Well kept in good location for Albany. Only downside is the incredibly tricky spots to get your caravan into if you're unlucky enough to get the outer edge of the streets. Even middle is tough if there are cars opposite. Otherwise, just a regular well kept van park

BIG4 Middleton Beach Holiday Park is an excellent place to stay. We are spending a night at a powered site. Booked in late but absolutely amazing staff and hospitality. Couldn't find a friendlier face to be at reception. Friendly and definitely plenty of advice about local sights and such. Beautiful and clean park, clean amenities AND there's a rec centre with a spa! What more could you want after a day of travel. After nearly a month on the road, we've seen them all, but without doubt this is the best caravan park we've stayed at. HideAway H(e)aven was awesome. The place is beautiful, the Jacuzzi very relaxing, the two kookaburras that watched us when we were enjoying breakfast were great.

Good location, friendly reception staff and lovely room

The room looks old and the aircon was noisy. Only good thing is the location. Very accessible and there are few supermarkets and fast food nearby. Catch the sunrise at Mount Melville lookout tower which is short drive away.

The SureStay Hotel at Albany suited our needs perfectly. We only booked a couple of days before our arrival as Albany was a last-minute addition to our WA trip waiting to see what the weather was like before venturing out of Perth. The only thing was the tv was too big for the  split-level bench it sat on and it sloped from one level to the other. Praise God for the Gideons Bible as the Word of God...

I was pleasantly surprised by how good the accomodation was. We had a two bedroom apartment and it was equiped with very comfortable beds, a reverse cycle air conditioning / heater unit as well as a large fridge, large pantry and a dishwasher. I definitely would stay here again.

I really didn't expect that I could book such a perfect place for more than 700 RMB! I thought it was a motel, but it felt like I was staying in a B&B! All kitchen utensils, pots and dishwashers are available, there is also a laundry room with washing machine, and a large living room. I really recommend it to everyone!

Very good place to stay. We tried two different accommodations here and both were fully equipped with everything you need even dishwasher and washing machine. Large rooms with patio. The staff incredibly helpful.

Awesome experiences in the city of Albany.

The room has complete kitchen facilities. Tea cups and teapots must be cleaned carefully before use. They seem to have been used to make coffee before. If they are not cleaned thoroughly, they will leave a milk smell. It is a five-minute walk from the beach.

All good and we like the place very much. Will stay again should we visit Albany!

We liked how spacious it was and how great the facilities were. Except for the fact that the stove was an electric stovetop -it caused longer cooking time- but we understand it was for safety precautions. Besides that everything was great and comfortable especially great for large groups

Excellent accommodation for our party of 8. Super short walk to beach and coffee shop and ice cream! Management was super helpful with our questions and we had a great time.

We booked all 4 units for a family wedding. The standard of accommodation and the attention to detail was outstanding. Perfectly located near to a popular beach, hiking trails, cafes and a tavern/restaurant. I can't wait to go back and stay here again.

Good facility in the apartment, decent size living area and fully equipped kitchenette. Perfect for family and friends group to stay, beach within 5mins walking distance. Property owner was so responsive all the time and helpful. The only minus during the hot summer stay is no air-cons in the small bedrooms, apart from that the whole apartment and check-in services are excellent.

Beds were not comfortable. Convenient location and good parking however the showers curtain could be cleaner and floors could be cleaned more !

Room was nice enough but had noisy early starting high viz next door neighbours with noisy diesel engine and headlights on from 5.30 am!

Cleanless I booked king size bed. They just simply attached two single bed with two different size of mattress on them. It was super discomfiting alright because on the middle of the bed it was like incline. We stayed two nighs there they didn’t even bother for proper cleaning of the room while we are out for exploring the city.

The hotel is easy to find. Sometimes other people park in the parking space in front of the door, so you can only park in other empty spaces.

Location was good. Close to beach, good walking path to café. Building old. But ok. Bathroom done up but smelt mouldy. Not easy manoeuvring around the end of the bed and wardrobe to get into my side of the bed.

We love staying down in the Emu Point area during our visits to Albany. It is quieter than being in town and these villas are right on the water. They are pretty well equipped and we had most things we needed. Our only complaints are the cleanliness - the bbq was filthy, covered in bits of mince. Our stay was amazing! The chalets were brand new and looked stunning with plenty of room for our family of 4. The kids loved the new water park and jumping pillow. Located in a great area with lots of fishing spots and beaches. Couldn’t fault a thing!

