The White Lotus Resort Welfare Bureau and the hotel are well maintained. There are different night ceremonies on the beach at sunset. When we were there, there was a torch show by the locals.

The staff were wonderful and the property was beautiful. Room was clean and comfortable. Access to the beach was easy and it was easy to get chairs set up by the attendants.
Some issues I had:
My mountainside room was really far away from any elevators. It also faced some construction that was going on in the valet lot right below the room.
The spa and wellness was being renovated at the time and they relocated everything to a separate wing in the building. They repurposed regular hotel rooms for changing rooms, massages, etc. It was disappointing and not what I was expecting from a four seasons spa. I wish I was told ahead of time that this was happening to help set my expectations of the trip.

The room is well-equipped, large and comfortable. The room service is very good. The hotel's own beach is also very good, and the supporting catering is also very good. The scenery is good and the service is good.

The Four Seasons Hotel really lives up to its reputation. The overall service is very good, and the room layout is also great. The swimming pool in particular is very impressive. However, I feel that the service for foreign tourists can be more detailed.

During my honeymoon trip with my wife, I stayed on the Club floor, with exclusive check-in on the 8th floor. The service was excellent, and the restaurant downstairs also had a stunning view. It was really a perfect experience.

I stayed in the hotel for 3 days. The hotel has a private beach and 3 restaurants offering different cuisines at reasonable prices.

Four Seasons is the best resort on the island. From arrival to departure we always felt a personal touch just for us. They are all about the guest and their satisfaction. We have nothing but great things to say about them. The restaurants are good if you do not want to leave the resort. The grounds are well taken care of. We stayed on the club level and the amenities were wonderful. We had great service in the club lounge from everyone there. Jiji in the club lounge went above to make my family and I feel welcome and made sure we were always taken care of.

Great rooms no matter where you are located. We had macadamia encrusted mahi mahi and filet, they were absolutely amazing. This is right on the beach! The service is fantastic!
