Courtyard Williamsburg - Busch Gardens

Location was fine. Easy access and all you need around like gas station, food, coffee, etc. rooms weren’t bad even if not quite as clean as you’d want. Not horrible but definitely old be better. No free bfast at this one instead the cafe concept with massively overpriced everything. $7 plain buttered bagels and $3.50’black coffee. Seems to be the new model at courtyards now sadly.

This hotel was not bad, but it is definitely due for some updating. While my room was clean, it was lacking in some amenities that are typically now standard in even the cheapest hotels (like a microwave). The hotel was fairly quiet inside, with only the occasional noise from a fire truck or ambulance going past. The booking does not include breakfast, complimentary coffee, or any of the typical things found at Marriott properties. The lobby area does have a bistro, but it is grossly overpriced. If you do stay here, there is a McDonald’s right across the street.

Definitely have stayed in worse properties, but the Holiday Inn Express next door is both more up to date, and includes breakfast for the same price.

I am unsure if it was my room but I could hear and was awakened by the twin passing near by. The room was great size. Downside is the TV was very small. Breakfast was not free. There was only one microwave which was in the lobby.

The employees were so thoughtful---I stay there usually when I go to Williamsburg for medical services----I am handicapped and the front desk always helps me with my luggage or any questions I might have
