Room was warm in the day time-wouldn’t have been able to stay there for a long period, otherwise things were great, pool was nice!
This is an awesome place to stay. It has a huge heated pool and a very large hot tub big enough for probably 20 people. As you might expect in most mountains resort areas there is no air conditioning but there is a window fan available in each room if you need it. I used it one day and the rest of the days I got along fine without it. The weather was so comfortable I hated going back to a humid climate...
Good option if you plan to spend most of your time on the mountain. Note that the hotel and rooms stay probably 10-15 degrees warmer than the outside temperature as there is no air conditioning. While they do provide a box fan, you almost need two in the room to keep it comfortable. Love that this hotel is dog friendly (and there are A LOT of dogs around) and surprisingly quiet for how many pets were...
I can’t say enough wonderful things about this location and staff. Justin at the front desk and the whole service team were wonderful when we had an usual need for a room on very short notice last week due to an illness in our ski party. Not only that, the room was fantastic and the location on the mountain was perfect. Highly recommend this place if considering a stay at the mountain in Winter Park...
Stayed here for a weekend ski/snowboard trip in March. I'll sum up the rooms by saying you're not staying here because you want a bunch of amenities. Rooms are outdated, beds aren't the softest, and there's no breakfast (or any room service). However, what they lack in amenities, they more than make up in service and location. We got in on Friday mid morning and they were able to accommodate our early...
1. good activities: gondola, slide … 2. hot tub & swimming pool 3. starbucks & small bars … 4. quite close to visit Rocky mountain national park 5. aveda amenity

Rooms are pretty standard and the walls are thin so you do hear other people around you. Bring ear plugs. Otherwise good food, the staff were all very nice and super helpful. It's great that they have their own ski rental right on the property with shuttle service to Winter Park running every 20 minutes.
Nice property. Arrived in the middle of a huge group but they checked us in quickly and gave us a nice big room. When we got in, the window was stuck open but very shortly a maintenance guy showed up and fixed it immediately! Nice big comfy bed!
The lodging was amazing and staff was extremely friendly. Only complaint was the quality of the food. They had all you can eat and great quantity but the quality wasn't the greatest. All in all the stay was well worth my time. Would recommend, and am planning to go again sometime soon.
Nice place.Very convenient. Hotel fits the bill. Bus service to the slopes and into town was great. The hotel bar is nice, pool is well kept. Staff was attentive and helpful.
I made a reservation online but I did not receive a confirmation. I called the number and they had to transfer me to the local hotel to confirm the reservation and the person at the desk had a hard time looking it up. The hotel is laid out weird and you can hear people stomping around but it is nice. The food served at the restaurant is very good but expensive(it is a ski resort). The guys at the front...
My only complaint is temperature regulation in the room. I woke up several times either sweating or freezing because the heater/air conditioner isn't temperature controlled. There's no thermostat in the room controlling temperature. In every other way this place is a great budget friendly option. That they screen movies in the pool room tells you how kid friendly the place is. I didn't try the food...

Pros: - Location is the best part. About a 2 minute walk to the Gondola. It’s easy to ski back if you are on the MJ side but from the WP side you need to walk a bit uphill so can’t really ski back. - The condo we stayed in was cute. Cons: - If having access to a great hot tub is important to you, I would not recommend staying here. We were in the Slopeside building and there is a small and a larger...
This was a wonderful stay we enjoyed it very much. The rooms are nice. The pull out was comfortable. The view on the slope side was nice but I think the ice rink side would have had more to look at. The parking garage is super warm. No coat needed even in -15* degree weather. And the front desk guys are super nice!
Have been to Winter Park a number of times during ski season, but had forgot how beautiful this area is during the summer! Gorgeous. Zephyr is located right across from the gondola and base area of the mountain, which is amazing. Our accommodations themselves were very nice and more than adequate for two. Love the lodge and surrounding area! Have to visit again in the off season (which wasn’t too off...
What a great property! The location is perfect with the gondola and lots of shops right outside. You can't get a better location if your staying in Winter Park. We rented one of the premium 1 bedrooms and it was well worth it. The room was clean and the decor is nicely done. This is a condo hotel property so it's not full service but the staff was extremely helpful and very nice during our stay and...
Very convenient location with an accommodating staff. Our room had a great setup and was very well kept, and we enjoyed a nice soak in the outdoor hot tubs after a long day on the slopes. Will be returning!!!

