The hotel was nice, we only stayed one night. Reception said they did not have our reservation, but had available the same room at same price.

They are so friendly and can take care cleaning all your clothes at symbolic price. I love it this place.

The hotel was dingier and poorer quality than you would expect for the €80 charge - more than we paid for other, nicer places in Albania. The shower in our room did not work. The breakfast was mediocre and the coffee was undrinkable. I asked if they could make a fresh pot and was told I could go too ok the bar and buy a coffee if I wanted to. The hotel is central to the town but stay somewhere else...

I stayed here after an accidental bus mishap and the staff were amazing. They helped me find a bus the next morning which involved a bunch of phone calls and problem solving!! They went out of their way to help me and are such wonderful people. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend as a place to stay!!

Excellent hotel in good position! The room was new, well furnished and great ! Excellent breakfast in the morning. The owners were very kind to let us park the motorbikes in the garage ! They also suggested us a good place where to eat dinner.

Although the location is not quite in the city center, it is close to our customers and only takes 10 minutes to walk to the city center! The hotel owners are an elderly couple who are very nice and speak good English. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was good. The car to and from the airport was booked by sending an email!

We enjoyed our stay. The room even included a washer and clothes lines even though we didnt get to use it. The owner was very helpful and friendly. Though there weren't two rooms or two beds as advertised.

A chic hotel that pleasantly surprised with its hospitality and very polite staff. New, with clean rooms, a very pleasant smell, daily cleaning and not at all meager breakfast in the restaurant. The balcony overlooks the mountains, the city and the sea. You need to drive about 2 km to the city beach. There is a supermarket 500 m away. A very good hotel, I recommend it!!!

Rooms are OK except the bathrooms. Shower is open in front of the toilet and therefore the bathroom floor gets all wet and slippery The Hotel is very noisy, music from the beach bars, guests yelling in the middle of the night, doors banging as they do not close properly. It's a really good and nice hotel. The stuff is awesomely friendly and helps you with every needs you have. The pool is super clean and perfect for a swim and for fun. The rooms are also in top conditions.

Hidden gem, we stayed in room 106 .. If you want a super comfortable bed ( super comfortable), great service, great breakfast at a reasonable price , them look no further. Don't let the area discourage, the hotel is new and modern with superfast Internet.

Situated a walk from the beach and restuarants. Staff friendly and helpful in reception and the bar. The food was very poor, unlike everywhere else we had stayed and eaten. This is obviously an overnight stay hotel for tours and it shows in the standard of food. Breakfast had plenty of choice but it was difficult to access. Room was ok, large but had a structural beam as a feature!

Modern hotel in good central location. Large modern room and bathroom. Some rooms apparently had a kettle but sadly not mine. No drinking water provided in rooms, strange for a country where you cannot drink the tap water.

This modern hotel was just okay as an overnight stopover on a road trip north to south. A huge building with quite a sterile atmosphere. My room was very noisy but it was a good size and very clean. Compared to the many charming characterful guest houses all over Albania this place was not for me.

Real Hotel is the only place to stay in this city. Because the other hotels are in the center, and it is noisy, there are people, construction, traffic and nowhere to swim. When we walked past the city beach, we saw numerous sewage ditches carrying their "fragrant" waters to the sea. The hotel is multi-story, but only two floors are functioning. Great hotel close to the promenade, with a nice view to the shore from the room. ATM, restaurants and supermarkets around. Especially the staff is really helpful and friendly. The Central View is a great hotel very well located near the marina. Dell gave us the best room, a huge one, so tastefully decorated! The bedding is of great quality. The bathroom is incredible. I had a really good stay at Kraal. The room was clean, comfy, and had everything I needed. The recepsionist at the front desk was super welcoming, friendly, and easy to talk to. Very clean rooms with really nice design, comfortable bed, new furniture and good look. Service is really great. We faced some issues in the room, but they were solved very quickly with exceeding our expectations. Personal is super-polite and friendly. No idea what all the negative reviews are on about. We booked a surprise trip and feared the worst when we saw the reviews. When we arrived the hotel room was great, the view was amazing. The hotel is conveniently located in Promenade area. The receptionist was very helpful allowing us to print boarding passes for our tickets. The staff overall is qualified and very welcoming. We rented an apartment from them. The apartment itself is two houses away from the hotel. There is parking. The apartment has two rooms, very clean. There is everything for living. A washing machine. They take your passport for the duration of the apartment rental.
