Very well appointed apartment with everything we needed for our stay. Parking right next to the unit. Easy access to all the wonderful tourist attractions Albany has to offer. We really enjoyed our stay here.

The Quality apartments are central to amenities but still very spacious and quiet with awesome views.

Good facilities with excellent breakfasts and other dining options. The only comment I would make is that we booked to pay at premises but it had already been taken out of our credit card before we got there. Therefore that is not pay at premises. We wanted to pay by another option. Staff could be more welcoming.

Property was very neat and tidy. Excellent set up to be able to work. Staff were friendly and helpful. If you prefer a firm bed and couch you will love this accommodation.

What a magnificent hotel. This one takes the cake after travelling to Australia and staying in many regional hotels. It is located only a short distance from the beautiful town of Albany. This hotel offers, The rooms are excellent, and the breakfast is fantastic. There is a great steak for dinner, and the service is at another level! Well done!!

We were assigned to cottage 9 during our recent stay. The car porch rather on the down slope is difficult for me, a Singaporean to park there upon check-in. Observed there were other cottages available.

I stayed a week at Big 4 Middleton Beach and had a fantastic time. The team was friendly, the place was clean, and the gardens were amazing. It’s only a two-minute walk to the beach straight from the beach house. I had an issue during my stay, but the manager sorted it out so well that I went from angry and frustrated to extremely happy. Well kept in good location for Albany. Only downside is the incredibly tricky spots to get your caravan into if you're unlucky enough to get the outer edge of the streets. Even middle is tough if there are cars opposite. Otherwise, just a regular well kept van park

BIG4 Middleton Beach Holiday Park is an excellent place to stay. The grounds are clean and well maintained, the staff are consistently friendly, and the location is genuinely beautiful with direct access to the beach and great walking paths. The facilities are modern and tidy, making it easy to relax and enjoy the stay. The only downside was a strange, continuous noise at the site area that went on...

We are spending a night at a powered site. Booked in late but absolutely amazing staff and hospitality. Couldn't find a friendlier face to be at reception. Friendly and definitely plenty of advice about local sights and such. Beautiful and clean park, clean amenities AND there's a rec centre with a spa! What more could you want after a day of travel. After nearly a month on the road, we've seen them all, but without doubt this is the best caravan park we've stayed at. From Philip at the front desk to the park staff, all were great, friendly and helpful. The amenities were spotless and functional. We felt very safe and secure. Because it's located right on a beautiful beach, we were able to drift off to the mesmorismic sound of those melodious waves...

Check in experience was smooth and staff friendly and efficient. Accomdation was clean and tidy with everything we needed. Close to the beach and walking distance to cafes and Tavern. Get experience.

We booked Dolphin Lodge and got put in here - 2 storey- not impressed- tight for parking

Didn't stay there. I was there to pick something up and twice I was stood up. Not to happy to be honest

We stayed in a one bedroom apartment across the road from the main complex. Spacious 2 bedroom place with full size kitchen and laundry. Clean and comfortable. It has all the comfort and convenience without the bells and whistles of an upscale ultramodern city pad. Close to beach and bus to town but if you are relying on public transport, your day will end at 3 pm as the bus stops after that.

Great location and accommodation. Nice host. It has everything needed.

Unit is spacious and clean. Couch is a bit worn and faded. There is wifi in room but limited to one user only per unit despite the fact it was paid for 5 adults. Can't comment on the speed as I didn't have access to Internet.

Lovely place to stay hoping to stay there again soon

Location was good. Close to beach, good walking path to café. Building old. But ok. Bathroom done up but smelt mouldy. Not easy manoeuvring around the end of the bed and wardrobe to get into my side of the bed.

Great location just outside of Albany CBD Based myself here for a few days whilst in Albany on business. Nice cottage with kitchen and ensuite. Did exactly what I wanted and a great location.

We love staying down in the Emu Point area during our visits to Albany. It is quieter than being in town and these villas are right on the water. They are pretty well equipped and we had most things we needed. Our only complaints are the cleanliness - the bbq was filthy, covered in bits of mince. Nothing was supplied to clean other than a tiny thin scourer & dish liquid. We shouldn’t have to clean...

It was a very clean & tidy that suited our needs perfectly. Comfortable beds & nice hot shower. All pots, pans & kitchen equipment were in great condition.

Best place for family accommodation near the sea with nice night views of sky and sea. I spent more than hour at night near the see with this beautiful view of ships mountains and sky with shining moon. ❤️ highly recommended for anyone who wants inner peace of life

Older style, but clean and functional. Great kitchen, sleeps 6. Outdoor tables and 3 good bbq areas. Be great for a gang. Only a few steps to the bay with good walking and swimming. Quiet, but close enough to Albany to go exploring and come back to a home away from home. You need 2 nights to see everything there is to see in Albany, so stay here and get some relaxing in as well. Perfect for a two star accommodation.

The villa was clean. Location excellent. The villas have all the required amenities. The villas need a spruce up / refresh and maintenance works to bring them up to a better standard.

The rooms were spacious and clean. A very pleasing experience. The staff was very kind too.
