This is a great hotel, a bit dated but overall nice staff and clean. Its busy because its attached to the Convention Center.

Staff was friendly. Room was basic. Pillows were horrible. Honestly, it felt like I stayed at just another hotel. Nothing to make me say "wow". I was there for a conference so we had room blocks at a lower cost. I wouldn't pay the normal rates though.

I went for a women in construction conference and the front desk staff, cleaning staff, and breakfast staff were all top notch. The food that we were served at the conference was very good and we were located middle of downtown within walking distance to the Magnolia 12 mins, and across the street from a lot of restaurants. Had an enjoyable stay It didn’t feel like a business trip. Monica and her staff were very accommodating. Candace at the bar/Starbucks was very friendly and helpful. Not to mention the hotel is located within walking distance of many eateries.

Nice clean hotel. Breakfast is expensive, even over the allotment for Diamond members. They make you wait and pay at the coffee shop which can take time when it's busy in the morning. Not idea for business travelers looking to get a quick bite in the morning.

The hotel is in an excellent location within walking distance to the river and many restaurants and areas of interest. We had a lovely patio outside sliding glass doors in our room. The bed was very comfortable with ironed sheets that felt great and smelled like fresh air.

My Husband and I have stayed here over a dozen times when visiting Waco. The staff is always incredibly friendly and ready to offer suggestions. We were scrambling to find a room one for our sons who were visiting campus and the manager went out of his way to accommodate them. It’s also walking distance to lots of restaurants and the best farmers market in the world.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Marriott. The rooms are somewhat spacious. The beds or pretty hard but most hotels have that. I would definitely come back. Below is a picture what the average view from a room is, it's not so bad.

We reserved the conference room for dinner. It was big and roomy with enough space on the table for the food. It was nice. We were not bothered at all.

I look forward to using a roll-in shower when traveling. This one is quite puzzling. There are 2 shower heads. When I turned on water, it shot from that shower head over me. In a panic, I flipped handle. Then the water came out of other shower head. It is on a flexible hose. These are usually in showers to provide range of movement, but this one is fixed about 6' above floor and aimed so water hits...

Above average Courtyard located across from convention center & nearby Baylor University. There are a couple of restaurants in walking distance & farmers market also. Pool is small but adequate to get out of the heat of Texas. Room size is above average with desk & chair. Bathroom is adequate and the water pressure is phenomenal. Almost a 5 start for its category.

Bed was comfortable, room was clean, but the freeway road noise was almost unbearable. (Room 300) -1 star. Hilton stopped housekeeping because of Covid, but now that that scam is over they still don’t clean the room or make the bed. This Hampton Inn does not meet the standards that I have come to expect in Hampton Inn Hotels. We were in 2 rooms. First room the AC was very loud and the carpet near by was soaked. We asked for another room and when we moved the new room was very damp. So much so that the sheets in the beds felt wet. Woke up in the morning and the room smelled like mildew. Breakfast was not good either. The potatoes were cold and hard, the sausage was burnt. I rented a Jacuzzi Suite the room was very comfortable, very spacious. Temperature settings worked perfectly. Due to Covid Breakfast was disappointing but that is the world we are currently in.

This was one of the nicer Hamptons I have stayed at. Great location. Rooms are big and atmosphere is nice, especially for the price. Hotel staff was friendly and I would stay here again if needed. Was on a business trip for context. Would recommend.

My boyfriend had gotten a room for us and he wanted the one with the jacuzzi well upon arrival at the hotel they gave us a regular room. They wouldn't compost for the price difference front desk was actually really rude. But because there was nowhere else to go and he just wanted to spend time with me and relax cuz he had worked 70 plus hours all week We ended up just toughing it out. AC didn't work...

Our family booked 3 rooms for the Baylor vs UT weekend and could not have been more pleased. They were courteous and welcoming and the rroms were comfortable, clean and quite. I had a fantastic stay here. The staff were all welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The room was comfortable and quiet. This location seems brand new, but the staff was experienced and attentive. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit and the hotel staff was very invested in our overall comfort and happiness. The front desk was courteous and caring and never stopped smiling. They offered us extra blankets, pillows, and towels and made our stay wonderful. Highly recommend if you ats in the Waco area.

modern Hotel within walking distance to the Silos. Friendly staff, we got an upgrade to a suite as our standard room was not ready yet at arrival. Even got a bottle of wine as compensation for the waiting.

The atmosphere is always a 10/10. It’s always clean and very organized. I love utilizing the conference room for meetings and staff is very accommodating to everything I ask for. My kids love the pool and hanging out outside ordering food from the restaurant. The bar has everything and the staff always look sharp. Very presentable each and every time.

This is our “go to” place to stay in Waco. It is clean, convenient,great breakfast and comfortable. Because it is right off the highway, you can expect some highway noise. But this feature is part of its convenience. We stayed 11/18/22- remodel and update was in process! Rooms were great!