We stayed in a one bedroom apartment across the road from the main complex. Spacious 2 bedroom place with full size kitchen and laundry. Clean and comfortable. It has all the comfort and convenience without the bells and whistles of an upscale ultramodern city pad. Close to beach and bus to town but if you are relying on public transport, your day will end at 3 pm as the bus stops after that.

Unit is spacious and clean. Couch is a bit worn and faded. There is wifi in room but limited to one user only per unit despite the fact it was paid for 5 adults. Can't comment on the speed as I didn't have access to Internet.

Great park with good phone reception. BBQ is well cleaned and maintained. Not sure why a combination is required on toilets. Park at Mount Barker supplies keys 🔑 which is easier than focussing on a small keypad in the graveyard hours 😀 ☠️

I had to come to Albany for urgent medical treatment. My wife needed somewhere to stay. It was hard finding accommodation with a late check in. Lilacs came through for us. Awesome view on the inlet and a must see town but the villas were not child friendly our insulated well.

These guys were amazing. After a hectic journey trying to find a campsite for the night outside of Albany, we ended up having to drive back into town late at night. Had to cancel our Christmas holiday booking (booked somewhere else) as we got Covid and booked this place in just two week's notice. We read the reviews and wouldn't book in normal time but in such short notice couldn't find anywhere else. We stayed for two nights on a caravan site. It was perfectly acceptable. certainly the facilities are a bit dated, but they were clean and functional. Perhaps the limited reviews related to cabins and I can't comment, but for RVs it's quite OK. Lots of open grass areas, good camp kitchen and recreation room with TV. No problems

The Quality apartments are central to amenities but still very spacious and quiet with awesome views.

Good facilities with excellent breakfasts and other dining options. The only comment I would make is that we booked to pay at premises but it had already been taken out of our credit card before we got there. Therefore that is not pay at premises. We wanted to pay by another option. Staff could be more welcoming.

What a magnificent hotel. This one takes the cake after travelling to Australia and staying in many regional hotels. It is located only a short distance from the beautiful town of Albany. This hotel offers, The rooms are excellent, and the breakfast is fantastic. There is a great steak for dinner, and the service is at another level! Well done!!

We were assigned to cottage 9 during our recent stay. The car porch rather on the down slope is difficult for me, a Singaporean to park there upon check-in. Observed there were other cottages available.

Pretty amaze by the friendly service by the staff and the well keep rooms. We are happy with the stay and location definitely good. Walk across is the malls and plenty of shop nearby.

Being able to park outside of the room was convenient for us as was having a kitchenette. We found the unit well stocked with everything we needed. Good hot water and heater. The furnishings are older but comfortable and clean. The onsite laundry was very handy too.

The water pressure is poor due to the water saver It doesn’t save much water when y have to take half an hour to have a full walk due to the low pressure

Awesome stay at 1849. Needed a quick bed for the night, call Abraham and he got us the last room. Really chilled place with everybody just doing their own thing. Room was clean and bed was comfy. Recommende for any weary traveller. And Abraham definitely deserves a bonus .

The room was clean and spacious, it was located in the heart of city, so restuarants or close attractions are just a walk away. The receptionist was friendly and played good music but the bathrooms were a bit crowded. Using shared washrooms wasn't a very pleasing experience, but the overall it was good stay.

I came to Albany for work. Played ping pong. Enjoyed the friendly atmosphere and free pancakes. I'll be back. Not the dodgy backpackers accommodation I was expecting. 5 stars for breaking the mold.

Over night stay We only stayed one night as we were travelling. The room was clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

No complaints about the property except the spa which I call a hot tub. I run this kind of business back where I live and their spa is very over chlorinated to the point where it could be bad. Lucky it’s got good ventilation so you don’t have to breathe it in, but they should do something about that higher pool company to write it properly.

Conveniently located direct access from main road into town. For anyone passing through and need a night's sleep on a budget its a viable option.

My son and I stayed a couple of nights in January and were delighted with the standard of accommodation. The rooms are spacious and immaculate. Jan and Ivan are fantastic hosts. The property is very handy to the Stirlings and only about a ten-minute drive to Albany. I have only one regret - we should have stayed longer. I can highly recommend Glenelg On King for your next Albany visit.

Quiet, private and well-appointed B&B in picturesque gardens. The bathroom has a couples bath for a romantic getaway and the hosts are absolutely lovely people.

Easy to find and park, close to town, neat and tidy, and (apart from some road noise) very quiet and peaceful. The check in/out process was easy and smooth, and the rooms and amenities were just as advertised. We had a lovely stay here.
