Very good customer service. I needed an essential toiletry item and the hotel attendant went out of his way to secure it for me. The next morning transportation was provided courtesy of the hotel to take me to the airport even though transportation was not part of the package. The hosts go out of their way to accommodate their guests.

Very nice, clean hotel with modern furnishings/fixtures and friendly staff. Hotel Verzaci's rooms are simple but comfortable; it's perfect for overnight stays at TIA. Compared to other nearby airport hotels, Verzaci is a little further from the terminal (just about an eight-minute walk), but it's a much cheaper, quieter option.

Very cosy hotel that was super close to the airport! The rooms were very clean, bright and modern! Lovely little garden, private to the hotel and with a bar. The staff was very friendly and helpful! You could pay with both credit card and cash. And they have a printer. Would absolutely recommend and also visit again myself!

Very good location. Friendly family staff. Very good place to rent the car. We enjoyed short travel across Albania cars condition good I used to rent worst in Albania, so I can say very good for the price. And most important safe brothers fammilly ovners they dont look to make you troubles they just want do the deal. They understand it can happend to have some small scratch. VERY Good overall 👌👍👍👍

we have stayed at the hotel several times and are very satisfied. the hotel is within walking distance of the airport and the hotel rooms are great. comfortable beds and clean and fresh. we have also rented cars there and that too has worked great. super nice staff, last stay we got a ride to the airport. My GF and I booked a night in this hotel before or back home flights. It shows on Google Maps that the airport is 15 minutes away. We took the hotel because we have different time flights. The wifi is great, the room cleaned, and the bathroom is so big.

Tirana Airport is decent but could use some improvements. It’s small and easy to navigate, which is nice, but the food and shopping options are pretty limited. Unlike the bad reviews I had a good experience just because I get to the airport 2.5 hours before my flight- things were smooth and they were even accepting & scanning boarding pass on A4 sheets both black & white & coloured. We still get our boarding passes from the wizzair counter. There were plenty of cafes- considering the size of the airport

Not the best if you ask me, bit too crowded for a small international airport. Immigration was a bit slow as the lines were way too long, exchange price is ridiculous in the airport and dont ask about taxi situation. I was utterly surprised how well this airport operated. Every time a new plane landed the buses were ready to transport passengers to a terminal, the ground crew was on time to prepare the plane for another take off. I was more than happy with my day-use stay at the Hotel Airport Tirana. Close to the terminal, transfers to/from the hotel were flawless and friendly, comfortable room, good wi-fi, helpful front-desk staff. Rooms at front with good balconies and evening sunset also overlook the airport though the noise is not too intrusive.everything was OK.

Excellent reception from the hotel and a full-service and comfortable room. There is also a Hertz car rental on site for those who did not book from the airport. The hotel is very close to the airport, but there is no disturbance or sounds of planes.

The pool is insane the rooms are cool and the hookahs where good the food not that much just order a pizza nothing else is good i got a boloniese spagetti and it was grose
