The rooms were okay, they do need updating. You can hear everything in the hallway, that's a downfall personally. Good breakfast selection.

The room was clean. The air-conditioning unit was subpar. There is no microwave. There are rooms labeled ice and vending but none of the floors have vending machines so you have to either leave for snacks and beverage or buy from their concessions area which is overpriced. The rooms are overpriced for the lack of facilities, but I guess they feel they can take advantage of weary and tired travelers...

The hotel was clean. We were there for a very large swim meet and when asked if we could go into the breakfast room 4 minutes early we were given an attitude. We then explained that it was a very big regional meet and there are many people staying at a hotel and we needed to be at warm up very soon but they weren't very kind at all. Everything was set up but they wouldn't let us grab anything to go

Nice room. Great food in on-site restaurant. Free breakfast choices are good from healthy to unhealthy. Quiet hotel easy parking. Gas station walking distance from hotel. Don't like barn door for access to bathroom hard to open and close. Room has fridge. No safe or microwave. Beds are on the firm side.

The rooms have always been clean and comfortable. I stay here very often for work and it's always been a good experience. The breakfast is very good with a nice selection. The rooms are quiet and I don't hear traffic or train noise.

I really like this hotel. The hotel and room was clean, and the best perk is that they are pet friendly. I do not like driving late at night so I am planning to use this hotel as my halfway point for trips to San Diego.

I liked the fact that as a Best Western it is nearly on par with a Fairfield or Courtyard and far more economical to stay inn. A very good breakfast, too.

Good variety on the breakfast menu but the fancy coffee machine was kind of weak. If you are going to have a machine that brews lattes, cappuccino etc at least have it dialed in so that it gives a good shot.

On a business trip, and we had to change hotels to this one, and it is so much better than where we last stayed, for the same price. Rooms are clean and modern. Breakfast is good, and the hot tub is relaxing. It's about 10-15 minutes from downtown Yuma.

This is a beautiful place to stay! The staff is so helpful and friendly. They have a real breakfast they offer. The rooms are clean. They are in a very good location. Right behind the hotel is a shopping center with all kinds of stores & places to eat. They are trucker friendly. They will help you park your semi !

Let me start with the staff. This was hands down the most clean, well taken care of hotel I have been too. The staff is truly amazing here. The pool is warm and the pool furniture is well taken care of! The location is great lots of food and shopping within walking distance. But my review of 5 stars is for the staff that keeps that hotel spotless! Thank you to them!!!

The hotel is extremely clean. I like the wireless check in-check out. I do not use the kitchenette, but with it, I feel at home. I don't know what the "privilege tax" is since I was charged 1.7 % for each night I stay. Someone cares to educate me? Thank you.

Great rooms, good location, it's honestly tough to beat for a longer stay in particular. The nightly snacks and refreshments are a nice bonus to the well equipped rooms with a mini kitchen. Would recommend to anyone passing through.

Some parking spaces for 20' RVs to back in. Did not try the breakfast. The room was clean and you can request more shampoo at the front desk. The couch bed has nice removable cushions for use to prop up at rest. The TV has a controller on the back the worked with our Xbox but going direct into the TV has volume control limits. Slow internet for games unless you pay extra. Netflix friendly.

Adequate older rooms. Coffee maker did not work at all, microwave stopped heating water then started to smell. The people who run this hotel are just fantastic it's in kind of a bad neighborhood so I ding to the star for that. If you're looking for a 5-star hotel this isn't it. But it's good solid comfortable bed for a night.

The room was clean, fresh linens on the bed, there were a few stains on the carpet. But that was the least of my worries, I did not even see one bug. Reasonably priced, friendly staff, and the owners are amazing! Will definitely stay here again.

This hotel is a fantastic value for the cost. I stay here when I get dental work in Mexico. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They treat me well every single time I stay there. It is clean!!
