Albany, 28 Flinders Parade 🧭 Map
Billiards, Table tennis, Pool
Just an overnight stay, so hard to rate. Late check-in was a confusing mess though. Wifi didn't work. Smelly air freshener stinking up the whole unit until located in the wardrobe and removed to outdoors. On the plus: very clean, big fridge and good kitchen setup and brilliant gas heater.
Small park, but very neat and tidy, close to beach with 50m walk. Camp kitchen is good with another small room with a wood fire if need. Staff friendly and helpful
Everything is neat and tidy. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Right on the beach with walking paths, cafes and restaurants close by
We had a beach 3 bedroom villa. The beds were great, the upstairs living area was great, the location was great. Could walk to food, coffee and the beach itself was beautiful.

Bed was most comfortable, table and chairs good. Very quiet room. Useful, cutlery, crockery, toaster and kettle. Clean towels each day.
The staff and owners of this motel are really friendly. The receptionist Simone recommended that we go to visit a wood carvers place and I'm so glad of that, it was fantastic. The 2 receptionist are both great and they couldn't have been more helpful. I thoroughly recommend this Best Western motel.
The motel offers a couple of wheelchair accessible rooms but is constructed on a moderate slope which would necessitate driving to and from rooms or the restaurant. The restaurant menus are extremely basic, most people would opt to go into town. Rooms are clean and functional but without any frills. Location is close to the CBD and harbour. The hospitality was exceptional. Sue went the extra mile to ensure our stay was a memorable one - nothing was too difficult.
Extremely cosy and very clean. Owner, Susie is fantastic and very welcoming. Delicious gluten free and coeliac friendly breakfast.
We had a great stay here, everything was well presented. Great breakfast, cosy atmosphere and clean 😄
My first time staying at a B&B and after my time at Dunmoylen House, I would never have the need to consider anywhere else. It far outweighed my expectations, as I could not fault it in any way. 5*+ accommodation and would highly recommend to travellers. Thank you Sue for making my stay a lovely one. You have manicured your home to be able to meet all your guests’ needs and you are always available...
A great B&B that is run by a very gracious host, Sue. Very comfortable room and facilities. The continental breakfast is outstanding. The complimentary decanter of port in the lounge room for an evening drink is a very nice touch. A pleasure to meet Boof. Highly recommended and we will visit again.
Our first time staying at Dunmoylen will hopefully be the first of many to come. The new owner, Sue, seems to have taken over what was already a well-loved establishment, and she has already made it her own and is making her mark on it in many great ways for the guests. Staying at Dunmoylen was, for us, like a home away from home. Sue makes you very welcome and relaxed without being at all intrusive...

We booked a twin room, but it was a bit noisy for my sensitivities. After checking the last twin room, I spoke to the receptionist who put me in touch with the manager who arranged a nice quiet room for our two nights. Thanks to the receptionist and manager we had great sleep for our busy sight seeing days. Their professionalism an attitude towards customer satisfaction is difficult to find these...
The room was quite dirty, dust everywhere , the floor hadn’t been cleaned under the beds and there were dead insects behind the drawers. The beds were comfy, and the receptionist in the morning was very nice. When we first got to the hotel we mentioned that our booking had 4 people but they only accommodated us for 2 people which meant we needed an extra bed and extra towels. The hotel accommodated...
Nice place very helpful at reception. The lady was very welcoming and nothing was a problem. House keeping was very busy and were doing a great job under the circumstances one small criticism for them was the table in our room needed a dusting. The service at breakfast was a little slack and after ordering eggs Benedict we were informed that there was no spinach which was not a problem but when it...
Very happy with our freshly renovated room. Shower with rain shower head was excellent! We enjoyed a beautiful meal in the Angus & Co restaurant. My husband had the Fish and Chips and the fish was beautiful. I added grilled prawns to the Green Goddess Salad, compliments to the chef! They literally melted in your mouth. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. No hesitation in staying here again
Had a 2 night stay last week. All we can say (from reading some reviews,) is that some people are ludicrously fussy regardless of price/value. Great location, staff, and room. Thank you Ibis. Regards, Heather and Andrew. Perth

