Great staff, comfortable accomodations, excellent location on the big island. Private Ocean Club has a swimming pool, a well equipped gym equipment and restaurant with good service and food. From our upgrade to a 2-Bdrm. to the now nicely heated pool we thoroughly enjoyed our return here. Not as good a deal as pre-Covid19, but comfortable furniture, excellent maintenance and well appointed kitchens we were again well served by the resort.

Staying in a 2 bed, 2 bath condo is very nice. And the staff is very friendly. My only complaint is that it feels a bit like apartment living where you can hear the people above you stomping around. Spent a lot of time at the pool which has a great view. The private beach is a nice touch, but the sand is very rocky. Lava Lava is a short walk on the beach for some good food and drinks. This is our second time staying at these condo's. They are a hidden bargain on the big Island. When you travel with 4 or more people and compare rates in hotels then the bargain becomes obvious. Our unit is three bedrooms with the master suite downstairs. I highly recommend it.

Great condominiums and amenities, everything was beautiful and the staff was friendly. The only con I have is that there is no recycling program. If you wish to recycle you have to take your recyclables to a local beach. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay at the condo!
