Enjoyed my stay here. Room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was above-average for hotels these days, and the hotel staff handled a couple of issues that I had extremely well. Outstanding customer service!

Great staff, friendly and attentive and fast. The rooms are outdated and wearing out...wall paper pealing and evident poorly performed repairs to ceilings and doors. The grounds must have been very nice...10 years ago. A lower rate would have been in order for the state it's in.

Best breakfast at a hotel. Different options everyday that actually had flavor - great staff inside PJs preparing it. Rooms are clean , but … it’s still a Yuma hotel - it’s aged and has a slight smell. AC couldn’t stay regular , but kept us cool in the extreme heat.

We had a problem in room 120 suite black mold in shower ceiling about 1×1foot. Finally last night able to change rooms. We are both having problems breathing , so hoping for the best.

Wonderful staff, Carmen is super sweet who cleans. They have a fridge & microwave in every room. Basketball, tennis, pool, hot tub, bbq, game loans. Free hot breakfast & 2 drinks free nightly.

The rooms were okay, they do need updating. You can hear everything in the hallway, that's a downfall personally. Good breakfast selection.

The room was clean. The air-conditioning unit was subpar. There is no microwave. There are rooms labeled ice and vending but none of the floors have vending machines so you have to either leave for snacks and beverage or buy from their concessions area which is overpriced. The rooms are overpriced for the lack of facilities, but I guess they feel they can take advantage of weary and tired travelers...

The hotel was clean. We were there for a very large swim meet and when asked if we could go into the breakfast room 4 minutes early we were given an attitude. We then explained that it was a very big regional meet and there are many people staying at a hotel and we needed to be at warm up very soon but they weren't very kind at all. Everything was set up but they wouldn't let us grab anything to go

Don't like barn door for access to bathroom hard to open and close. Room has fridge. No safe or microwave. Beds are on the firm side.

The rooms have always been clean and comfortable. I stay here very often for work and it's always been a good experience. The breakfast is very good with a nice selection. The rooms are quiet and I don't hear traffic or train noise.

I really like this hotel. The hotel and room was clean, and the best perk is that they are pet friendly. I do not like driving late at night so I am planning to use this hotel as my halfway point for trips to San Diego.

Great hotel, terrific staff. They know how to treat the business traveler well. They had my room ready with my specific request already handled (shocking how rare this is done at other hotels). Ricardo was very welcoming the moment I arrived and was upbeat, positive and handled everything quickly and with professionalism. He’s great representative for the hotel.

The complimentary breakfast here is top notch. The staff is always helpful and friendly. The rooms are well-equipped and maintained. I will be staying here next time I'm in town.

I only complain about the noise from the street. Every step upstairs you can hear in your room. And of course, the military planes are very noisy but are fun to watch. Visited the Burger Theory eatery inside the Holiday Inn. The hostess Itzel was very easy to talk to and she was very informative. She checked on us routinely. Restaurant was clean and spacious.

By far the best Holiday Inn I have been to. Very clean and organized. Very appealing areas. Sleek and modern decor. Professional staff that greets and is always ready to assist. Conveniently located near major shopping area and quick access to the major highway. Restaurant and bar is included in the building. My room is awesome!

Lovely classic motel. Great free breakfast at adjoining restaurant. Very comfortable indeed. Toilet backed up on morning we left for some reason but was quickly dealt with while we were at breakfast.

The Coronado is the perfect old-fashioned MOTEL! And, when you add a great breakfast at the Landing (across the road), it makes this place a great value. And the ladies at the desk were helpful, professional and friendly! A super experience!

What a wonderful place! Prices are great, and I didn't just get two queen beds, I got two separate bedrooms! A wonderful surprise! The rooms were very spacious, clean and well kept. This was honestly the best hotel I have ever stayed at. They were super helpful, the rooms were clean,and there were no bugs, they had a pool, free breakfast, and the best part was they had cats and they would give you free cat food to feed them 😃😃😃

Single bed room is slightly compact but has kitchen with plates and utensils. Easy access to Target and restaurants. Not near a busy street and quiet. Good place to stay during business trips.

The staff has been very friendly, they also upgraded us to a 2 room suite for free. The breakfast is decent and everything has been clean. Housekeeping has been great. The best part is the outdoor kitties roaming around ❤️

I’ve been staying here for over 3 months and I could not be happier with the service that I’ve received. I liked the fact that as a Best Western it is nearly on par with a Fairfield or Courtyard and far more economical to stay inn. A very good breakfast, too.

