Enjoyed everything about the hotel but the neighborhood is not great.

Excellent hotel in good position! The room was new, well furnished and great ! Excellent breakfast in the morning. The owners were very kind to let us park the motorbikes in the garage ! They also suggested us a good place where to eat dinner.

Although the location is not quite in the city center, it is close to our customers and only takes 10 minutes to walk to the city center! The hotel owners are an elderly couple who are very nice and speak good English. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was good. The car to and from the airport was booked by sending an email!

Clean, hygienic and safe, breakfast is good.

We enjoyed our stay. The room even included a washer and clothes lines even though we didnt get to use it. The owner was very helpful and friendly. Though there weren't two rooms or two beds as advertised.

The room was really nice and clean. We were surpriaed to find a washer and laundry line available also. The staff were lovely and friendly. The bed was a bit too soft for my liking though.

Hidden gem, we stayed in room 106 .. If you want a super comfortable bed ( super comfortable), great service, great breakfast at a reasonable price , them look no further. Don't let the area discourage, the hotel is new and modern with superfast Internet.

Real Hotel is the only place to stay in this city. Because the other hotels are in the center, and it is noisy, there are people, construction, traffic and nowhere to swim. When we walked past the city beach, we saw numerous sewage ditches carrying their "fragrant" waters to the sea. The hotel is multi-story, but only two floors are functioning. The hotel is conveniently located in Promenade area. The receptionist was very helpful allowing us to print boarding passes for our tickets. The staff overall is qualified and very welcoming. Modern hotel, large minimalist rooms. Good modern shower. Hotel is out of town on a busy road but no road noise in rooms. There is a more traditional taverna across the road if you do not want to eat dinner in hotel. Good breakfast in hotel. Beware, there are bottles of water in fridge and no price list displayed but some members of our party were charged 1 euro per bottle on checkout.

The hotel is very grand and somewhat impersonal, more of a business hotel. It is a way out of town so unless you have transport you will be stuck there away from bars and restaurants. This hotel is a barn of a place. Everything is large. Nice large room with equally large bathroom. TV, Wi-Fi and fridge all good but no tea/coffee. Never stayed at the hotel but ate in Garden Grand quite a few times during 2 week stay. Pasta dishes were delicious and had a huge cheese and meat platter one evening. Excellent prices. I definitely return next year.

We stayed as a family in July, taking two rooms. Staff were excellent, really good breakfast. Our room on the 7th floor had amazing views and a huge balcony. Very stylish interiors. One of the nicest features was the excellent beach club, just over the road which did a good if limited menu (mostly Pizza).

It was a perfect weekend in Vlora, the weather and sea were great, and sleeping in a warm and cosy hotel like Ruby Palace near the Lungomare, made it even more perfect.
