It had a fantastic vibe, free secure parking in the back, breakfast included every morning. The decor was beautiful and interesting and the accommodation housed a very large and interesting camera collection.

If you want a bit of a quirky place with lots of character, lovely hosts and close to everything then this is your place. Breakfast is both complementary and sensational!

It is a very interesting and quirky heritage building in great location. The owners were lovely and very helpful. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. My room with ensuite facilities was huge. Tea and coffee making facilities and a shared fridge is available on the landing. I would definitely stay here again.

As a couple in our early 50's we chose our accommodation for the history, we were not let down, large room with cathedral type ceilings. Our hosts being Katherine and Phillip were wonderful, breakfast in the dining area adds to the charm. Should you prefer modern day accommodation this is not the place for you. Well priced and homely feel.

Interesting historic building, very well located, fascinating quirky decor, excellent cooked breakfast, good amenities, secure parking, lovely hospitality. Not changed in over 20 years staying there. Most enjoyable and best value accommodation stayed at ever.

For 65 $ it was okay.... but loud because of the pub.... and the main street.... They had coffee and Tea and a fridge☺

Beautiful little cottages with varying facilities. The cottage I stayed in had two rooms in the bathroom with a kitchenette. My friends unit had two extremely large rooms, including a lounge, a full kitchen and full dining for four washer and dryer. All cottages have absolutely everything you need for a short stay. And lots of little extras like a little chocolate on arrival plunger coffee and a variety...

Great location. Close to city in quiet street. Well furnished. Unit 2 and 3 with walk in shower. Unit 3 has bigger bathroom.

Very clean, well equipped and a great central location. Surprisingly quiet, even on a Saturday night. We stayed in Suite 3 as we were only passing through Albany for a couple of nights this time. If staying longer, then we'd prefer the garden view (although we did love the skylight).

A fantastic location, and a great base to see what Albany has to offer we had a peaceful and relaxing stay. For Self-Catered accommodation the owners communicated well and we had a seamless experience this all in addition to the room looking gorgeous and being cleaned daily. Cannot wait to visit Albany again this place is the top of my list.

A welcoming and cosy BnB with a beautiful collection of antiques and art throughout. Craig was an excellent host, with a range of knowledge about the town. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can’t recommend it enough.

Allan and I spent a wonderful 3 nights in April to celebrate a special Anniversary and we are glad we did. The Harbour View room was exactly right - spacious and comfortable. We both loved the decor/ambiance and comfort of Three Chimneys and of course it is located perfectly for strolling around the town centre of Albany (which had changed just a tad from our initial visit on our honeymoon!) The hospitality was exceptional. Sue went the extra mile to ensure our stay was a memorable one - nothing was too difficult.

A great B&B that is run by a very gracious host, Sue. Very comfortable room and facilities. The continental breakfast is outstanding. The complimentary decanter of port in the lounge room for an evening drink is a very nice touch. A pleasure to meet Boof. Highly recommended and we will visit again.

Our first time staying at Dunmoylen will hopefully be the first of many to come. The new owner, Sue, seems to have taken over what was already a well-loved establishment, and she has already made it her own and is making her mark on it in many great ways for the guests. Staying at Dunmoylen was, for us, like a home away from home. Sue makes you very welcome and relaxed without being at all intrusive...

It is a beautiful home, has everything you need and very comfortable, its so easy to walk to shops n restaurants. Beautiful views from the lovely verandah where we sat each morning with our coffee watching the birds

We have now stayed at lottis house twice in 3 months. Love the old charm of the house, the views over Albany are beautiful. The potbelly stove in the kitchen for colder nights and the beautiful ornate ceilings. It has 3 bedrooms and the 2 masters are large and lovely, with very high comfy beds. It has been a pleasure to stay here again. 😊 The gardens are stunning with roses everywhere .
