Room was warm in the day time-wouldn’t have been able to stay there for a long period, otherwise things were great, pool was nice!
This is an awesome place to stay. It has a huge heated pool and a very large hot tub big enough for probably 20 people. As you might expect in most mountains resort areas there is no air conditioning but there is a window fan available in each room if you need it. I used it one day and the rest of the days I got along fine without it. The weather was so comfortable I hated going back to a humid climate...
Good option if you plan to spend most of your time on the mountain. Note that the hotel and rooms stay probably 10-15 degrees warmer than the outside temperature as there is no air conditioning. While they do provide a box fan, you almost need two in the room to keep it comfortable. Love that this hotel is dog friendly (and there are A LOT of dogs around) and surprisingly quiet for how many pets were...
I can’t say enough wonderful things about this location and staff. Justin at the front desk and the whole service team were wonderful when we had an usual need for a room on very short notice last week due to an illness in our ski party. Not only that, the room was fantastic and the location on the mountain was perfect. Highly recommend this place if considering a stay at the mountain in Winter Park...
Stayed here for a weekend ski/snowboard trip in March. I'll sum up the rooms by saying you're not staying here because you want a bunch of amenities. Rooms are outdated, beds aren't the softest, and there's no breakfast (or any room service). However, what they lack in amenities, they more than make up in service and location. We got in on Friday mid morning and they were able to accommodate our early...
1. good activities: gondola, slide … 2. hot tub & swimming pool 3. starbucks & small bars … 4. quite close to visit Rocky mountain national park 5. aveda amenity

I was very impressed with the home like atmosphere of the condominium. from having all the accessories you could ever imagine including Dvds. Everything appears to be up to date and we were very happy with our stay
The staff there are very helpful, as well the bus goes rt threw to winter park ski resort and local stores great place over all in the middle of WP
The condo has a big kitchen/family room with comfortable couches and a wood burning fireplace. It would sleep 4 adults and 4 kids in the three bedrooms alone. It also had new appliances, 2 HD wide screen TVs and marble countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms. I would stay here again!
Stayed during the summer. Clean but dated. The creek and trails are a nice touch. The Recreation Center makes the place. The pool is indoors...new, nice and clean.
Pros: Easy to access, great rooms, in an excellent location. Cons: Management can be nearly impossible to reach when you need assistance.

Condominium complex in Winter Park. Enclosed parking, tuck under garage, however not very handicap friendly. Most entrances are stairways, no elevator. Facilities seemed reasonably maintained for the age of the building. HOA and management operated.
Unit was a disaster when we arrived. Booze on the floor blood on the wall heat didnt work in half the unit hot water only lasted for 2 minutes. they did switch us to a new unit after a couple days trying to get everything usable.
With our first condo, the heat in the master bathroom, the living room and second bedroom didn't work. They fixed it, but then the second bedroom the thermostat didn't work, so it was either off or full blast heat. There was a spot on the floor that was wet, smelled of beer, ended up throwing a towel on it because it didn't dry. The shampoos and lotions were used (during covid). The worst part...
Great little condo, nice ski locker and new kitchen that was well stocked. We couldn't get towels despite many calls to building management and the other management companies. Hot Tub was tepid but better than nothing. Shuttle was awesome, convenient and friendly.

We sayed in a Grandby location. It was so close to the mountain perfect for checking on our pup! they even had some bones for her she while we were skiing. The kids loved the space to chill and play pool. The kitchen had everything we didn’t to save money and dinner and lunch eat outs. Loved this place and we’ll be back with friends next time!
Conveniently located right at a LIFT stop serviced by multiple lines, the Arrow Townhomes are a perfect place to stay when visiting Winter Park Resort. The free LIFT bus also takes you right to the Safeway & liquor store and tubing hill a few miles away. There were many wonderful bars, shops & restaurants within walking distance. There was a large garage for storing our gear, the condo was very clean...
Good lodging location. Variable condo conditions. Great indoor pool and hot tubs with locker rooms. Super convenient free seasonal bus service to/from town and Winter Park Resort.
Great location with ski shuttle bus pick-up on site. Just be sure you're booking at the Beaver Village Condominiums managed by Stay Winter Park. and not the dumpy old hotel like place across the highway that uses variations of the same name.
Beautiful interior. The condo itself is an older building, inside is updated very nice. The master bedroom had beautiful furnishings, the children's bedroom had two nice twin beds and another attached bathroom. The kitchen is beautiful with stainless steal appliances and well stocked with dishes, pots, pans and small appliances. The fireplace is beautiful, nice comfy couches and dining area. Two patios...
I stayed at Beaver village on a time share and loved it! I stayed in a second story room, fully equipped with pans and other cookware, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a pull out bed, and a good sized balcony. Decor was comfortable but stylish, and there was plenty of room for five people to cook, eat, sleep, and relax. Beaver village is also pretty close to the downtown shopping area and has beautiful...