Albany, 303 Middleton Road 🧭 Map
Lovely place. Comfortable bed, good hot shower, clean, had everything we need. Friendly staff. fantastic location. The restaurant was top notch 10 out of 10 Will be back .
Location is very good for easy access to the 'central town area of Albany' on foot and to tackle the various walks down to the harbour area and to Middleton Beach. Also like the balcony and outdoor table setting.
Rooms were a little 1970s motel feeling, but they were atleast clean with decent beds and the rooms themselves felt pretty safe. Overall pretty nice
Room itself and facilities very good but stay totally spoilt by family in next room who had no control of children who screamed for hours and were allowed to despite us going to complain twice and security having to come out. Insufficient insulation.
We were lucky to be upgraded, thankyou. The room was a bit dated in the decor but the bed was huge and comfy. Quieter than I thought it would be as solid walls. Staff are top draw, we left a couple of items of clothing behind but the staff agreed to post us our clothes so we thankyou.
Great room, comfortable and clean. TV and plenty of channels. Balcony with table to eat and look out from. Shower was nicely done but no water pressure really.

These guys were amazing. After a hectic journey trying to find a campsite for the night outside of Albany, we ended up having to drive back into town late at night. We tried to contact almost every caravan park in the area and Albany Holiday Park was the only one to get back to us, despite it being past opening hours. They were quick to accomodate us for two campsites and it was such a relief to have...
Had to cancel our Christmas holiday booking (booked somewhere else) as we got Covid and booked this place in just two week's notice. We read the reviews and wouldn't book in normal time but in such short notice couldn't find anywhere else. The Chalet we booked is pretty old and require renovation - however was cleaned at satisfactory level even though we found socks under our bed, Sofa was prettty...
We stayed for two nights on a caravan site. It was perfectly acceptable. certainly the facilities are a bit dated, but they were clean and functional. Perhaps the limited reviews related to cabins and I can't comment, but for RVs it's quite OK. Lots of open grass areas, good camp kitchen and recreation room with TV. No problems
Nice caravan park. $12 extra per child per night is too much. Wouldn't recommend for families. Not good value for money. Better options elsewhere.
Its a beautiful clean park. With the river flowing at the back. Great camp kitchen and ppl ay ground for kids. Maybe it needs more showers and toilets.

Parker Eco House
Albany, 29 Parker Street 🧭 Map
It's comfortable set up for a couple or family with/without pets, quite neighbourhood, closed to shopping centre and short distance to all amenities. We highly rate for this property when you go to Albany.
Beautifully presented and a pleasure to stay in. Comfortable beds, well- appointed kitchen and a decent yard that my dog loved. The house was accessible and clean, with a lot of thought put towards layout. Washing machine and dryer would be handy for a longer stay. Local parks were gorgeous to wander around, with lots of duck's and other water fowl.
Legit wheelchair accessible accommodation with roll-in shower & handrails where you need them. Functional house plan that is spacious with wide open corridors. Parking suitable for disability modified vehicle. Comfortable & well-equipped in every aspect possible. Parker Eco House certainly made being away from home easier. Remarkable customer service from the host where nothing was too much trouble...
Very homely, owner was splendid, accommodating and understanding. 2 minutes drive from Orana Cinemas, 8 minutes from the city. Would absolutely stay again!
We stayed at the Parker Eco House for 3 weeks in July while we were waiting for the arrival of our first child. The house is in a great location in the centre of Albany, so all the sights are very accessible. Being able to have our dog with us also made our stay so much better at a hectic time in our lives. John was SO helpful and let us know all the places to explore (our favourite was the Sunday...
Great accomodation, comfy beds, very clean & large outdoor area. Lovely chocolates upon arrival. Our dog was very happy there also.

Didn't stay there. I was there to pick something up and twice I was stood up. Not to happy to be honest
We stayed in a one bedroom apartment across the road from the main complex. Spacious 2 bedroom place with full size kitchen and laundry. Clean and comfortable. It has all the comfort and convenience without the bells and whistles of an upscale ultramodern city pad. Close to beach and bus to town but if you are relying on public transport, your day will end at 3 pm as the bus stops after that.
Unit is spacious and clean. Couch is a bit worn and faded. There is wifi in room but limited to one user only per unit despite the fact it was paid for 5 adults. Can't comment on the speed as I didn't have access to Internet.

