A modern comfortable hotel with an enormous pool area. They also have a private beach a few minutes walk or a quick shuttle. Free parking. Very friendly and helpful service. Wi-Fi is slow and intermittent, A fine chef oversees an excellent restaurant for dinner, and the complimentary breakfast buffet provides an ample and delicious breakfast.

Best place in town. The pool is great for children. Great staff, ready to help in everything. The rooftop Nia is great at night for a drink and best music provided. The beach bar alsow is great. Spacious,quiet, soft music. Good food. A place to return for sure guaranteed for the crystal water that can't be found in any other surrounded beaches.

This is a really nice resort hotel. Really big 25m pool and all other facilities that especially for Albania was very impressive. They offer an extensive amazing buffet breakfast with pretty much everything you could ask for and delicious coffee. The size and quality of the rooms was great, I was also pleased with the great airflow the room had as-well as the A.C which managed to cool the room almost immediately. The hotel staff were amazing and very helpful, all of them knew english and advised me on touristic locations. The food was spectacular, especially (in my opinion) the pizzas. Overall i had an amazing stay and will be coming back!

Excellent location. Took room 9 which had a great view and a nice size balcony. Everything was very clean and comfortable. Erik at the front desk was very attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was wonderful. Will definitely return.

Beautiful hotel located a stone's throw from the sea, very kind staff and excellent breakfast. The only negative point is that it is located in a very noisy area. The breakfast instead is very good and abundant, you can choose between various dishes and they serve you typical pancakes in the meantime. Attentive and very helpful waiters.

The hotel is just behind the main promenade and is a high rise building but does have a lift. Scrupulously clean. New. V comfortable rooms with a spacious luxury bathroom. The family room; one king size bed and a separate room with twin beds was spacious, comfortable and very clean. The beds are v comfy. It’s modern and has a luxury feel. Shower lovely. Highly recommend.

Very quiet place to rest. The room was great and the two brothers in charge of the place were very very nice and solved everything easily. The breakfast, not included, was very good too. Enough parking space in front of the hotel. The pool was small but nice.

The service of this hotel is outstanding. The owners go definitely the last mile. I left my airpods in the room and they went all the way to get these back to me. The rooms are also very clean. Nice pool. I'll be back!

I chose the hotel for one night because it is very close to Llaman beach which is fabulous. But the courtesy of the staff and the comfort of the accommodation made me stay a second night. Welcome like home, simple but clean rooms and excellent quality-price ratio. I would stay here again

Everything was great... beautiful room on the ground floor with pool view, linen change every two days, price compared to the quality of the room, beautiful outdoor patio and Giorgio always available to resolve every request. Kolagji i think is one of the best in himare , i went with my friend and we had so much fun and the room were so clean and very beautiful sea view . The hotel is located right on the beach and owned from a beautiful family. Can’t wait to come back ❤️❤️❤️

I definitely recommend Kolagji because they have comfortable rooms and everything is clean and quiet, the staff is kind and delicious cuisine. I have visited Kolagji a few times, everyone there is so gentle and welcoming.

End of April 2025, start of the season, we stayed for 3 nights, in this amazing hotel with all facilities included. Rooms are renovated and seaview is amazing! All hotel & restaurant staff is very friendly and helpfull and the restaurant serves amazing (fish) food. After our Alabanian autotrip it was great to have a few relaxed days in Himare!

Fabulous place to stay. Exceptional service from the staff. Lovely clean rooms and surroundings. Great restaurant. If you have a car, this is much quieter than Himare, but only ten minutes away.

Absolutely perfect location, gorgeous rooms, and fantastic food. Right on Livadhi beach, you couldn’t choose a better place to stay in Himarë! It definitely helps to have a car to explore the centre and surrounding beaches, but all are accessible via foot and taxi:) The room was perfectly clean, and the food at the restaurant was amazing every night. You have to try the pizzas! Highly recommend:)

Superior Services and kind staff. This hotel also has a private restaurant on the beach and private beach as well. However, to reach there is not too easy due to the geographical features of the country.

One of the best hotels in Himara. Great sea view. Very clean rooms. Nice beds and pillows. Quiet at night, beautiful sunsets and a clean and safe(for children) beach. The sea is just few meters away. Many other hotels, tavernas and bars nearby.
