Well I'm here on a business trip and its my first time in Tyler Texas. When I gave the lady at the front desk my reservation number. She said that they don't have it. So she wanted me to get out of the way so she can serve other guest that were behind me. I waited until she was done serving the other guest and she went to the back room to grab a manager. They had my reservation.... the manager apologized...
The staff at this location was awesome!! We had issues with our door because it shifted and didn’t line up to lock. The hotel was fully booked due to power outages in a neighboring towns. Get this the maintenance LADY drilled, cut, torched, splashed magic on the door until it was fixed!! I hate I didn’t get her name but she handled that stubborn door amazingly. The manager was fantastic as well. Oh...
The stay was nice and the ac got super cold. The rooms were nice, but they do throw a random surcharge on check-in that doesn't show on the reciept. And the breakfast isn't complementary. And the tvs are hotel locked so you cant plug in your own device. But the pool and courtyard were very nice. O, and Andy the check in guy was the bomb. Super helpful. Though he was the only nice attendant we encountered...
( Marriott Titanium Member) Stayed for 1 night on a business trip. Quick and efficient check-in. Received the upgraded room without asking and associated program benefits. The room was nice but lacked USB charging ports. The bed was not as comfortable as usual. Overall a good stay and I would stay again if I was in the area,
Beautiful Hotel. I didn't stay here, though. My friend and I attended the Boo Ball. We had a drink at the bar( which is part of the Marriott) The bartenders were hospitable and we liked our drinks.
Enjoyed our stay here. The staff was friendly and went out of their way to make our stay a great experience.

The room was great beds great , I always said I would never stay in another Days Inn ,this one is good though, the only problems were that they don’t have coffee maker’s in the rooms, ok not too bad, but the big one for me was 2 long hairs in a wash cloth I used while taking a bath. Not my hair mine is very short.. we will most likely stay here again.
Pros - Clean room Cons- No coffee maker in room, Shower not handicap accessible - no bath chair. My wife can’t stand up in the shower/bathtub, I had go to Walmart and buy a bath seat. Wanted to go swimming but the accessible lift had no battery and front desk knew nothing about it. If you are handicapped, I would advise not staying there. We will not be staying there again.
11/10 experience. Was the same price as the cheapest motels nearby but was FANTASTIC. Room was SO clean, bed & pillows were comfy, plus included breakfast! Nothing whatsoever was even close to sub par. Thanks for a great experience.
Enjoyed my stay here very much. Greg at the front desk is the best !!!! After talking a bit, realized we went to school together. Greg made me feel like a million bucks, such a sweet man and good person. Had it not been for him, I wouldn't of been impressed. Great customer service.
Came for country concert. Everything was great. I had read many reviews and was nervous about coming here. But I learned a very valuable lesson. You can't always go off of someone else's opinion. My stay, the staff, the breakfast it was great . There is not one thing bad that I have to say about Days Inn.
Pros: I gave five stars because we really enjoyed out stay. Room was pleasant, beds were comfy, air was cold, and the environment was decent. Oh and I can't forget the breakfast, it was great and really started our day. Upon check in the lady at the front desk was helpful and we really enjoyed speaking with her. When we needed an extra towel and soap she brought it to us which was unexpected. You don...

good clean large room. staff very nice let us check in very early. we had a problem with the door to our room and was fixed straight away. very efficient.
I'm pretty picky about hotels. This place was excellent. Rooms are VERY clean, facility is VERY clean. Fantasia at the desk is super nice and very helpful. I would rent here again if I returned to Tyler.
Not bad for the price and location. Surprisingly quieter than I would have expected for having a major road next door. Staff was kind and gave a nice discount. Large walk in shower was a plus.
Didn't stay overnight to experience the rooms but attended a class in the conference room. Clean and tidy and allowed me to use the kitchen area to heat my lunch. Super friendly attendant.
Tiny overcrowded pool. Loud music and people partying in the parking. Asked for towels and my husband had to go and get them. Pillows were very soft! Air-conditioning was very good.
Look no further, this is the hotel you want for the night locally. Gentleman at the counter should have his job security for life. Found a suite at the last minute I could afford and answered all the questions I had with knowledgeable answers. This is how your company makes money. Happy customers.

Ok now I've been here almost 2 yrs. In this time I've learned that from the owner and all of the staff are some of the best people and friends you could ask for. They go the distance to help everyone . I've stayed at almost every hotel in Tyler at some point and by far this hotel is the best ran and accommodating there is. Don't be fooled by it's location because I'll always recommend quality as the...
Clean, affordable, convenient location for me. Beds are comfortable. Have had no real issues at all. Have stayed here a few days every week for over a year in and out on business.
I loved the bed.. ac and shower awesome. There wasn't a button on the remote to change color options on tv.. pretty white towels had odd odor. Front desk lady's were nice. Humid town!
The staff is adorable. The rooms are clean, breakfast, gym and room service is a must do. Book your ticket in advance
Clean rooms, good breakfast. Orange juice is actually Tang or something close to Tang. Staff was nice but housekeeping brought extra towels that smelled like cigarettes. Gross!
Best value in the area because the bargain brands don't give you a computer desk and chair, plus a sitting chair. Full breakfast included and refrigerator/microwave. Air conditioning was just enough to keep the room not hot when it was 94 outside. The restaurant is closed down. The staff is great.

