I truly enjoyed my stay! Great service and my disabled friendly room was absolutely awesome! I highly recommend this Days Inn, which by the way gives a military/veterans discount.
Good affordable rooms with very comfortable beds and a decent shower. There are upgrades to the rooms in some aspects (floor, granite bathroom counter framed mirror) but opportunities with others. The toilet was weak flush and clogged with just toilet paper. Ac worked great. The Friday night was quiet but Saturday night was super busy until late with road noise. Put on my white noise and fixed. There...
NICE!! The location was in a very nice place. The outside was very nice and clean. I like the benches they have outside when you enter to register. The room was very clean and large.
Appreciated the ability to park my motorcycle under the front awning as a big thunderstorm came through overnight. Made a big difference for the next day
The best thing about this property was the customer service. Michelle and Mo plus the housekeeping staff are top-notch! We checked in late evening just as the tornado sirens were going off. Mo made sure the guests were safe. He went above and beyond taking care of our reservation. Upon checking out Michelle was very friendly. After leaving, 30 minutes later, Michelle called to say that the housekeeping...
The staff at this establishment are invaluable, and their customer service and care exceed all expectations. The desk staff is compassionate and caring, willing to go the extra mile to accommodate guests. The service staff ensures that rooms are clean and orderly, paying close attention to detail. The management of this staff is understanding, culturally competent, caring, and above all else. This...

Nice rooms Quick trip but met our needs. Convenient part of town. The bed was a little hard but didnt sleep much anyway
Great hotel Was a last minute trip for a tournament and it was perfect. Great area
i was impressed by the accessible features of the room, by far the best that i’ve seen. our stay was in a quiet room and everything was nicely arranged. we had a pleasant stay. that’s why we keep coming back.
We were there for a one night stay for a women’s conference. The hotel is clean and convenient for where we were going. It was crowded that weekend, so gym & pool area were out of towels. No coffee for guests, except for purchase (or very small pot in room).
The lady who checked us in was very helpful and we had an issue with out room being too close to the elevator, she was able to get us in a room with less noise.
We enjoyed our one night stay the Courtyard Marriott. It was a busy weekend, but they handled the crowd well. Our check in was a little chaotic, but the team eventually got it all sorted out. My only negative was the complimentary coffee. The very small pot in the room wasn't enough for 4 people and there was nothing offered in the lobby. Coffee and water should always be available. I have never experienced...

Rosie at the front Desk was very nice and very helpful. Only thing id say id they need abit more attention to breakfast area not very appealing..overall room was clean and beds were small but comfortable!
Ok I have been kinda back and forth with this review as I have stayed here for two weeks. The customer service here is impeccable! The rooms are clean despite other reviews saying otherwise. And if you have a issue here this hotel will act fast to fix the issues. The breakfast is minimal but you can still get full if you are not that picky. I like doing a biscuit cut in half with two sausages and a...
The room was good. Mattress was good. Breakfast was nothing to write home about. Walked in checked it out, bought Breakfast elsewhere.
It was good. The rooms were clean, beds were comfortable. The staffs at the front desk were so friendly and nice. Overall, my stay over there was good.

good clean large room. staff very nice let us check in very early. we had a problem with the door to our room and was fixed straight away. very efficient.
I'm pretty picky about hotels. This place was excellent. Rooms are VERY clean, facility is VERY clean. Fantasia at the desk is super nice and very helpful. I would rent here again if I returned to Tyler.
Not bad for the price and location. Surprisingly quieter than I would have expected for having a major road next door. Staff was kind and gave a nice discount. Large walk in shower was a plus.
Didn't stay overnight to experience the rooms but attended a class in the conference room. Clean and tidy and allowed me to use the kitchen area to heat my lunch. Super friendly attendant.
Tiny overcrowded pool. Loud music and people partying in the parking. Asked for towels and my husband had to go and get them. Pillows were very soft! Air-conditioning was very good.
Look no further, this is the hotel you want for the night locally. Gentleman at the counter should have his job security for life. Found a suite at the last minute I could afford and answered all the questions I had with knowledgeable answers. This is how your company makes money. Happy customers.

