The hotel was nice, we only stayed one night. Reception said they did not have our reservation, but had available the same room at same price.

They are so friendly and can take care cleaning all your clothes at symbolic price. I love it this place.

The hotel was dingier and poorer quality than you would expect for the €80 charge - more than we paid for other, nicer places in Albania. The shower in our room did not work. The breakfast was mediocre and the coffee was undrinkable. I asked if they could make a fresh pot and was told I could go too ok the bar and buy a coffee if I wanted to. The hotel is central to the town but stay somewhere else...

I stayed here after an accidental bus mishap and the staff were amazing. They helped me find a bus the next morning which involved a bunch of phone calls and problem solving!! They went out of their way to help me and are such wonderful people. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend as a place to stay!!

Bicycle tourist here. This is the only decently priced hotel in town. I went to 4 others and they were either no staff or they were completely shutdown. This place is clean and pretty quiet. They will NOT let you take your bike in the room, but there is an area where can can store it down stairs that is safe. The cafe in the morning is nice as well.

An old hotel. It does not reach exactly up to 4 stars. The bed is clean, the shower is clean, the air conditioner is working fine. For one night it is quite normal

The room was clean and decent. The bed was very soft and comfortable. The staff was friendly. Its location is next to the bus station so its easy to navigate from there. The centre is not far. Definitely recomend. 🖒

A super warm welcoming from the family that runs the business. A clean, cozy and quiet room. The food in the restaurant was amazing. They also booked for us the boat trip tickets for the Sazan island which was great.

I was in this hotel I had really good night one of most important things is very friendly staff which makes you to feeling good. The was talking with me on the phone before I arrive to the hotel he explained to the way how to get to the hotel! Amazing staff, with super friendly behavior and always there to support in any questions or needs. Room is amazing for the price and it has a enough space and all the necessary furniture is there. Excellent time in this lovely,luxury but surprisingly very affordable hotel. I had a wonderful time, specially with service crews. They are friendly, helpful and prompt in your request. We stayed in this nice hotel for one night it was the best stay during our trip in Albania. Everything was clean and the stuff was super friendly. The food was delicious. It is well equipped with an elevator and an A/C. 100% recommendation.

Wonderful and very cinematic location, and the food is quite good. We tried the restaurant of the resort for a casual lunch and I would definitely reccommend their seafood dished over their meat dished, but both were good in any case!

You will enjoy Divjaka Resort more if you go with friends and family, like I did :) There is lots of space, pool, you have to walk to go to the beach but that’s ok, its quite and relaxing. The food is good, be prepare to “fight” with 🦟 :) Don’t leave Divjaka without taking the boat trip

Staying at this hotel was absolute delight for me and my family. The place is an ex Zoo and is full of nature. The hotel itself is also very nice, where the newer part can even be called modern. But the best part of it is actually the staff, which represents of a big family which takes care of everything. It felt as if these people were available anytime, anywhere.. very, very friendly and hardworking...

The hotel is being renovated (no construction works while guests are staying) so we got brand new room and bathroom, the facilities were like on the photos. We stayed for 4 nights, rooms are clean, working AC. They are made of wood which is cool but if neighbours are loud you can hear them. Its a beautiul and family oriented resort but surprisingly quiet. Restourant was very good everything we tried was tasteful. Friendly host and staff :)

I went with my friends in the evening. in a hard-to-find localization...you see the beach through my trees and bird sounds and when you follow the slightly bumpy road. There are small bungalow houses suitable for accommodation at the entrance...the beach is clean and quiet. There are many sun loungers. We sat outside the restaurant. Very nice hotel. The only problem is that u have to carry your laggage 22 steps up cause there is no elevator until the reception level.

A chic hotel that pleasantly surprised with its hospitality and very polite staff. New, with clean rooms, a very pleasant smell, daily cleaning and not at all meager breakfast in the restaurant. The balcony overlooks the mountains, the city and the sea. You need to drive about 2 km to the city beach. There is a supermarket 500 m away. A very good hotel, I recommend it!!!

Rooms are OK except the bathrooms. Shower is open in front of the toilet and therefore the bathroom floor gets all wet and slippery The Hotel is very noisy, music from the beach bars, guests yelling in the middle of the night, doors banging as they do not close properly. Staff is not very friendly. .

It's a really good and nice hotel. The stuff is awesomely friendly and helps you with every needs you have. The pool is super clean and perfect for a swim and for fun. The rooms are also in top conditions.

Hidden gem, we stayed in room 106 .. If you want a super comfortable bed ( super comfortable), great service, great breakfast at a reasonable price , them look no further. Don't let the area discourage, the hotel is new and modern with superfast Internet.

Real Hotel is the only place to stay in this city. Because the other hotels are in the center, and it is noisy, there are people, construction, traffic and nowhere to swim. When we walked past the city beach, we saw numerous sewage ditches carrying their "fragrant" waters to the sea. The hotel is multi-story, but only two floors are functioning. The rest are still unfinished. Reviews abound...

Great hotel close to the promenade, with a nice view to the shore from the room. ATM, restaurants and supermarkets around. Especially the staff is really helpful and friendly. Safe parking in a garage. The breakfast is great, also for vegetarians with vegetables, tasty cheese and good coffee. Definitely worth a visit!

The Central View is a great hotel very well located near the marina. Dell gave us the best room, a huge one, so tastefully decorated! The bedding is of great quality. The bathroom is incredible. The breakfast brings choice and is finely presented. Each member of the staff was really nice and helpful. We will keep great memories of this hotel, one of the best I've been to!

I had a really good stay at Kraal. The room was clean, comfy, and had everything I needed. The recepsionist at the front desk was super welcoming, friendly, and easy to talk to. Very clean rooms with really nice design, comfortable bed, new furniture and good look. Service is really great. We faced some issues in the room, but they were solved very quickly with exceeding our expectations. Personal is super-polite and friendly. Food is tasty, alcohol at bar is high-quality and cocktails are delicious. We are very satisfied.

Pictures in booking platforms are old and not updated. There are renovated rooms and size is great. Probably the only hotel with its own pool and lower rate. Perfect venue from the beginning of tourist strip avenue. Bathrooms drain can improve. Closest to all the boat tours

No idea what all the negative reviews are on about. We booked a surprise trip and feared the worst when we saw the reviews. When we arrived the hotel room was great, the view was amazing.