The property was just a short walk away from the resort. The room was spacious and comfortable equipped with board games and movies.
This place made my trip 10x better!! The room blew me away, lots of space, a kitchenette, board games, movies, fireplace, and more! The lockers were super convenient for storing skis that we didn't want to drag up to the room. It is very close to the base, we even went back for lunch one day! I will go back to Winter Park specifically for this lodging.
Upon arrival our shuttle bus driver was amazing. Our room was pretty decent, it definitely has some wear and tear but overall good. Within walking distance to everything which is super nice! Hot tub is nice and the rooms come fully equipped with all your silverware/cooking needs
Fraser crossing is like a 5 star hotel. Our room had 2 large beds, small living area with a kitchen. The building is located right of the main lift.
A cozy enclave nestled in the Rockies. Rooms are spacious and clean, the staff very cordial. A number of quaint and delicious eateries and other retail shops afford you the luxury of staying very local, but a free shuttle is provided for those who get more adventurous. And I can't say enough about the views.
If you're staying at Founders Pointe, don't forget about the Weber Grills next to the hot tubs. Bring on the steaks!!

I was very impressed with the home like atmosphere of the condominium. from having all the accessories you could ever imagine including Dvds. Everything appears to be up to date and we were very happy with our stay
The staff there are very helpful, as well the bus goes rt threw to winter park ski resort and local stores great place over all in the middle of WP
The condo has a big kitchen/family room with comfortable couches and a wood burning fireplace. It would sleep 4 adults and 4 kids in the three bedrooms alone. It also had new appliances, 2 HD wide screen TVs and marble countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms. I would stay here again!
Stayed during the summer. Clean but dated. The creek and trails are a nice touch. The Recreation Center makes the place. The pool is indoors...new, nice and clean.
Pros: Easy to access, great rooms, in an excellent location. Cons: Management can be nearly impossible to reach when you need assistance.

Beautiful modern design per each room. The Antelope is comfy and spotless. Matthew was a wonderful person to contact for late check-in and was phenomenal with the last-minute booking. I wouldn’t recommend this place for individuals who require handicap accessibility due to the limited space. The place definitely gives you Airbnb-vibes while still inviting to complete outsiders. A beautiful themed place...
We enjoyed out stay at the Chateau! It is a refreshing change to have a boutique hotel experience in Winter Park. The remodel was very well done and provides both an appealing aesthetic, as well as excellent function and comfort. Our room was fabulous and offered the perfect setup for our dog; easy exterior access. Chateau ownership checked in with us frequently to ensure our satisfaction and to see...
The rooms are beautifully done with quality furnishings, pillows, bedding and towels. Fan and white noise machine were great additions for a peaceful night’s sleep. King sized bed was very comfortable. Washer and dryer available to the guests, came in handy. We were texted a code to unlock main door and our room door. Owner Matt was friendly and helpful. Would stay here again. Perfect place for people...
Family of 4 - two adults and two kids. We stayed in the Mountain Goat and loved it! The main sleeping area had a very comfy queen bed, and a bunk bed. Please note that the lower bunk is best suited for younger kids (around 7 and younger), as the space between the upper and lower bunks is quite small. The Llama Loft was a very nice bonus space for us to spread out and watch TV. We also enjoyed playing...
We absolutely loved our stay and will be returning next year! We had seen this building for many years as a B&B but the remodel has done wonders for this place! They thought of everything for furnishing it and decorating! The hosts were so friendly! There was a huge and very nice lounge area for the whole place that wasn’t in the pictures. I highly recommend this place to stay!!!
Great host. Breakfast was different each day and homemade. They also have a hot tub and great views. Free shuttle to Winter Park ski area.

The staff where very welcoming and nice. Also, having breakfast included was a big plus and there where a lot of options to choose from.
This is a great place to stay. The staff are very hospitable starting from the general manager Nancy down to the cleaning crew. We had a large group for a family event and the whole staff treated us A plus
Perfect hotel in the center of town. The room was very clean and comfortable, the staff was welcoming, and the breakfast was great. I will definitely stay here again the next time I am in the area!
Some contrasts here ... the hotel per se is nice and clean and comfortable. The management is a bit quirky, but friendly and reasonably OK. The breakfast was frightful ... the eggs and sausage and all of the "hot" part was all STONE COLD. Like no heat at all.
Stayed here for 4 days during the Winter Park Jazz Festival. They are continuing to practice Covid protocols which is good. Two blocks away from the venue. Free public bus right out front. Free breakfast. No restaurant however they are conveniently located to a variety of casual restaurants. Friendly staff.
Front desk staff was so friendly. They really were very accommodating and so nice. Rooms were fine but it’s the location that’s special. Walkable to everything in downtown WP.