We booked all 4 units for a family wedding. The standard of accommodation and the attention to detail was outstanding. Perfectly located near to a popular beach, hiking trails, cafes and a tavern/restaurant. I can't wait to go back and stay here again.
Good facility in the apartment, decent size living area and fully equipped kitchenette. Perfect for family and friends group to stay, beach within 5mins walking distance. Property owner was so responsive all the time and helpful. The only minus during the hot summer stay is no air-cons in the small bedrooms, apart from that the whole apartment and check-in services are excellent.
One of the most beautiful places we have ever stayed at. Close to all amenities, cafes and restaurants are really fabulous 👌. Thanks to Lyn & Debbie for helping us make this happen. A extremely well appointed apartment. Looking forward to making another trip to Albany soon.🤗
Absolutely incrsdible holiday home with all the features you need and then some. Only a street back from the beach, places for meals all in walkign distance. Booking was simple and easy, wirh lovely staff that were incredibly helpful and accomodating. Will be back for sure.
I stayed at Albany Waves and found that they were extremely accommodating on top of the fact that the location and quality of the house was fantastic, all at an affordable price for a big family. I traveled within a group that had a 4 month old, a 1 year old, a 4 year old as well as an 86 year old with Parkinson's who is predominantly wheelchair bound and we were lucky to have the Driftwood house....
Modern amenities in a great location. Pricing over the long weekend was a little too heavy but it didnt numb the experience with the extended family. Relatively well maintained. A great weekend was had in Amazing Albany.

Clean and tidy rooms equipped with all necessary stuff required for a comfortable stay. Contact less check-in and timely communication from the team. Also, it was a great location, very close to the beach. Cherry on the cake was some special touches as we went there during the Christmas. We will book again whenever we would like to visit Albany again. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a family...
I recently stayed at Emu Point Motel with my family and it was an amazing experience. The manager was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home. The motel itself was clean and tidy, with comfortable accommodations for the whole family. The location is also fantastic, with easy access to the nearby beach and other attractions. I highly recommend Emu Point Motel for anyone looking...
Fantastic, puts many a ‘fancier’ motel to shame. Clean, well presented, excellent rooms and fantastic staff. I’ve spent a lot of time in various motels, hotels and resorts around Australia for work and leisure and this is a great place to stay.
Very clean room, comfortable bed and hot shower. The location was ideal for us to get out to the Stirling Ranges each day. The nice cutlery and percolated coffee was a nice personal touch for the room we had booked.
Super clean. Beautifully presented large rooms at rear. Absolutely worth it. Excellent facilities with microwave, cook top, oven and toaster. Helpful staff who are only too happy to accommodate. Beats many of the bigger mainstream motels.
Always clean and comfortable. The staff are lovely. Always welcoming and helpful. Also a great location

We absolutely loved our time here. We came for 5 days and stayed for 10 days. The park backs right on to the bay at Emu Point and Middleton Beach. You can have your dogs off lead at Middleton Beach but not allowed at Emu Point. It's only about 8km to Albany for all your shopping and dining requirements. The park is well maintained, but must mention that there are a lot of small holes all around the...
We were a little disappointed by our stay. On day 2 kids rode bikes through our unpowered tent site at speed and ripped the fly on our tent. They didn't even stop and no parents in sight. Also our food in the fridge was thrown out even though we abided by the rules. The sites are pretty sandy too. That said, the toilets, showers and camp kitchen were clean and nice. The location is great.
This was our third visit to this park, and I'm still full of mixed feelings. We've been to a lot of places way better than this. But we have also seen a lot that were way worse. We stayed in a tent on the edge of the park, opposite the camp kitchen. The biggest issue was the noise coming from the building next to the park, which sounded like a commercial refrigerator. When we complained about this...
Loved the location and the view from the kitchen/lounge/dining area. It wasn't freezing cold inside which we all loved as past experiences from staying at albany accomodations, it has always been cold during nights. The lady at the front was amazing too, she was very welcoming and understanding.
Our recent family trip to Acclaim Rose Gardens was a late booking so we were surprised to get a spot in the park. Reviews were not enthralling however we crossed our fingers and hoped only the negative people were posting! The park is old and in real need of a cash splash which is never easy to come across. Whilst the team at the park provided friendly service they are clearly hamstrung by the lack...
Good place to stay. We had ocean views from our van. Staff friendly. Great disabled facilities. Laundry takes only $1 coins. We will definitely be back.

