Location is a bonus, right next to the highway entrance, short walk to the water front, park is right across. Room is spacious, clean and the beds are very comfortable.

Great service and people! They didn’t have any rooms left when I arrived without reservations so they put me in a suite that had a fold out bed at a very reasonable price. Also was able to park my tall camper van in a special lot.

Homeless everywhere around the hotel. The hotel is one of the many islands of polish among more common settings. Mostly well behaved homeless, some litter. Lots of bars and people how frequent them. Some might say lots of shady characters on the street. Funny mix of yuppie and homeless. Lots of hoodies and tennis shoes gathered in small groups. I've been there twice. Both times the service staff were very warm. Rooms are clean and comfortable. It's also very close to the nice nightlife in downtown Vancouver. The pool is clean and relaxing and the gym is very well-equipped.

Happy hour is first come first served in a small seating area, not available in the restaurant. NO WHILPOOL/HOT TUB, as is noted in the description and one photo, but very good rooms and pool. We booked after description and one photo showed a hot tub. We had a great experience here. I think we got the reservations on Expedia, and it was pretty cheap. We ended up getting upgraded to a "2-bedroom loft" suite for free because they didn't have the 1 bedroom suite we reserved. Breakfast was great and included with the room. The service was great. The breakfast was good. Kids loved the pool. The reason for 3 stars was mainly because of other guests being inconsiderate after hours. My daughter stayed there over night, I just stopped by for a visit. The hotel was clean and the front manager was respectable. There were a few strange people loitering outside the hotel, but that is not due to the hotel staff.

Really nice accommodations. Good breakfast selection, although a little variety for people staying more than one night would be nice. I like the salt water pool, but it is a bit small. It is a nice motel. The rooms are good size and clean. It has a free continental breakfast which has eggs, sausages, pancakes, bananas, bran muffins, bananas, and several beverages. Nice staff! Thanks Brian and Brandy. Very quiet and no drug addicts outside. Also, no bed bugs. That being said, I discovered a cockroach in my suitcase and I hyperventilated. Also, there was a dried urine pool with a long blonde hair stuck in it. The elevator smells like old blunts. Lastly, dirty towels were left under the sink from the last guest - not cool.

The room was bland for the high price and although it was relatively convienently locate, all of the dishes and silverware were up to us to go fetch from the lobby including kitchen towels and even drinking cups. It was irritating but I suppose it can be worked around as long as you know ahead of time.

I always try to stay at best westerns as I've found them to be the best for my family. Breakfast here was great except if you notice the juice is like water ask them to change it. Super friendly staff and a great property in the right place. Close to the mall but not too close, right off the highway but just far enough to avoid the noise. The room condition was rough, but for the price, it was a great value. Staff was great and friendly. Water valves were loose and the walls could use a good scrubbing or coat of paint and the floor could use a scrubbing. But again, was happy with the place. Staff was great, other guests not so much. A hoard loudly trampled in at 11:42pm and caused so much noise in the halls for such a long time it woke up myself and all 3 of my children and we were kept awake for hours by the noise. Great experience all around. We got checked in after driving down late on Friday after work the unexpected free cookie was a nice touch. Enjoyed room service from breakfast our last day and and had a pleasant experience overall. The location was a great fit for our needs and I'll keep them in mind for future travels.

We love the indoor pool and all the staff are nice and super friendly. Our children always love the freshly baked cookies when we check in and only request checking out cookies when we leave.

This is an older hotel and it shows but the staff was great and room was clean. Pool was well maintained and it's a salt water filter so that's even better. The room was a great size for our family of 6. The only complaint I may have was the toilet flapper didn't seal well and so it ran all the time. That was a little thing though and had no impact on outlook stay.

The staff was friendly, the bed was comfortable. The room smelled like cigarettes (especially the bathroom) and the cleaning was not thorough. The headboards on the bed were sticky with someone's hair or body product - there was evidence they had been swiped - but not actually cleaned. It was gross. This is a well run basic hotel. It's clean and a very good value for the money. The breakfast is good and plentiful. The area is a bit seedy...don't leave valuables in your vehicle, but it has easy access to I-5 and fast food. They also have rooms with full kitchens and the rooms are spacious.
