Great overall service, great atmosphere would definitely stay again, only reason for not a five star rating was the for the attached restaurant "The Branch". Bartenders lacked knowledge on how to make some of the most basic drinks even after receiving instruction on how to make them, maybe sending staff to bartender school would help. Other than that bar staff were great.

Staff was friendly and helpful. 2 seconds from park entrance. I felt safe. Only one complaint, we had to pay for breakfast which was a average hotel breakfast presented more as a restaurant style buffet. The guy serving us was wonderful.

I brought a large group of students to this hotel for a Yellowstone field trip. The staff was absolutely fabulous! Special thanks to Bree and Jackie for being especially wonderful. The staff working the front seat were not very friendly when I checked in and checked out. The younger woman working was very rude and needs to work on her customer service skills. Stayed only for a night. The room was great.it was spacious, clean, and homely. The employees were all very nice. There is a good pool along with a hot tub with running hours from the end of breakfast until 10pm. Overall I really enjoyed the stay.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at the Kelly Inn! We had a room with 2 king beds in the Canyon building. Super great hotel! I get it’s not a 5 star but it’s a great location and staff was amazing. The highlight for our kids was the indoor water slide. They also have a pool and two hot tubs! We booked this place for our first visit to Yellowstone National Park. The room was spacious the TV worked. The bed was comfortable. The free breakfast was a proper breakfast lots of choices. We rented a cabin for 6 people and had such a wonderful time. The cabins are very nice and I believe they are still pretty new. Everything from the s’mores kits to the location was fantastic! The only downside is that our fireplace would not work, but they might have it off during the early fall months. Such a great place and will definitely look forward to staying there in the future.

This place is very clean. The couple at the front desk very friendly, very helpful. If you have pets there is a park across the street for them to play. We loved our stay at the White Buffalo. You won't find a better location. It's a block away from all the shops & restaurants, a 5 minute drive from Yellowstone Park, and our toddler was happy because there's a big park right across the street. The room was spacious, and really clean. We especially loved the big breakfast buffet before heading out for the day.

We went to Parade Rest Ranch for a horseback ride on one of our last days of our trip and it was truly the best way to end our time out west. The ride was so beautiful and so relaxing, and our wrangler, Tex, was the best and truly made the experience. Very nice hotel! It's near Yellowstone National Park and a nice little town you can walk around and explore. The rooms were spacious and some great views from the balcony. The game room was fun with a lot of games to choose from, table tennis, giant jenga, some card games, and even a PS5 console. The only downside is there was no AC.

The room wasn't that clean, some strange hair was aloof, however ironically smelled strongly of cleaning chemicals. The AC smelled bad. Other than that the location was great, and I really did enjoy the view of the tree outside my window.

I was nervous to book based on other reviews, but was very pleased with my experience. My room (maybe it was a certain floor or one of the buildings) must have been recently renovated. It was very clean, new baseboards in room and bathroom. New looking bathroom cabinets. Looked like new window frames and furniture also. Booked for 2 days and then extended a 3rd night. Very pleased.

The beds were okay, not the best I've slept in, but the room was comfortable, they had a mini fridge, and everything worked. Location is fantastic, they're close to the only late night restaurant around, and right between two coffee places. I would definitely stay here again next time I visit Yellowstone.

This place doesn’t deserve all these bad reviews. I had no issues throughout a three-night stay. Friendly staff at check-in, no loud noise (even in the midst of tourist season), and spacious room. AC worked great. Albeit the place has some age, but for a cheaper option in a very expensive area, it’s a great choice.

Yellowstone Country In is good if you're just looking for a place to spend the night. It was clean and quiet. There are very few amenities.

Price was a little high. We had a 2 bedroom suite with ​a full kitchen. Good size for the 5 of us.

It was a good location in a very busy town as it was off the main roads. It was however only a short walk from shops and restaurants. We self catered for dinner on two of our four nights and it was equipped well enough for that to be very easy.

Exceptional well equipped lodge. The kitchen contained everything you require. The whole property was exceptional clean. The bedroom were large with plenty of wardrobe space. Added bonuses the complex as washing machine and dryer facilities. Good location with only 10 minute walk to the center of downtown West Yellowstone and a couple of minute drive to the Yellowstone National Park entrance.

We stayed 2 nights in the Madison Cabin in mid-January and it was great! Cozy but still enough space for a family of 4. Cabin was extremely clean and the heat worked very well. Way better than a hotel room(s) at less cost. Very friendly staff answered all questions when we had them. Would stay here again and will recommend this place to friends.

We love this place. The room is spacious and charming, the breakfast is as good as what you get in cafes. The house is a very nice and helpful lady and her husband made the furniture - how cool is that!

Stayed in both the king and the queen room during our stay and could say both rooms were beautifully decorated with hand crafted furniture made by the owner Scott himself. Debbie extends herself at every need for you. We chose to have our delicious breakfast served in our room. We have stayed in many B&Bs and this one is at the top of our list . I see some past reviews that make me wonder if people...

We really enjoyed our stay at Deborah's B & B. Deborah is a very accommodating hostess! Breakfasts were great and she was flexible with the schedule. The room was great and the bed very comfy!!. Location was not in town, which we preferred. Great Value. Thank you, Deborah!!

What a great B&B!!! Deborah was a gracious host, who made us feel so at home! Our room was huge, beautiful and spotless! The B&B was just the road a few miles from the entrance to Yellowstone, but you were just out of the city to where it was so peaceful. Deborah’s breakfast’s we’re great and the conversation was good! What a great place to stay in west Yellowstone!

This place is just what my wife and I wanted to find... a place away from everything on our trip through MT. Yes no TV, but we didn't travel from WI to MT to watch TV. Big room, no air but with supplied fan it was comfortable at 89 outside. ( and we live in 68 degree A/C) all summer. Deb is a super host and for a quick quiet night a few miles away from the crowds. We are pleased. Big clean room...

We had so much fun, the host was amazing. We stayed in queen room with balcony, loved the room, it was neat and clean. The breakfast served by the host was really good. Thanks so much, would definitely recommend this place, we will definitely stay there again.