This place is a great find. The location is right next to all the bars and restaurants. THe bus to take you to winter park resort is across the street. Clean rooms and comfortable beds!
Very clean rooms, friendly owners, perfect location, and comfortable beds. The bus that takes you to winter park resort is just across the street.
The Sundowner Motel is our go to motel for stays up in the Winter Park area. The motel is neat and clean, and a great place to stay for a week or a weekend getaway. The management and staff has been great over the years. The location is outstanding for the annual July "Winter Park Jazz Fesitval."
For the price you’re getting a pretty good deal. Bed was comfy. Location is great, close to restaurants, shops, and the visitor center is just next door. Plus I could have my dog stay for just $10 a night. Biggest con is that we could hear everyone walking around outside our room at night from the second floor. The stairs and walkway are so loud!
This motel was great! The decor is a little dated, but the beds are super comfortable. The folks running the hotel are friendly, and the indoor hot tub is great for relaxing after a long day. The included breakfast was simple: coffee, tea, and packaged pastries.

Great place to stay near Rocky Mountain National Park (as well as skiing, of course)! The beds are comfortable, staff was friendly, and everything was clean. The town has lots of restaurants and stores and of course beautiful mountain views. Excellent budget option!
While driving through the mountains this week we stopped here last minute to see if there was an available room due to great reviews! This place did not disappoint. The lady at the front desk was so pleasant! The pool/hot tub was a huge hit for my kids and I must say the furniture in the pool area was the nicest I’ve ever seen ( real cedar wood chairs) Our Room was nice but I did notice our window...
Very nice hotel, clean with attention to details. Not sure if it was recently built or renovated but everything looked new. I also enjoyed the artwork in room and lobby. Reception desk was super nice and organized. Pool and jacuzzi was great! You can't go wrong here 👍
When we arrived to check in the gentleman at the front desk was very welcoming and informative. Our were very clean, sanitized, neat and organized. We slept real good 😊 at first we were skeptical but it turned wonderful!! Kids loved it as well.. Recommend this place for anyone. Prices were not bad at all! It made our little getaway even more better and coffee is delicious 😋
The room is great and it's within walking distance from everything in Winter Park. The staff is very nice and the beds are super comfortable. A little disappointed with the breakfast but other than that, everything is great!
The service was great!! They told us some nearby places for activities like tubing, biking, snowmobiling etc.!! And the breakfast was also good. I was surprised when I entered the kitchen

The Vasquez Creek inn was really great. The accommodations were clean and cozy. The amenities were understated and perfect. We had great service from the night manager Raven and the housekeeping manager David. We were really in a pinch after some late night reservations mix up at another hotel and the woman who manages the late night phones helped to arrange everything and get us settled. I wish...
I used to travel for a living. Averaged 230 days per year on the road. When you stay at a motel or inn you expect motel or inn quality. I walked in my room and literally said wow! The structure is a bit dated, but not a flaw. Everything is maintained as it should be. Cleanliness of my room (211) is like nothing I've ever experienced and I've stayed in some of the nicest hotels in the world. It's a...
The location was great, right downtown! The room was cozy, quiet, and cute! The bed was super comfortable! They provided us with $10 coupons for breakfast at the cafe next store, which was delicious. My only complaint is that I called and asked if I could check in early, and a worker told me that my room was ready and I could come anytime. When I arrived, the lady at the front desk reported that the...
We were in town this weekend for a concert at the local park. The staff was on point and the food was amazing at the restaurant on the main floor. Coffee was awesome and was greeted by a very nice, warm and friendly staff. Rooms were very clean and comfy beds/pillows. Highly recommended for anyone. We had a great stay!!!
Great hotel to stay in if you're visiting Winter Park/Fraser. It's very simple, but a clean and decent place to stay at if you're going to spend little time at a hotel. It has a cafe/coffee shop built into the building, so breakfast was easy to get and very delicious! The cafe offers a voucher for the inn's guests, so breakfast is free unless you go over the provided limit. Great location for driving...