Comfortable and Value for Money. Great location with a short walk to the beach. The rooms are good sized, with comfy beds. We had a 2 room cabin with a double in one room and 2 sets of single bunks plus a triple bunk (double on the bottom, single in top) in the other, as well as a fold out sofa bed in the main area. Lots of extra linen (doonas and pillows) supplied plus enough towels for the 6 of us...
The chalet is amazing, tidy comfy with lots of kitchenware, makes you feel at home, we had a great time. If we have more time and budget, will stay longer. It close to attractions, beach, honours and woolies. The lady in reception is friendly always smile at you. Just one thing the dryer seems not working well, we used it twice but the clothes didn't dry at all.
Amazing views, beautiful walks, good scenery. Villa was a little outdated, but still clean and comfortable to live in!
Outstanding location & villas. Every detail has been considered to make your stay memorable. The staff can't do enough for you here! Love the farm fresh eggs we order from reception.
This was our first time in Albany and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Villa. Our room was nice and clean, kitchen was well equipped and close to the beach. Location was very central to everything. Our hosts were very friendly and accommodating Would definitely stay here again when we get another chance to head down there ❤️
Though we only stayed one night, the staff was helpful and friendly. The Cabin was immaculate, and super cute. It is close to the beach, witch is lovely. We will be returning next week again.

Stablebase felt just like home from the moment we walked in. We were greeted by the lovely owners and had freshly baked bread on arrival. The place is clean and has everything you need. We would 100% recommend this stay and we will be visiting again. Thank you for having us.
Beautiful, loved the serenity and the setting. Would love to stay again one day. Extremely relaxing.
A very nice place to stay. On the outskirts of the town but ideal for visiting Northside of bay. Nicely layed out and attached to owners bungalow. Peaceful location.
We have stayed here twice now and have been impressed both times! The first was during winter, but we were kept warm by the wood fire. A basket of fresh eggs, bread, delicious local jam, milk, tea/coffee and butter is also provided so you don't have to rush to the shops on the first day. We recently stayed over the new year break and it was lovely to be able to spend more time outside, it's a beautiful...

It had a fantastic vibe, free secure parking in the back, breakfast included every morning. The decor was beautiful and interesting and the accommodation housed a very large and interesting camera collection.
If you want a bit of a quirky place with lots of character, lovely hosts and close to everything then this is your place. Breakfast is both complementary and sensational!
It is a very interesting and quirky heritage building in great location. The owners were lovely and very helpful. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. My room with ensuite facilities was huge. Tea and coffee making facilities and a shared fridge is available on the landing. I would definitely stay here again.
Great breakfast, location was great overall this was great value. The host lady went out of her way to make our stay memorable and I will recommend to family and friends this is the place to stay while in Albany
As a couple in our early 50's we chose our accommodation for the history, we were not let down, large room with cathedral type ceilings. Our hosts being Katherine and Phillip were wonderful, breakfast in the dining area adds to the charm. Should you prefer modern day accommodation this is not the place for you. Well priced and homely feel.
Interesting historic building, very well located, fascinating quirky decor, excellent cooked breakfast, good amenities, secure parking, lovely hospitality. Not changed in over 20 years staying there. Most enjoyable and best value accommodation stayed at ever.

Lovely comfortable, well-appointed accommodation on the hillside. Beautiful plants trees that attract the birds. Fabulous place to unwind after a day's sightseeing... heading off replete after breakfasting on a great selection of goodies served in your room.
Stayed two nights, wonderful accommodation, the attention to detail was outstanding and the units , we had two units, were absolutely spotless. The breakfasts are delious and brilliant value for money. My wife and I were initially going to stay at the Hilton so glad we picked this one.
Only staying one night, the one regret I have is not opting in for the breakfast. This is really great accommodation, everything is done to perfection and style. Thank you Saltair.
Stayed there for four night very smart..very clean...very good We would recommend any couple to stay here
Bright, clean and very upmarket. Loved the gourmet breakfast, free wifi and amazing views. We'll be back.
