Friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean and had many towels and pillows! Either the room was extremely quiet or I was extremely tired but I did not hear traffic all night.

Very enjoyable stay. Service at the front desk was pleasant and friendly, and while the room was a bit dated, it was clean and had everything I needed.

We stayed for the second year with our Corvette Club. The service was excellent! The breakfast buffet was so much better than most hotels. The dinner served to the club was outstanding! The chef is top notch! The room was large and comfortable. I highly recommend this one.

On Labor Day weekend we had our 50th wedding Anniversary party at the Holiday Inn. The staff are excellent! Friendly, caring and efficient! The food was beautiful and delicious! Our out of town guests were happy with the rooms and service!

Great customer service and pretty clean! Nice spot to grab breakfast in the morning as well. The only suggestion I have for folks is if you want your quiet, don't get a room facing the courtyard with the pool. The sound is in an echo chamber in the middle of the hotel and gets pretty noisy.

This is the third time i am here, the rooms has been upgraded, overall it looks way better than before. When i talked to one of the employee, she said there has been ownership change so they just started renovating the whole place. Since, i travel here for conference and this location is perfect for me to stay i will keep it updated

Was here for about two weeks, rooms were nice and beds were comfortable. Room service was reliable and front desk staff, particularly the daytime employee, were very helpful and pleasant to deal with. Definitely would recommend.

Great customer service even tho my door broke and I was locked out of my room with only an hour and a half to get ready for my stepdaughter's wedding! It was ALL hands on deck at 4pm on a Saturday to get that door open!! Finally, they succeeded and I made It on time ?. The grounds are beautiful, breakfast was yummy and we will stay at this hotel For Sure next time we are in Tyler.

The staff were so friendly and accommodating. Breakfast offerings were fresh and so much more than expected. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. I had a slight problem with the size/bulkiness of the furniture. The room was very tight. But overall it was a wonderful stay.

It would have been a 5 star. However, the indoor pool was bad. It was very cloudy and felt like we were swimming in bleach. Eyes burned. Smelld super strong like all they did was pour a couple bottles of bleach in it. Otherwise nice place.

Great hotel but the rooms need more sound proofing. We could hear the people next door throwing up all night and the person above stomping. Staff are great and try to do everything they can for you. The amenities are awesome. Need less chlorine in the pool though it burns the kids eyes.

The staff at this location was awesome!! We had issues with our door because it shifted and didn’t line up to lock. The hotel was fully booked due to power outages in a neighboring towns. The stay was nice and the ac got super cold. The rooms were nice, but they do throw a random surcharge on check-in that doesn't show on the reciept. And the breakfast isn't complementary. Overall the facilities were good. Adequate space and nicely kept. Although, I was a little disappointed that no shampoo nor conditioner was offered. For it the penthouse hotel to be the size of a small apartment I find it confusing as to why there was no broom nor small mop available in case of small mishaps. I had to purchase that from a nearby store. Also, the staircase really really needs updating...

Overall, it was okay. This location obviously caters to the long term stay residents, so it is less than ideal for a "hotel" type guest. Pricing is great, rooms have table, kitchen, couch and bed. The service is excellent. This makes my second time staying here. I have no complaints. Staff is very courteous and helpful.

Over all, we enjoyed the stay. There were some large, unsightly stains on the sofa and the desk chair and the TV was antiquated, but working. Other than that, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the kitchenette was quite nice...I would be happy to visit again.

My stay so far is good here my only complaint is this hotel offers military discounts to only active duty in uniform. I'm retired military and the receptionist did not honor it. I have stayed in many Hilton hotels all around the US and this is the first one who did not support retired military. Hilton Review My husband and recently stayed at Hilton Garden Inn, Tyler, Tx and we had a wonderful stay there. The reception was very warm and accommodating, the room was clean, comfortable and cozy, plus the fool was delicious. We had a refrigerator and microwave and the room was very reasonably priced. Nice hotel near lots of good restaurants. Enjoyed our stay, but I will say it's a little misleading to claim breakfast is included when it's actually an additional charge. The building was well maintained, nice pool area, and the breakfast was very good with a nice selection of both hot and cold offerings. That said, our room was supposed to have 2 queen beds but had 2 double beds instead. The room had dirty towels in it upon check in. This Staybridge Suites located in Tyler, Texas on the loop is a very clean hotel. The rooms have kitchenettes in them. Witch comes in handy. We are staying here a couple of nights. We were in town for college recruiting. Seeing old friends while here as well. We had a very hard time finding a parking spot with all rooms booked. There were 3 spots and one person was parking their vehicle in the middle of two parking spots. The last and only spot left was for a normal size/small suv. We drive a full size truck. Hotel is nice in a good location. Staff was extremely nice! Never had parking due to meeting/group get together going on the entire weekend. Room was ok not cleaned extremely well floors not vacuumed shower had hair all over.

The room was great beds great , I always said I would never stay in another Days Inn ,this one is good though,the only problems were that they don’t have coffee maker’s in the rooms, ok not too bad, but the big one for me was 2 long hairs in a wash cloth I used while taking a bath. Not my hair mine is very short.. we will most likely stay here again.

Pros - Clean room Cons- No coffee maker in room, Shower not handicap accessible - no bath chair. My wife can’t stand up in the shower/bathtub, I had go to Walmart and buy a bath seat. Wanted to go swimming but the accessible lift had no battery and front desk knew nothing about it. If you are handicapped, I would advise not staying there. We will not be staying there again.