Perfect winter get-away without the hassle and crowds of the main ski areas. Well-groomed cross-country ski trails, and a full ski shop if you need equipment or lessons. Beautiful property with comfortable building interiors. The rooms were spacious and nice to lay around in.The surrounding fields of horses and mountains are fun to see waking up every morning. The activities are also nice to have access to right there. Such a wonderful experience here for the Hilton-Vetted Wedding this weekend. Everything was so beautiful and clean. The food was absolutely amazing. Best wedding food I’ve ever had. First time visiting. The location was fabulous. Really loved the decor of Devil's Thumb Ranch Resort & Spa with stone and wood accents . Heated pool and hot tub was perfect! Magnificent experience. Breathtaking. Outstanding service. A slice of heaven on earth. We live in a log cabin on a lake in NJ. This resort was right up our alley. Great location in centre of WP with bars and restaurants steps away. As the description says, this is a simple lodge but it's clean, comfortable and well maintained. Nice area in lobby to sit and chill in front of the fire. Coffee on tap. Plenty of parking and friendly staff/owners. Don't stay here if you want a top end hotel experience, but if you want somewhere simple and good value with...
The room was very nice and comfortable and the whole lodge had a cute ski chalet feel to it. Communication/check in was a little tricky at first as there was nobody at the desk and calling the number they left didn’t help. The only real issue was the window in our room that didn’t have a shade and let the neon lights across the street and hanging lights right outside shine into the room. There was...
Me and the girlfriend came to stay here for a few days to ski and check out the sites around winter park. The Viking lodge was wonderful. Very cozy and clean, friendly staff and located almost perfectly in the center of everything you may want to do. It’s also one of the least expensive places to book around the area. We’ll be coming here every time we’re in winter park.
Our stay was perfect! Scott and Jill helped us pull off a surprise and we were able to celebrate Christmas around their Christmas tree in the common area! Our room was clean and cozy and completely what you would expect from a traditional ski lodge. The bus picks up right next to their lot so it is super convenient. Their assistant, Holland, is helpful and friendly as well. I highly recommend you give...
Viking Lodge is an amazing place to stay if you are looking to snowboard or ski at Winter Park or Mary Jane. It has a nice, comforting vibe. The rooms are quaint but well kept! I would certainly recommend this place to anyone and everyone!
Nothing but amazing things to say! I grew up in the Fraser/WP valley and have always had the Viking Lodge in mind as a place to stay with my family. We spent the last 5 days there and beginning with the warm welcome we received upon arriving from the family that owns the lodge, I can say this was a perfect mountain lodge experience. This is a condo facility. It has a pool 2 hot tubs, game room, exercise room, sauna, and underground parking. The town bus to the ski resort stops at the street next to the entry. Recently remodeled main floor onclides lounge and a coin operated guest laundry. Some 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom units are available for rent. Each is fully furnished with a balcony at each bedroom and living room.
Started off bad, but ended up good. Check in; 4pm. We arrived at 4:30pm. The couple who arrived at 4pm were extremely unhappy. It took 20 min calling all the numbers they had including tracking down maintenance to find someone to check them in. Chelsy Walton checked us in, but gave the wrong code for the door. So, 30min later we had access to our room. The room was clean though worn. We were pleased...
Convenient location. Pool, hot tub, game room. We'll equipped kitchen in condo. Bus service out front
One can only wish the units were as nice as the photos. Tvs did not work. Screens on balcony doors laying on the floor. Lack of employees . Chelsea, the manager, was amazing. She did the job of 5 people. . She deserves a huge raise. RCI should think about putting some money into the place. Location is great, comfortable beds.
The Silverado ll resort has a warm mountain feel. It is a bit out dated but satisfied our needs just fine. There is an indoor pool and two indoor jacuzzis. Located a couple of minutes from the main street everything you need is close by. If you are skiing, sking is a few minutes away. Overall, a very comfortable place to stay.

Condominium complex in Winter Park. Enclosed parking, tuck under garage, however not very handicap friendly. Most entrances are stairways, no elevator. Facilities seemed reasonably maintained for the age of the building. HOA and management operated.
Unit was a disaster when we arrived. Booze on the floor blood on the wall heat didnt work in half the unit hot water only lasted for 2 minutes. they did switch us to a new unit after a couple days trying to get everything usable.
With our first condo, the heat in the master bathroom, the living room and second bedroom didn't work. They fixed it, but then the second bedroom the thermostat didn't work, so it was either off or full blast heat. We were pleased with our stay in unit E205 that we reserved via AirBNB. Parking was always available and we did enjoy the hot tub after a day of skiing. Location is very convenient to the Winter Park ski area and the Winter Park shops and restaurants.
A more economic option to ski than staying next to the slope. Very convenient to catch a shuttle to the Ski resort. The building is a bit dated, but Airbnb host was great.
We stayed in A24. Gorgeous views, very comfortable condo. Cozy sitting room, beautifully equipped kitchen that we made great use of, and only two blocks from Cooper's Creek Square, which had wonderful food!