Decent place for older property. Massive front entry area that doubled for breakfast in the mornings The floor I stayed on was 3rd. It appeared clean and maintained. My room was clean with a few cobwebs inside lamps. It had a balcony with beer bottle and cigarette butts. The slider didn't lock but had a rod to hold door shut. Bed was comfortable. Nice side flat screen TV. Microwave didn't...
Ok now I've been here almost 2 yrs. In this time I've learned that from the owner and all of the staff are some of the best people and friends you could ask for. They go the distance to help everyone . I've stayed at almost every hotel in Tyler at some point and by far this hotel is the best ran and accommodating there is. Don't be fooled by it's location because I'll always recommend quality as the...
Clean, affordable, convenient location for me. Beds are comfortable. Have had no real issues at all. Have stayed here a few days every week for over a year in and out on business.
I loved the bed.. ac and shower awesome. There wasn't a button on the remote to change color options on tv.. pretty white towels had odd odor. Front desk lady's were nice. Humid town!
The staff is adorable. The rooms are clean, breakfast, gym and room service is a must do. Book your ticket in advance
Clean rooms, good breakfast. Orange juice is actually Tang or something close to Tang. Staff was nice but housekeeping brought extra towels that smelled like cigarettes. Gross!

Breakfast was a disappointment, But because of the reasonable rates and excellent service, we would still definitely stay there again!
The staff was fine, no problem there. However, the lobby and hallways smell like they put a urinal cake in a candle warmer. It hits you as soon as you walk in the building. And if you want a good night's rest, forget it. The mattresses are a step above a box spring. There is no comfort in these suites. The room itself is fine, nothing special and nothing horrible.
The check in was flawless and we were greeted with a beautiful smile from our host, Jalissa Gideon who treated us very well and we appreciate that. The room was ready and as usual very comfortable. We will be here for five days and we expect the service will continue as expected and has always been great. We try to always stay at this chain when we travel. Real quality at a good price and great service...
Our favorite has now become one we will never stay in again. There are other hotels literally in the same parking lot that are just as nice and much cheaper. Nice hotel..TERRIBLE FRONT DESK STAFF!
Beds are so cimfortable. Shower spray vigorous. Very clean. Quiet. HBO. Amenities rock.
Great place. Clean, comfortable, and at a great price.

Staff is friendly and very kind, very clean hotel all in all, I gave 4 stars because the hot tub wasn't hot and needed more water. 😉 The breakfast in the morning was just right to start the day plus it's complimentary. They even offered late check out to 1pm for me while my father was having surgery so for that I go back and give them 5 stars. Also ask which restaurants around give you a discount for...
Second time staying here. Clean room and good breakfast. Hotel is well maintained. Workout room is a little small to do much with the dumbbells. 3 treadmills and elliptical also available. It's not a 5 star hotel but 5 stars for what it is.
I have stayed at other places in Tyler, but this stay was much more pleasant. The front desk staff greeted me very warmly when I arrived with my teenage son. Ashley was genuinely enthusiastic and treated me as nicely as I had hoped, being a Marriott Rewards member. The breakfast was scrambled eggs, sausage, muffins, yogurt, cereal, fruit and even pre-made waffles. It was better than other hotels...
Partnership with new gym Fitness 360. Less than a mile away.
No frills other than pool. Well kept though. There is a gym down the street they have partnered with. I am lazy though to drive to it
Room was fine. No on site exercise room!

Had hard time getting a room being ID was expired they want up to date n physical ID not buts. They do good rates weekly. Hot water wrks everything works but the Wi-Fi. U have no service if ure lucky wen nobody is there in the morning I'll be able to get connected n it will be slow but once everyone starts coming back for the evening forget about it. Same with the roaches during the morning I won't...
Rooms were clean and comfy. Quiet. Great price. Will definitely stay again!
The desk attendee was friendly, she fixed my TV and the maid helped with everything! Super Great Service!!!
For the location it's a steal for the price. 50$ no tax. Front desk is very responsive and quick with service. As usual if your polite they are polite. Rooms are updated and bathrooms are updated.
It's a very nice place, rooms are neat and pretty big also. The location could be better but who's complaining.
I mean it's a chill little spot layed back too. The girls were tired so we really crashed out. Shout out to LaLa/Jesso $$weet/and Juicey. Without you there is no me. Still hold in it Down!

Needs work done on the rooms. The other tenants are sketchy but they don't bother anyone.
Considering the part of town it's located, this motel is not all that bad. The location is a bit awkward and inconvenient but it doesn't have a lot of weird people loitering around the property.
If you keep in mind that you're staying in the room for an extremely low rate, them you shouldn't be surprised by the neighborhood or its inhabitants. The room I was in could have used new caulking in the shower, there was a piece of drywall that was repaired but never covered over, the wifi was spotty and unreliable, and I didn't feel safe going outside at night. The only thing preventing somone from...
