The hotel is at an amazing location. The staff is very warm and welcoming. I booked a double room and they offered me a mini suite for the same price because they were not fully booked. They even allowed me a free late check in.

I really liked the staff in the hotel and also the breakfast. When we checked in we had booked a room with three beds and a double room. But we actually got a suite and an other bigger room than we had ordered. That was a really amazing effort by the hotel. Thank you!

Hotel is located right in the center of the city and from the restaurant on the 5th floor you can enjoy both mountain and city views, including the famous Korca cathedral. The daily breakfast was delicious traditional food which i loved. Overall i really enjoyed my experience

I will start by saying that what really removed a star was the fact that room service entered the room at 9 in the morning without knocking. They were loudly opening and shutting all the doors in our floor and we started to worry they could enter our room but never did we think they would do so without even knocking! What’s worse they didnt even apologise. We found that to be very rude and left us...

Really beautiful hotel, although I couldnt pay by card and the woman in the reception started blaming me and that my credit card was "empty", so I had to go take out money.

Service here is excellent, from the moment you arrive you will be looked after. The room was really well appointed with comfortable bed, sofa and storage. Elegant shower room with shampoo and soap. Also a great breakfast with waiter service. Shart walk from the main street. Definitely happy we chose this hotel.

Surprising place. Good rooms and well maintained. Flavours breakfast. As minus, a little bit too noise during night, because of existed bar close to reception office.
