The hotel is at an amazing location. The staff is very warm and welcoming. I booked a double room and they offered me a mini suite for the same price because they were not fully booked. They even allowed me a free late check in.

I really liked the staff in the hotel and also the breakfast. When we checked in we had booked a room with three beds and a double room. But we actually got a suite and an other bigger room than we had ordered. That was a really amazing effort by the hotel. Thank you!

The hotel is very good with all the necessary conditions as well and the service and food in the restaurant has maximum points. Every time I travel to Korce, I book only at park plazza.

Amazing hotel! Very nice in everything! You can sleep very well, the rooms are quite and relax. The staff is fantastic to help you for meny things. Thia hotel has a great location, next to a small park but most important is center when you can ritch meny things for few minutes

This place is absolutely amazing and I’m very impressed. The staff is extremely helpful, respectful and accommodating. The rooms are very clean and taken care of, and the air conditioning works great. On top of that I’m impressed by their breakfast food, the quality and quantity is great and very tasteful, this is my second time staying at this hotel and they never disappoint.

Came for the beer festival and this hotel was perfectly situated right in between the festival and the local shops/restaurants and the city center. Very easy walking distance to literally anything you want! The rooms are very clean and updated so the stay was very comfortable. We were able to make reservations each night we were here at the restaurant within the hotel and the food and service are phenomenal...

We were here in the restaurant. Super nice oriental flavor. Seating both in a beautiful courtyard and inside. Top service, you can communicate well in English. Varied menu. The food was excellent, both appetizer and main course, dessert and breakfast. All the best.

First time in Korça and I liked not only the city but also the stay at the hotel. In a perfect location, very clean and comfortable rooms, warm and stylish. We had 2 nights in this hotel. It is the location that brought us to this hotel. It is located near the Orthodox Cathedral. The room was spacious and clean. The view with the cathedral in front was amazing both day and night. The staff was very kind and ready to help in any way. We had a full breakfast with homemade jams and other local delicacies. We will definitely come back again.

We had such a great stay at Casa Gace. The very best staff we have had on our trip to Albania. Even when we had a flat tire, the owner asked one of her staff to help us change it and then drive to town to get it fixed. They have a great restaurant with amazing food, and the location on top of the mountain has such a beautiful view, whilst being 4 minutes drive away from the centre. The rooms are nicely...

Beautiful view over the city. Room was clean and well arranged! Staff was polite and really friendly! Green grass and big beautiful trees surrounding the hotel ! In the morning you wake up hearing great birds sounds that gave us the feeling of being in the middle of the forest, doing camping. Air conditioning and hot water 24/7. Everything was beyond expectations! 🥰 We will be back again! 🙂

Hotel is located right in the center of the city and from the restaurant on the 5th floor you can enjoy both mountain and city views, including the famous Korca cathedral. The daily breakfast was delicious traditional food which i loved. Overall i really enjoyed my experience

I will start by saying that what really removed a star was the fact that room service entered the room at 9 in the morning without knocking. They were loudly opening and shutting all the doors in our floor and we started to worry they could enter our room but never did we think they would do so without even knocking!
