The hotel is very affordable yet it looks like luxury. The staff is very accommodating and the food is tasty. Definitely we will come back again.

The place is so relaxing. It also has swimming which i really enjoyed and my family. Staff is always smiling.

I booked for 5 days 4 nights I liked the room it’s clean the hotel location is good nearby shops and services but soo surprised with the staff they are so rude they don’t know how to communicate with a guest they need to be trained how to serve people politely, I’ll never stay again in this hotel because of their poor service and skills of treating people 👎🏽

It is unfortunate that the nighshift desk man is very unprofessional to approach the guest, rude gesture (provoking) enough to destroy your day ended to lost your mind if you dont have patient enough to surpass his attitude. I told him already to stop it but he dont care. I wish and hope Accor Management to conduct frequent behavioral based training & monitor thier staff behavior.

Not satisfied with the below service:-
1) When I checked into my room there were no water bottles, white slippers, bathrobe, haircomb, toothbrush, toothpaste
2) Basic amenities were missing in the room & should be ready available in the room as per the no of pax staying in the room before check-in.
3) Bathroom dustbin should be bigger.
4) Microwave should be provided on request specially for family room with infant.
5) Standard rooms should be provided only to single travellers.
6) For family with kids bigger rooms to be provided while booking or upon request.
7) Room furniture is not well polished & pretty bad condition.
8) I would like to really appreciate & thanks to Chef Arun for his great hospitality & food provided for my infant.

The hotel experience was truly enjoyable. The staff members exhibited exceptional courtesy throughout my stay. with Satveek, Prem, and Shanaka (the lifeguard) standing out for their exceptional service. I must also extend special appreciation to Mr. Alim for his recommendations and assistance with the booking process.

A really wonderful hotel! The food is always outstandingly delicious! And all the staff are just great! Especially June from the main restaurant who is always welcoming and smiling, and Faruk who arranged our transfers to the beach: we thank both of them personally!
