One has to appreciate comfort after a hot day out under the Middle East sun. Remal Hotel does just that, and more! Arriving back from work, dipping into a fantastic pool, enjoying a lovely dinner and then an ice cold beer at a trendy little sports bar, makes a working week a lot more enjoyable. Thank you to the newly upgraded Remal Hotel for a fantastic long stay!

Facility is good for the class of Ruwais, services hotel and staff attitude need to train more as customer service and hotel facility provided. they treat the guess seem we stay in the hotel for free given by them, less respect. poor quality of food, where i found seem they re-cook the food from yesterday and serve in different way.

Unfortunately, the experience was not at all comfortable. The bed was extremely uncomfortable; you could clearly feel the springs in your back, making it very difficult to sleep. The pillows and mattress were also uncomfortable.
The reservation price was exaggerated compared to what was offered, and worse still, it did not include breakfast, despite the price suggesting otherwise.
Also, the repeated false alarms were very annoying, and no explanation was given as to why or who was responsible for the false reports.
Honestly, I don't know how the place got a 4.1/5 rating; the experience is completely unworthy of it.

We’ve had the pleasure of being served by some truly outstanding bartenders during our stay—Sumi, Puja, and Probit. Their professionalism, attentiveness, and ability to handle any situation with ease make them stand out. Whether it’s crafting the perfect drink or ensuring guests have a great experience, they always go above and beyond. Their dedication deserves recognition!

Hotel is very nice and clean, I could tell it’s fairly new. I was in a big spacious room, but I heard there are smaller rooms also. The bathroom was a bit small for my liking though. Walk-in shower was spacious though. However, where my room was located it sounded like people moving furniture above me at all hours of the day and night.

Rooms are huge and clean
Especially restaurant staff is very kind naming some Mr Gaurab, Sima are very helpful and kind ,greets you well.
Hygiene is also maintained in all departments.
Would recommend this hotel.
