This was our second stay at Novotel Fujairah, and once again we were very pleased. First of all, I have to highlight the excellent customer service over the phone, the attendant was patient and helpful, which played a big part in our decision to book the hotel the first time. Nice stay, room not bad, the AC is Too much noise. But the rest is cool

A very good hotel location is a plus point. There are many restaurants close by. Neat & clean hotel . Clean bedding, washrooms are good with bath tub + wash area, Iron , kettle is provided in room. Staff & Service is good. connecting rooms are provided on prior request & availability. Breakfast spread is nice inclusion of almost everything, including( Indian dishes) Parking is available. Pool is good...

Stayed here for our wedding anniversary, and the experience was awesome and memorable . The nice surprise that the hotel made was great. Very comfort and clean room. Housekeeping team very polite and helpful. Kitchen equipped with laundry and dish washing machines, big refrigerator and basic kitchenware.  

Affordable property with very large rooms, friendly and helpful staff, and an abundant breakfast for those looking to stay in Fujairah. Those sensitive to smoke should be aware that the lounge area had people smoking in it during my stay.

I had a wonderful stay at ibis. The room was comfortable, and the breakfast had a great selection of fresh and delicious options. What truly made my experience special was the staff’s thoughtful gesture—especially Dillip, Jama, and Rohit. when they found out it was my birthday, they surprised me with a cake! Their kindness and attention to detail made my stay unforgettable. Highly recommend this hotel...

The stay was great and Special thanks to Dillip who made stay here wonderful. Also the food was very tasty, especially Indian cuisine. The room was clean and cozy. I also liked the view on the city from my window. Airport view was next to my window.

It’s a good place to dine in loved there food and how tasty it is and the wide variety of different options of food they offer from beef lamb chicken and sea food…its a good experience I have and their service is on point and all the waiters deserve extra credit

Very good and nice & CLAM PLACE

The building needs a proper refurbishment from the inside. The air con also needs maintenance. The staff are friendly. The corridors needs more lighting.

It's an old hotel apartment but you can surely find it satisfying for the money you pay.. It offers a very good atmosphere for family and friends. It has a roof top swimming pool and very near to nice restaurants

Well If I compare with conventional 3 star or 4 star then may be ESHA would be less in offering all the facilities but overall It is a good choice specially if you are staying with family. Yes the carpet on the floor needs to be replaced and Bathrooms are smelly though neat and clean.

Shown pictures of the rooms doesn't match with the existing rooms. Pictures maybe taken short after opening of the hotel. 5th floor is ok but the furniture is damaged everywhere. Has to be replaced as soon as possible. AC's on the balkony very very noisy. 4th floor is ok as well.... furniture us in good conditions. For the monthly costs of nearly 8000AED you'll find better hotels in Fujairah. For me...

It's one of the best 4 Star hotel in fujairah Easy location openly area for parking includes taxi services, also the sea views from the top floor's & excellent service

Didn't like the Hotel much. rooms are big but not clean. services takes a long time. and they don't even provide water in the room . plus there is an EMPTY fridge.

Good place, even though the prices turned out to be shocking when we got to know that it was more than le meridian fujairah and also had less facilities.