This place is a great find. The location is right next to all the bars and restaurants. THe bus to take you to winter park resort is across the street. Clean rooms and comfortable beds!
Very clean rooms, friendly owners, perfect location, and comfortable beds. The bus that takes you to winter park resort is just across the street.
The Sundowner Motel is our go to motel for stays up in the Winter Park area. The motel is neat and clean, and a great place to stay for a week or a weekend getaway. The management and staff has been great over the years. The location is outstanding for the annual July "Winter Park Jazz Fesitval."
For the price you’re getting a pretty good deal. Bed was comfy. Location is great, close to restaurants, shops, and the visitor center is just next door. Plus I could have my dog stay for just $10 a night. Biggest con is that we could hear everyone walking around outside our room at night from the second floor. The stairs and walkway are so loud!
This motel was great! The decor is a little dated, but the beds are super comfortable. The folks running the hotel are friendly, and the indoor hot tub is great for relaxing after a long day. The included breakfast was simple: coffee, tea, and packaged pastries.

Perfect winter get-away without the hassle and crowds of the main ski areas. Well-groomed cross-country ski trails, and a full ski shop if you need equipment or lessons. The two instructors/ski shop guys were fantastic, helping us with a waxing issue and with some trial boots and skis. They just want you to have fun and enjoy the sport they are clearly passionate about. Food and staff at the resort...
Beautiful property with comfortable building interiors. The rooms were spacious and nice to lay around in.The surrounding fields of horses and mountains are fun to see waking up every morning. The activities are also nice to have access to right there. I didn't give my experience 5 stars because I do feel there were some parts of the resort that felt "run down" or like maintenance hasn't been there...
Such a wonderful experience here for the Hilton-Vetted Wedding this weekend. Everything was so beautiful and clean. The food was absolutely amazing. Best wedding food I’ve ever had. It’s gorgeous and amazing and I highly recommend. Only thing I would change is better signage and a map at check in because I did get lost a few times. I also recommend calling if you need anything. I sent emails asking...
First time visiting. The location was fabulous. Really loved the decor of Devil's Thumb Ranch Resort & Spa with stone and wood accents . Heated pool and hot tub was perfect! Our room was spacious with comfy beds and a phenomenal view of the mountains. Nice, clean bathroom with huge soaking tub. The employees very helpful and super friendly. Thanks to Bianca, Hayden and Dylan for great customer service...
Magnificent experience. Breathtaking. Outstanding service. A slice of heaven on earth. We live in a log cabin on a lake in NJ. This resort was right up our alley. The attention to detail here is amazing. We actually stayed in one of the cabins on property with friends. Just magical. 360 degree views will take your breath away. You wont want to leave. The dining area at the main lodge with the 3...
Devil's Thumb is a really nice place with spectacular views. Great wine selection but a relatively mediocre beer selection for Colorado. Food is pricey ($20 burgers) but high quality. We've always had exceptional service.

Nice weekend getaway. Perfect time of year- late September. Definitely read the FINE PRINT. There’s a $60 fee that’s collected for cleaning fees for the one bedroom. Higher for bigger units. There was a television but never were able to watch anything. No service. Called office, were told to follow tv directions. We did. Still no service.
We spent a long weekend at the resort. Nice location nearby everything in Winterpark. Staff was fantastic at the pool complex. Water is heated warm so it was very enjoyable. Kids had to go swimming every afternoon. Easy walk and back from our unit.
Clean, cozy, quiet, and has an amazing view of the mountains. We enjoyed using the basketball court and pool at the Rec center as well. Had a nice time, would definitely recommend.
Great location. First time there. Didn't use club house or bus stop to get to ski resort. Condo was nice though.