Good variety on the breakfast menu but the fancy coffee machine was kind of weak. If you are going to have a machine that brews lattes, cappuccino etc at least have it dialed in so that it gives a good shot.

On a business trip, and we had to change hotels to this one, and it is so much better than where we last stayed, for the same price. Rooms are clean and modern. Breakfast is good, and the hot tub is relaxing. It's about 10-15 minutes from downtown Yuma.

Let me start with the staff. This was hands down the most clean, well taken care of hotel I have been too. The staff is truly amazing here. This hotel was right where I needed it after a long day of hiking in the Kofa mountains; on the edge of town and not too far a drive from where I had been. For a good price I got an excellent room with everything I hoped for, including cleanliness. The front desk staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. There are plenty of very good restaurants in the area to choose from. Highly recommended.

Breakfast is absolutely phenomenal surprisingly for a hotel. Sausage eggs cereal waffles biscuits and gravy coffee bar. Excellent friendly service. I'm a truck driver sometimes I have to lay over in Yuma. I parked the truck at the truck stop across the street and use this hotel often. You could tell they take extreme pride and cleanliness and their morning routine.

Super friendly front desk. Guest services was great. Checking in, he noticed my water bottle and helped me by telling me where to fill my water. I don't expect that type of service in this day and age anymore sadly. So it was nice for him to go above his duties.

I was pleasantly surprised by this place. Clean comfortable and friendly staff. Pet friendly, with a large park like area to walk them. The pool was a nice place to hang out. They light it up at night and it looks beautiful. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were nice. They have a small breakfast bar with coffee and ferial.

The trash can here is from the MGM Grand in Vegas the walls look funky and this is kind of a run-down place but the bed is comfortable

It was a nice, comfortable room. The woman who serves as the continental breakfast server was delightful and efficient. It would have been a 5-star stay except that the check-in clerk gave us a room that was as far from the elevator as it could have been, even after I explained that my husband couldn’t walk far.

People were nice here but the lobby had a light that was blinking which was giving me a headache so I can't imagine how much it must bother those that work there. The room was nicely sized but that's really the only compliment it gets. The tub had damage. When you walk in the room the TV made noses and the sheets had burn marks on them. Went in early April. The pool felt great since the weather was heating up. The rooms were clean and well maintained. Support staff was helpful and courteous.

We have really enjoyed staying here. Rooms are a good size, have pet friendly options, and solid heat/AC. A little patience is needed if you’re using the elevator since only 1 is working, but that’s not too annoying. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. 5pm-7pm happy hour is great with the kitchen staying open until 10pm! Location is solid since “Downtown” is only 3 blocks away with great restaurants...

I stay at Hilton's when I travel and Pivot Point ranks as one of the nicest. The food menu has Salmon, Chicken, steak, tacos ,avocado bites and for breakfast have the protein bowl. It's enough for 2 days and the price is right- much cheaper than any other Hilton Garden I've stayed. Happy hour is of course awesome because you are 30 steps from the river so a party on the beach is necessary.

I stay in this hotel fairly frequently and it is my favorite hotel overall in Yuma. The gym is decent. The restaurant on the premise isn't great, but it's convenient. The staff is friendly. The rooms are a little outdated but the overall competency is great. I will note the mattress comfort between the queen and king rooms are significantly different. I'd recommend the king suites if any are available

First, the good. The place was clean, staff friendly and as accommodating as they could be, and it was close to the airport. Now, the not so good. The advertisement for this place said it had a restaurant and a free shuttle to the airport. It had neither. It does not look much, as it is under new management and they are just getting things underway, I was told. The lady at the counter was very kind. The room was clean and the bed was quite comfortable. I'm picky about my beds. I had the best sleep in a long time. There is a restaurant coming soon at this hotel. Maybe the next time I'm in Yuma,I will have to check it out.

I thought this was a good room for the price. Mattress was good, lots of people but still slept well.

Hearty food. Giant portion sizes. I had corned beef hash & eggs. Very good. My daughter had pancakes. Very huge. She didn't make it through half of them. Eggs were cooked perfectly and my brother's side of ham was thick the way ham was meant to be served. Decor was less than appealing. Needs updated. Overall though, I would definitely go back. Loved the food.

The staff here are the best. I missed my flight and first night stay, which was non refundable, but when I explained the circumstances, they didn't charge me and u was able to check in the next day. The room was clean, quiet and wonderfully cool when I got there, and I was given a voucher for a discount at the great retro diner next door. An exceptional experience!

