashed magic on the door until it was fixed!! I hate I didn’t get her name but she handled that stubborn door amazingly. The manager was fantastic as well. Oh, Mrs Dewana was extremely pleasant and made sure we had everything we needed.

The gym equipments were sticky and gross, the equipment cleaning wipes were not refilled, the shower knob was loose and only gave cold water or extremely hot. The bedside ports were loose and my charger kept falling out. Some of the towels clearly had yellow spots not properly cleaned..

This was awful deal I ever spent in my life and the room was trash and the manager was so rude and the employees completely ruined my stay rate and I want to pay $293.53 total and they told me $340.51 and then they said you could stay one night for $142.46 I said sure why not and after I was so mad and I was just go to a other a hotel for better deal down the street and I won’t be stay here again if I go back to Tyler! And my room was completely trashed when I got to it and so much more I wish I could list everything off too

The stay was nice and the ac got super cold. The rooms were nice, but they do throw a random surcharge on check-in that doesn't show on the reciept. And the breakfast isn't complementary. And the tvs are hotel locked so you cant plug in your own device. But the pool and courtyard were very nice. O, and Andy the check in guy was the bomb. Super helpful. Though he was the only nice attendant we encountered over several days of stay.

Bistro is awesome! They serve Starbucks! Recommend calling down with an order 10 minutes before you head down and they'll have it ready to go!

( Marriott Titanium Member) Stayed for 1 night on a business trip. Quick and efficient check-in. Received the upgraded room without asking and associated program benefits. The room was nice but lacked USB charging ports. The bed was not as comfortable as usual. Overall a good stay and I would stay again if I was in the area,

This was for the night before and the night of my wedding, which they knew about. The hotel room I got was terrible. There was a dip in the floor that felt like you were going to fall through, it look like someone threw up on the bathroom wall and it hadn’t been cleaned, the bathroom had no fan and the door wouldn’t stay shut, and a few more things. Just expected more from this hotel and am disappointed in what we got.