This had all the accommodations needed. The location was super convenient to the hospital. The rooms were in impeccable condition. The only issue I didn't like was the patchwork carpet in the hallways. Other than that the heated pool and the hot tub were amazing. They also have a public office space and an exercise room.

The room was clean and neat and the beds were comfortable. Spacious for my family and me. The staff members were courteous and greeted us as we arrive and answered every question were ask them. Breakfast was great. Very close to restaurants so it was easy to walk over and have dinner.

Went in for an unexpected stay and boy was i supposed by how clean and friendly they were! Rooms were pretty big with a pullout couch which was very spacious. The lady at the counter was super nice and very helpful. I would totally recommend this if you need a place to stay for a couple nights as the cost was very wallet friendly. Also had a nice little place to relax up front.

Our room smelled of cigarette smoke even though it was a non-smoking room. Breakfast was the same things every day, and not that great. Door to the restroom was a sliding door that needed to be replaced-did not slide easily and was very loud.

Stayed at Home2 in Euless for almost 3 months for work training, been at this location for 1 night and already 100% better. Breakfast options are better, they actually have the induction burners to use for the rooms, staff is very friendly. Would have loved for this to be the place I stayed at for 3 months vs 1 week.

Great stay the room is very comfortable. Breakfast was great. The elevator needs to be serviced and the pool needs to be cleaned but overall we enjoyed our stay. Just make sure to check the shampoo levels before your shower ours was empty.

Had a excellent stay! From the front desk, to the friendly housekeepers, everyone was wonderful. Room was super clean. Complimentary breakfast was yummy! Our short vacay at this hotel was fine, but when you go in person thinking that all of the amenities that are offered when you make the reservation does not met the expectations. Staff were friendly and rooms were clean. We had billing problem with the website accidentally booking two reservations instead of just one. We did not find out until we arrived for check in. The staff were very helpful in navigating this issue. Management was friendly and easy to work with. We were ultimately refunded for the extra reservation that we did not need.

Best chain hotel i've been to all year in the U.S. I can't stand most of the chain ones they have become so cookie cutter. They had a homemade dinner, breakfast, big rooms, easy access to the rooms from the car without elevator hassles, laundry room, and they let you roll a dice for extra rewards points. Real close to my favorite fast food restaurants.

Decent hotel. The rooms are furnished well, but the hallways seem dated. They have an indoor pool, which was a huge plus for our family. Location is great as it is near I35, the zoo, and the Magnolia Market. Staff was friendly and helpful, and our family enjoyed the breakfast selection.

Clean room, good sized bathroom with great water pressure in the shower. Bed was really comfortable too. Wi-Fi was good and fast, even while using a VPN (always use a VPN on hotel Wi-Fi!). The only negatives were location (only due to the horrible traffic circle right nearby), could have used an in-room safe, and the breakfast options were a bit small compared to other hotels. Great budget hotel option for Baylor events. Our room was clean, AC blew cold, and the beds were very comfortable. I appreciate the kitchenette and small fridge that’s larger than most mini fridges. The free breakfast was good for what it is. Employees are very nice.

Besides the crazy traffic circle (if you have been to Waco you know) this hotel was great. We usually stay at comfort suites and this was by far one of the best ones we have stayed out. The service was top notch. The room was fantastic. Would stay here again. Wish we had time for the pool. They have a work out room. The breakfast was standard for comfort suites but who doesn't love a free breakfast...

These are highlights of this hotel: 1/ awesome staff (we had to adjust departure date due to a mandatory Covid test to return to Canada … staff were supportive to adjust our reservation); 2/ location central to restaurants and we attended Ironman race which was easy to drive to race morning without a hitch! 3/beds super comfy

Theses people here were great while I had to stay a month while getting my new home ready. I moved back to Waco after 48 years living in Oklahoma . Since the passing of my husband a year ago.

Decent extended stay hotel. Haven't had any issues with my room so far and no bugs in my room because they do come and spray. Overall good. Can get a little loud from door slamming and on weekends when people party in their rooms but they eventually quiet down.

Absolutely zero perks with this hotel; bare bones... No hair dryers, coffee makers, etc. They have pay laundry on site. Walls/Ceilings are very thin; you hear every noise. This is why it's so cheap.

The a/c in our room didn't work very well and the bed was a full size which is small compared to what we normally sleep in but the room was very clean. The staff is nice and allowed us to have a late check out. We only stayed one night but the hotel is meant for guest staying a week or longer. We had a great view of I-35 and the property was quiet, even with it being so close to the interstate

The rooms were impeccably clean and that says a lot for me . The service at the desk was curious and friendly. The bathtub was amazing! Deep and comfortable for a long soak after a very hard day. I hope they do NOT change that with the upgrades

Best Western Plus in North Waco made you feel like you were in you're own home.The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The hotel was clean and in very great condition. Very clean nice staff very quiet inside. You can hear semis passing being right on the highway in rooms facing it. But over all really nice for the price.