We spent 4 nights in this hotel in early June, and were satisfied. The rooms are not as large as some hotels we have stayed in while in Yuma, but it was very adequate and reasonable. I love this hotel. I've stayed here twice. The rooms are always clean and comfortable. I like that the windows in the rooms open. I love the free breakfast at Penny's, the diner next door. I few things I don't like: the trash cans are tiny and they really need another one in the toilet/bathtub room, the bedding is a bit too thin for my taste (I prefer heavy comforter) and our room keycards quit working...

We stayed in the building closest to the pool and it was a very pleasant room. Clean and private. I appreciated being able to park in shade and near the door. The pool which was set apart from the hotel was just a short stroll accross the parking lot. The pool was our favorite part of this hotel. The people who run this hotel are just fantastic it's in kind of a bad neighborhood so I ding to the star for that. If you're looking for a 5-star hotel this isn't it. But it's good solid comfortable bed for a night.

Clean spacious room. Everything was good. I couldn't get into the pool area cause the gate wasn't open, and I couldn't get it unlocked. The only negative for me besides the pool was my room didn't have a working a/c, so had to open a window.

Clean facity though it is dated (old) in terms of facilities in general and furnishings. Room was clean and bed comfortable with fridge and microwave. There is a functional swimming pool and the location is close to shopping and restaurants. Parking is adequate for non semi trucks. Front desk gentleman was very nice and helpful. Overall great value and ok place to spend a night or 2 in Yuma.

I liked having a sofa, small fridge, and microwave oven. I didn't like that our room was on the 2nd floor, and that it wasn't stocked with a spare roll of toilet paper! Thank goodness we didn't need one! I wasn't given the WiFi password and I wanted to get on the Internet so that was a biggie. Also, it only supplied one coffee cup and one packet of coffee. Central location walkable to almost any restaurant you can think of. Rooms are clean staff are friendly and the price is decent. We stopped here twice on our way to and from Mexico and our loaded car was where we left it in the morning! Best value in the area!

This motel is in a perfect location. Plenty of dining options, gas stations and literally on the side of the interstate. Martha was very friendly and helpful when I arrived. The room was clean and quiet despite being next to the freeway. The only problem I had was that the mattress wasn’t very comfortable.

This is our go-to lodging in the area! Have stayed multiple times and have always been met with friendly, helpful staff. Like lots of motels now, they do offer rooms with a microwave and fridge for slightly more $$ but they are still very affordable. And this location is so close to a plethora of restaurants and shopping! Also very important to us, our little chihuahua is allowed to stay as well 😊

Rooms were clearly taken care of but they need deep cleaned. The walls are starting to look a little overly touched, let's say. The TV is in a horrible spot. The bathroom door hits it when it's opened or closed, turning the screen. Heat and A/C were good and the bed, though springy, was comfortable to sleep on. Going back to that area I would definitely stay on this hotel again. 8/10 would recommend

Clean motel 6. I stay here every time we go to Mexico. Hardwood floors. Prices can be high during the high season for Americans rushing to Mexico but that doesn’t last long. Nice, clean, good beds, allow small dogs. I’ve been going for 7 years so I guess that sums it up. I’d do 5 stars but the parking lot is a pretzel. Very odd design

My stay was for a business trip. I was a little weary of this place based on ratings and pictures, but I was pleasantly surprised of how much nicer my room was. The room was remodeled… it had a nice modern laminate wood flooring, crisp white bedding, updated bathroom, and a nice flatscreen tv. There was a continental breakfast available in the lobby. This is the best Motel I stayed at in a LONG time and I am retired and travel frequently. The front desk employee Jessica was very helpful and kind and went ABOVE AND BEYOND, during check-in and during my stay. The rooms are recently remodeled and it felt like I was in a BRAND NEW motel. I paid under $100 a night in December which is a GREAT DEAL!! STAY HERE YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED.

Made reservations. Prepaid. Check in was a snap. Very accommodating for my needs. Bed is comfy. Bath area looks brand new! Bonus for that. Room very clean. Fridge was on and cold. Thank you for that! Would definitely stay again.

Great location when working in town or passing through. Staff is friendly & accommodating! Rooms are clean, but feel dated. Would stay again though.

Breakfast and happy hour. The rooms are very well used but larger than most. The desk chair is really shot with no cushion in the seat. Free coffee in the lobby.

Rooms were good ... clean and slept well. Breakfast was also good. Young lady working the graveyard shift was really nice and friendly.
