Hotel is very nice and clean, I could tell it’s fairly new. I was in a big spacious room, but I heard there are smaller rooms also. The bathroom was a bit small for my liking though. Walk-in shower was spacious though. However, where my room was located it sounded like people moving furniture above me at all hours of the day and night.

Have been staying here for more than a year. Hotel provides best services in the town. Rooms are huge and clean Especially restaurant staff is very kind naming some Mr Gaurab, Sima are very helpful and kind ,greets you well. Hygiene is also maintained in all departments. Would recommend this hotel.

Everything is very good however, as of 5th of june 2021 there's no longer an indoor gym. You will have to collect a voucher from the reception and go to the recreation center's gym approx. 650m away.

I had a pleasant stay at Dhafra hotel for 4 consecutive weeks. Taxi commute from the hotel to ADNOC areas is very convenient. The beach and pool area seem well maintained. Mr. Ahmed and Mr. Shadi were very welcoming and helpful at reception during out stays.

The hotel has done good renovations and the service is absolutely very friendly. Thanks to the front office Mr. Ahmed, Mr. Kushal, Mr. Shedi. And from the food department Mr. Bijeesh and his team including Kevin and a girl whose name I don't remember. They make my stay pleasant and make me feel more welcoming.

We spent two glorious weeks here in October. One of the best holidays we’ve had. Could not find fault at all. Amazing service!! Outstanding support from everyone! The team even decorated our room and served us anniversary themed cake! We came with our kids for a 4 nights stay and we had the best time! We stayed in the villa type room. We really recommend it! Great place to spend in quite far a bit from the city but out of the noise and traffic. Nice beach, pool is a bit small but OK. Beach has kayaks free to use. 3 meals available, and you can discount breakfast prices on checking in. Staff are professional and helpful, answering your request within a minute. I stayed at this Hotel between Jun-24 and Jul-24 for 2 weeks during my working travel. Immediately when I arrive I feel like at home. A gem in the desert! Very quiet and clean. Staff is amazing and so helpful and professional. I loved the swimming pool it was very clean and a great ambiance.
