I stayed in one of the family rooms and I was very happy with the comfort of the beds and all room amenities. The room and all the other areas of the hotel, including the swimming pool are very clean. The breakfast was very good. We had lunch at the restaurant and it was good quality and good portions. All staff from the girls in the reception to the waiters in the restaurant were polite and very helpful. A waiter called Genti was always smiling even after a long shift, it is good to see happy staff and I hope the owner of the hotel pays them fairly and treats them well. Included in the daily rate is free sun beds at 2 of the nearby beaches (Potam and Llaman)

Scrupulously clean. New. V comfortable rooms with a spacious luxury bathroom.
The family room; one king size bed and a separate room with twin beds was spacious, comfortable and very clean. The beds are v comfy. It’s modern and has a luxury feel. Shower lovely. Highly recommend.

everything was perfect. the room’s were very clean and the staff was very good. also the food was very good. i feel very comfortable here and i enjoy so much. i will come again this will be my preferred place

Great hotel ! Most comfortable beds and pillows ! I had a huge balcony ! Lovely pool and also acres to the the beach! No tea or coffee making facilities in the room but they provided hot water when I needed ! Staff lovely - Melissa was a gem 💎 and also Ridu! They need to improve breakfast as the hot dishes weren’t hot And the breakfast orange juice should be Fresh ! Centrally located -walk everywhere !

Stayed for 6 nights as a family. The hotel has the latest amenities everything is new and to the highest standard. The breakfast was ok. Had everything we needed but we loved petulla me mjalte. The staff was very helpful and with a big smile on their face. As long as you ask they try and accommodate you and we were happy. They have a parking space (which is difficult to find in Himara) The view by the pool for the evening is great.

This hotel is not safe. My daughter and her two friends from UK stayed at this hotel for six nights. Last night of their stay, the glass shower door breaks on the floor while one of them was showering. She ends up in hospital, minor cuts luckily, but really stressed and shocked. We were understanding, didn’t even call the police or press charges. To our surprise, on checkout they made us pay for the broken glass, as if it was not their responsibility to ensure the safety of their guests. Terrible experience!

The food was great but the service not that much. In a 4 star expensive hotel you expect everything to be perfect.
At first they made us ask three times about the drinks menu. Came to conclusion that the waiter just wanted us to drink what He wanted. The wine menu was wrong and when we picked something, he said it was wrong written because the menu was wrong. Who's problem is that?
And also the wine container was dirty, not suitable for a first class.
Anyways, I'd go back there for the food.
