Greta views, great rooms and great service. I thoroughly recommend staying here, it’s certainly the best hotel in the Andorran Pyrenees. The only caveat is it’s distance from Andorra La Vella (the city centre), but the staff will happily provide you with the private shuttle service. If you are travelling in the summer season it can be quite quiet, so worth trying in the ski season also as the atmosphere...

A lovely hotel in which you want to return. We spent six days. Gorgeous interior, large and comfortable rooms, friendly and always smiling staff. You will be surrounded by unobtrusive attention and care.... Amazing Spa... Can be a long time to write and to admire, but it is better to go there and realize how good it is. Of course, such service is not cheap, but I did not regret about it.

The hotel interior is impressive . The prices are too high. The service is excellent. A little light in the room and allow no opportunity. In the two restaurants the choice of dishes is similar. The breakfasts are excellent .

It was very nicely decorated (recently refurbished) by the reception, they were very friendly, clean, beautiful rooms and super food, I think this is a 5 star hotel, well worth it!

TOP hotel with super cuisine and friendly reception, as well as parking. It is ideal for visiting the city of Andorra. Beautiful rooms with a luxurious bathroom and breakfast or dinner worthy of a Michelin star.

I had a few days of work and the truth is that the treatment of all the staff was excellent, the buffet food was of outstanding quality and the facilities were excellent. And especially thanks to Miguel and Carolina for making it more enjoyable. A great place to return at your leisure.

Very friendly and welcoming staff. Rooms are large comfortable. The spa was a welcome after a long day of snowboarding. Free shuttle transfers to the piste.

The only real down side of this hotel is that it is not located closer to the cable car. The hotel facilities were quite good and the location also convenient for the price, they have a transfer that takes you to the ski resort (special mention to Luisa) who was our driver and was very helpful all the time, even one day we got lost in another area and she came to pick us up when she did not have to. Rooms are nice with comfortable beds. Pool and jacuzzi area nice with a well equipped gym. Can wait for bar staff to appear. The biggest disappointment is the food. Everything is pretty much cold, including the soup, which is generally watery with little taste. Nice hotel, food is good . Only a couple of flaws , the shuttle bus to the gondola is a bit stressful as everyone wants to leave and go home at the same time which lead to a few altercations in the queue during the week (the bus only holds about 12 to 14 people). The hours it runs could also be increased for it as it stops running between 11.45 and 3.30pm . So after ski school when kids want to go...

Hotel is comfy and nice BUT the restaurant is very busy, food is not very good and tables are too close to each other. Minimum distance not respected at all. Maitre is very grumpy and nose out of the mask ALL the time.

The hotel’s location is fabulous with cable cars just around the corner and ski slopes visible from the rooms. We had a few small issues with the hotel housekeeping, however when we mentioned them to reception manager they got resolved and we received adequate compensation. Great hotel, junior suites have free spa access which is great after a day on the slopes. Close to the Gondola station so easy to get the first lift up.

This is a good place to stay while skiing. A gentle walk of about 150m to the gondola. The hotel has spacious ski locker room, although there is another at the gondola (€55 for 6 days!). Food here is fine with plenty of choice. Staff friendly.

Beautiful hotel woth breath taking views, the staff were very accommodating and willing to help provide suggestions to make our time in Andora even more special. The rooms were well taken care of and spacious. Thank you to the wonderful staff at the Hotel Galanthus for making our stay so special.

We have just stayed at the Hotel Gallanthus for a week. Excellent service and spacious rooms. The restaurant had great views of the mountains and plenty of choices of food. We booked a ski bus every morning which was very efficient otherwise you can walk to the gondola but takes about 10 mins to walk uphill. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Place is ok but overpriced. We booked a 3-person room. The room looked out on another wall, not quite what you expect paying 350€ the night. See picture. At the reception we were told we could park in the street. Be careful with that. It needs to be one of the small streets close to the hotel, we parked along the road and it cost us €110. No gesture from the hotel whatsoever when we addressed this...

Amazing service! The staff was very friendly and helpful. We received aid with everything we needed. Room was clean and very well organized. Food was very tasty and fresh. I definitely recommend this hotel👍 Moreover it’s 5-min drive from Soldeu ski station and you have free transfer from the hotel several times every days.

We are very happy! The receptionist Carmen makes you feel at home. She is very attentive and pleasant. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. The spa is small but perfect. The views are worth it. Breakfast and dinner are very complete and varied.

Overall it's ok. Comfortable and the staff is quite nice. The meals served could have a little bit more variety but I'd say the only really negative feature is the internet. If like me you want to get some work done and need a stable connection.. Well.. Forget about it. Just go enjoy the snow and hope you still have your job when back home :)

OK the place is cheap, but clean, staff are excellent and friendly. The food? Worst ever in any hotel I have stayed in. Bless the chef, he tried his best with my vegetarian diet, as most of the evening meal dishes laid out had meat in, but layering pizza with extra cheese just creates a sickening mess with hot raw onion inside....I really wanted to go into the kitchen and educate him in how to cook...

Staff were very friendly. Food lacked variety for example no vegetables or rice to accompany the meat. No lettuce or tomatoes to accompany the salad.