Breakfast was a disappointment, But because of the reasonable rates and excellent service, we would still definitely stay there again!
The staff was fine, no problem there. However, the lobby and hallways smell like they put a urinal cake in a candle warmer. It hits you as soon as you walk in the building. And if you want a good night's rest, forget it. The mattresses are a step above a box spring. There is no comfort in these suites. The room itself is fine, nothing special and nothing horrible.
The check in was flawless and we were greeted with a beautiful smile from our host, Jalissa Gideon who treated us very well and we appreciate that. The room was ready and as usual very comfortable. We will be here for five days and we expect the service will continue as expected and has always been great. We try to always stay at this chain when we travel. Real quality at a good price and great service...
Our favorite has now become one we will never stay in again. There are other hotels literally in the same parking lot that are just as nice and much cheaper. Nice hotel..TERRIBLE FRONT DESK STAFF!
Didn't stay in the rooms but used the meeting room. It was spacious. It even had a little kitchenette. We were able to serve coffee and lunch. We had about 30 people.
We travel all over the US and 90% of the time we stay at a Choice Hotel. So to say we have had experience with guest clerks is easy. Last night while checking in we had one of the best experiences with the 'face' of the hotel. Tamencia (I hope I got that right. We checked in on the 9th and it was a pretty African-American woman who checked us in.) She greeted us warmly with sincerity. She had...

Staff is friendly and very kind, very clean hotel all in all, I gave 4 stars because the hot tub wasn't hot and needed more water. 😉 The breakfast in the morning was just right to start the day plus it's complimentary. They even offered late check out to 1pm for me while my father was having surgery so for that I go back and give them 5 stars. Also ask which restaurants around give you a discount for...
Second time staying here. Clean room and good breakfast. Hotel is well maintained. Workout room is a little small to do much with the dumbbells. 3 treadmills and elliptical also available. It's not a 5 star hotel but 5 stars for what it is.
I have stayed at other places in Tyler, but this stay was much more pleasant. The front desk staff greeted me very warmly when I arrived with my teenage son. Ashley was genuinely enthusiastic and treated me as nicely as I had hoped, being a Marriott Rewards member. The breakfast was scrambled eggs, sausage, muffins, yogurt, cereal, fruit and even pre-made waffles. It was better than other hotels...
No frills other than pool. Well kept though. There is a gym down the street they have partnered with. I am lazy though to drive to it

Rosie at the front Desk was very nice and very helpful. Only thing id say id they need abit more attention to breakfast area not very appealing..overall room was clean and beds were small but comfortable!
Ok I have been kinda back and forth with this review as I have stayed here for two weeks. The customer service here is impeccable! The rooms are clean despite other reviews saying otherwise. And if you have a issue here this hotel will act fast to fix the issues. The breakfast is minimal but you can still get full if you are not that picky. I like doing a biscuit cut in half with two sausages and a...
The room was good. Mattress was good. Breakfast was nothing to write home about. Walked in checked it out, bought Breakfast elsewhere.
It was good. The rooms were clean, beds were comfortable. The staffs at the front desk were so friendly and nice. Overall, my stay over there was good.
My room was good, comfy king size bed. Water pressure in the shower wasn't great but wasn't bad, the pillows they provide are half the size of normal pillows. Everything else was good.
Amanda at the front desk was very nice and friendly! She made me feel so welcomed and at home ! On top of all that she was very professional! I enjoyed seeing her smile and talking with her ! She also gave me a lot of information about where to go in Tyler and was very helpful with my dog! I stayed here while I was looking for a place to live in Tyler and I plan to just drop by just to visit! They...

The desk attendee was friendly, she fixed my TV and the maid helped with everything! Super Great Service!!!
For the location it's a steal for the price. 50$ no tax. Front desk is very responsive and quick with service. As usual if your polite they are polite. Rooms are updated and bathrooms are updated.
It's a very nice place, rooms are neat and pretty big also. The location could be better but who's complaining.
I mean it's a chill little spot layed back too. The girls were tired so we really crashed out. Shout out to LaLa/Jesso $$weet/and Juicey. Without you there is no me. Still hold in it Down!
Clean...tidy...love the shower head... reasonable price... conveniently located amongst a variety of gas stations and plenty eatery's to choose from..

Considering the part of town it's located, this motel is not all that bad. The location is a bit awkward and inconvenient but it doesn't have a lot of weird people loitering around the property.
If you keep in mind that you're staying in the room for an extremely low rate, them you shouldn't be surprised by the neighborhood or its inhabitants. The room I was in could have used new caulking in the shower, there was a piece of drywall that was repaired but never covered over, the wifi was spotty and unreliable, and I didn't feel safe going outside at night. The only thing preventing somone from...
