Great hotel in a fantastic location with a 5 minute walk to the ski lifts and all the bars. Second year in a row we have stayed here and plan to do the same again next year. Highly recommended.

Really exceptional hotel and experience. For our skiing trip. Rooms were great (if a little warm) always clean staff so helpful and friendly. The entertainment was wonderful especially Marc Ferrer the illusionist who baffled us with close quarters magic at our table. Would recommend

Location is excellent, a 2 mins walk to the slopes. The 3 person room is a bit small for 3 people and basic. The bathroom is a good size and the room is functional if you are just there to ski. Good value for money. Very good breakfast with plenty of choices. The servers are very friendly especially Nehemias. Dinner is also very good with a widespread of choices.

I have coeliac disease and from the moment I arrived, Nehe Mias and the rest of the staff were incredibly attentive and helpful. They took my dietary requirements seriously, explained options clearly, and made sure everything was safe and stress-free throughout my stay. It made a huge difference being able to relax and enjoy my time without worrying. Excellent service and genuinely caring staff.

We had a self catered apartment and it was great, we had no problems. The restaurant downstairs had great food. The bar downstairs had expertly made caramel whiskey shots. The ski rental shop is directly next door without needing to leave the building. The boot room downstairs led directly out onto the slopes for ski in and out which was so convenient. Stayed here on half board for a weeks skiing trip and very happy with the hotel. The restaurant staff were really great, always helpful with a smile on their face, even early morning. Its nice ,warm and clean 1 bed apts a but small for 4 people! its good you can ski in and out ... that is if you are able to ski!! .. its a bit of a walk up and down to shops, ski lifts And all the rest ....

It was amazing! The apartment is right on the slopes, the ski/snowboard locker rooms are huge, (and fit up to 6 pairs of boots in them), the rooms are far better than 3 stars and the snowboard/ski rental is literally (not even joking) DIRECTLY next to the main entrance of the Hotel! Proximity to the piste and to the bars and restaurants

Nice little hotel just 30 metres from the slopes. Very friendly staff , clean and nice rooms. Diner is not expensive and good.

Hotel redone and perfectly isolated. You feel good the owners are very friendly the staff very discreet for very clean rooms. To recommend . The big plus is the parking in the hotel and the proximity to the slopes; a real treat .

A medium/large block of apartments with a reception and snack bar arranged over five floors. The ground floor houses a reception desk and a snack bar with a couple of table games. We had a room on the top floor which had an amazing panoramic view of the mountain ranges from the room and beyond from the room's littls triangular balcony. Just arrived, so early doors. Appartment clean and what was expected so top marks for that. Downside is I've spent two hours deicing the fridge. There was so much ice in there it's deformed the ice compartment and the door would not completely close, which was causing more ice. Handle hanging off the wardrobe, fixed that with my trusty multi tool, bedside light not working, handles loose on sauce pans...

Not a bad hotel. Good location. Close to the ski lifts. Food on four out of five (I would like more varied) . SPA leaves much to be desired ,though paid. The staff at altitude. There is a room for equipment but not dried and not otaplivayutsya, this is a big minus.

The property is ideally located near the chairlifts, they have their own ski/boot room with keys for lockers free from reception. Bar area is nice, restaurant was very good for breakfast. Overall 9/10 (it is pretty warm in the hotel rooms!)
