We had a self catered apartment and it was great, we had no problems. The restaurant downstairs had great food. The bar downstairs had expertly made caramel whiskey shots. The ski rental shop is directly next door without needing to leave the building. The boot room downstairs led directly out onto the slopes for ski in and out which was so convenient. It was amazing! The apartment is right on the slopes, the ski/snowboard locker rooms are huge, (and fit up to 6 pairs of boots in them), the rooms are far better than 3 stars and the snowboard/ski rental is literally (not even joking) DIRECTLY next to the main entrance of the Hotel! A lovely hotel in which you want to return. We spent six days. Gorgeous interior, large and comfortable rooms, friendly and always smiling staff. You will be surrounded by unobtrusive attention and care.... Amazing Spa... Can be a long time to write and to admire, but it is better to go there and realize how good it is. Of course, such service is not cheap, but I did not regret about it.

The hotel interior is impressive . The prices are too high. The service is excellent. A little light in the room and allow no opportunity. In the two restaurants the choice of dishes is similar. The breakfasts are excellent .

Excellent stay at the Sport Village. Ideal location by gondola and chair lift, and 2 minutes from ski lockers and ski hire shop. Staff were very helpful and friendly especially Juan on the bar, who was always cheerful, incredibly attentive and observant and all round a perfect hotel employee. Lovely hotel, lovely rooms, lovely food, very close to gondola and ski hire. The only issue was that we ordered a vegetarian picnic for the homeward journey and it didn't materialise. We were told to let reception know any dietary requirements, so I gave them a sheet with room number, name and a request for vegetarian food.

Excellent staff, location, price and food

This is a good place to stay while skiing. A gentle walk of about 150m to the gondola. The hotel has spacious ski locker room, although there is another at the gondola (€55 for 6 days!). Food here is fine with plenty of choice. Staff friendly.

Superb hotel! Clean, friendly and high quality of all ammenities: room, dinner and breakfast buffet, gym, spa! The only comment would be that they should not charge an extra to use the sauna, steam room and the pool. In a 5 star hotel, this does not make much sense.
