Greta views, great rooms and great service. I thoroughly recommend staying here, it’s certainly the best hotel in the Andorran Pyrenees. The only caveat is it’s distance from Andorra La Vella (the city centre), but the staff will happily provide you with the private shuttle service. If you are travelling in the summer season it can be quite quiet, so worth trying in the ski season also as the atmosphere...

A lovely hotel in which you want to return. We spent six days. Gorgeous interior, large and comfortable rooms, friendly and always smiling staff. You will be surrounded by unobtrusive attention and care.... Amazing Spa... Can be a long time to write and to admire, but it is better to go there and realize how good it is. Of course, such service is not cheap, but I did not regret about it.

The hotel interior is impressive . The prices are too high. The service is excellent. A little light in the room and allow no opportunity. In the two restaurants the choice of dishes is similar. The breakfasts are excellent .

Superb hotel! Clean, friendly and high quality of all ammenities: room, dinner and breakfast buffet, gym, spa! The only comment would be that they should not charge an extra to use the sauna, steam room and the pool. In a 5 star hotel, this does not make much sense.

Loved the ski lift shuttle, I was unsure what to expect and usually stay ski-in/ski-out so thought it might be a pain not being right on the slopes, but the shuttle is so efficient. My second stay at Park Piolets and it did not disappoint. The professionalism and friendliness of the staff is second to none, especially the lovely chaps who ferry you to the gondola! The breakfast and dinner buffets are excellent. I cant wait to return.

The hotel is a very basic 5 star. Everything is there and everything works but the state of the rooms is like that of a good 3-4 star hotel. Very simple, basic and quite cheap. The only real down side of this hotel is that it is not located closer to the cable car. Rooms are nice with comfortable beds. Pool and jacuzzi area nice with a well equipped gym. Can wait for bar staff to appear. The biggest disappointment is the food. Everything is pretty much cold, including the soup, which is generally watery with little taste. Nice hotel, food is good . Only a couple of flaws , the shuttle bus to the gondola is a bit stressful as everyone wants to leave and go home at the same time which lead to a few altercations in the queue during the week (the bus only holds about 12 to 14 people). Hotel is comfy and nice BUT the restaurant is very busy, food is not very good and tables are too close to each other. Minimum distance not respected at all. Maitre is very grumpy and nose out of the mask ALL the time.

Sara the spa Manageress is so lovely, knowledgable & helpful. My Husband & I spent a wonderful late morning relaxing in the fantastic spa facilities. Our stay at Serras Andorra was wonderful. Everyone on the staff was helpful and knowledgeable. The facilities were just what we required and the staff anticipated all of our needs before we even had to ask. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone!

We stayed here over New Year's in the "Penthouse Suite" Our room was very nice and the staff and service is second to none. The New Year's dinner in the restaurant was fun. Great location with plenty of activities. I would definitely stay here again.

An exquisite service, the new concept of the Bruna restaurant is spectacular, with an incredibly complete wine list... and the attention given to children, both in the kids' club and the S room, is priceless. The ski slope next door offers lots of fun and entertainment for the kids.

Just returned from a fabulous ski holiday at Hotel Galanthus. All the staff were so friendly - from reception, restaurant to the guy who drives the shuttle bus to the gondola every day. The bed was super comfy and a great choice of food from the buffet. The spa was lovely after a long day on the ski slopes.

Exceptional staff. Was slightly uninspired on arrival but by end of holiday thought this was an excellent hotel and would return- bedrooms average size but very comfortable and plenty hot water. Food good for price of hotel and staff truly exceptional and very keen to help in any way.

Good location, nice staff, nice big room with a lot of storage space, bus stop right in front of the hotel, lifts, price.

Overall it's ok. Comfortable and the staff is quite nice. The meals served could have a little bit more variety but I'd say the only really negative feature is the internet. If like me you want to get some work done and need a stable connection.. Well.. Forget about it. Just go enjoy the snow and hope you still have your job when back home :)

OK the place is cheap, but clean, staff are excellent and friendly. The food? Worst ever in any hotel I have stayed in. Bless the chef, he tried his best with my vegetarian diet, as most of the evening meal dishes laid out had meat in, but layering pizza with extra cheese just creates a sickening mess with hot raw onion inside....I really wanted to go into the kitchen and educate him in how to cook...

Staff were very friendly. Food lacked variety for example no vegetables or rice to accompany the meat. No lettuce or tomatoes to accompany the salad.

Excellent stay at the Sport Village. Ideal location by gondola and chair lift, and 2 minutes from ski lockers and ski hire shop. Staff were very helpful and friendly especially Juan on the bar, who was always cheerful, incredibly attentive and observant and all round a perfect hotel employee. Beds were comfortable, Molton Brown toiletries were replenished daily and there was a good variety of food

Lovely hotel, lovely rooms, lovely food, very close to gondola and ski hire. The only issue was that we ordered a vegetarian picnic for the homeward journey and it didn't materialise. We were told to let reception know any dietary requirements, so I gave them a sheet with room number, name and a request for vegetarian food.

Excellent staff, location, price and food

This is a good place to stay while skiing. A gentle walk of about 150m to the gondola. The hotel has spacious ski locker room, although there is another at the gondola (€55 for 6 days!). Food here is fine with plenty of choice. Staff friendly.
